As the Council debate continued, Firoux once again tried to make a move on Councillor Stuart. "Psst", Firoux said with a hushed tone. As he caught Councillor Stuart glancing at him, he dropped the piece of paper with his phone number into her bag, and then made a cellphone gesture with his hand. "Hey I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number, call me maybe?"

"The government of Davishire has had contact with the new Teutonic Leadership, contact which has been positive. We are currently aiming to formally end our blockade and no fly zone over the nation within the coming days. I must however note that it is not currently being enforced.I also like to echo the comments made by the British Councillor. "
Council,I apologise for my apparent absence in this issue thus far.I have been in discussions with the government of Davishire since the declaration of war on Monday.I can confirm to you that as a result Davishire decided to accept the ceasefire terms.I hope to meet with a Kalmarian representative soon to discuss possible deployment of the ERF.Commissioner Asquith-Robinson
I must be mistaken - I don't believe I once mentioned that this discussion "bored me". I'm just noting that the discussion has been extremely unproductive, as evidenced by pretty much the entire discussion thus far. Of course any Councillor can voice whatever concern they want in this chamber, but it has been clear this entire time that you do not actually seek to utilise the Council at all regarding this matter, and are simply using it an oppurtunity to voice your government's opinions concerning this whole tariff affair, which your government can very clearly do outside Council jurisdiction. That, along with the fact that barely any Councillors have actually spoken thus far, and it's just been assortment of trade and other government officials, shows that this goes beyond the scope of the Council entirely and has been treated as an issue that does not involve the Councillors themselves. Again, I don't know why you've decided that I'm "bored" of this discussion simy because I've brought up legitimate concerns with the general bafoonery that happened transpired here. Regardless, it seems like the matter has been mostly resolved now - outside of the Council it seems no less. Which pretty much validates everything I've said.
"The Inimician Imperial government fully agrees with the Speaker's tough and passionate words. I would like to thank the Framptonian councillor for bringing this subject to the Council floor, even though we have discussed Davishirian aggression multiple times in the past. This time is no exception. We as the European Council viewed the Groot-Belgie crisis in agony, the invasion of the Sahrawi Union and Davishire's action in this with even disgust, the blatant and unreasonable invasion of Prussia with greater discomfort, and now this blockade of Poretos. I have to say, Councillors, I'm quite lost for words - and no, not only because of the Speaker's most excellent words on the issue. His Imperial Majesty did work together with Davishire during the Inquistan liberation of the Sahrawi Union, during the Groot-Belgie conflict, and even sold aircraft to Davishire - although, as you will all know, Davishire refused to abide by His Grace's terms afterwards, distancing our two nations hugely. Now, after a joint naval action with Halsberg near Davishirian waters, our two countries seem further apart than ever. And indeed, Inimicus completely agrees with the Speaker on this issue: we have always kept our hand stretched for a Davishirian arm to grasp, but time and time again the Conservative government has spat on the limbs of the international community. On behalf of Emperor Artabanos, I would urge the Davishirian government to cease its hostile actions immediately. Although, as we have seen in the past, time and time again when this sort of thing happens, Davishire promises change, but never delivers."Ralph Jaevons, EU Councillor on behalf of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Artabanos of Inimicus
