"Europeans: I stay faithful to the Commitments I made in my Campaign. There will be Commission, Council, and EuroParty reform. Proposed and voted on by you. This will start as soon as soon as is possible, and will include a Proposition Phase, a Discussion & Amendments phase. Then, Europe will vote on the Amendments and then the finalised Proposal. Disarmament talks will also go ahead, and as it was in my first campaign for Commission XX, I stick by the Repeal of the Nuclear Weapons Act. Also, I will stay close to my promise of protecting heritage, the "Language Heritage Act" will soon be written up by me and the Duchess of Saint Pierre and put onto the Council Floor. I'd like to thank my fellow Commission runners. Especially those who took inspiration from my Campaign office. The usage of Media to promote your Campaign is a cause I am happy to spread, and encourage. As IT is the future. I'd also like to thank those who voted for me, and also the people who didn't. As voting is incredibly important to our Democratic Union. And, as such, you can ask Questions about my plans (though all will be revealed later this week), and anything else you may wish to ask. Some might say 4 months isn't long enough to implement change, but my work ethic, and the work ethic of my Cabinet (which I have already seen to be outstanding) will be able to bring change, and bring it well." - Eilidh Whiteford.
Why hello Eddie. My hair was done by the finest hairdresser in Europolis. It's based off of my routes as an onion seller. You can see the onion shaping. It's layered because as you know... onions have layers! But onto business. I think we should hold elections for the posts and then see how the Aalenic proposal goes down. Depending on the outcome, I will make a final decision about disbanding the Commission. I feel the need also to fulfill my term in office as that is what I worked so tirelessly, and was given the mandate by the people of Europe to do. And I will do my best to fulfil that. However I have done everything I set out to do. Thank you for your Question.
Attention all,I would like to begin by thanking all of you who have participated. Your input has been much appreciated and it has been invaluable in guiding this process. I also thank all of you for being thoughtful and willing to compromise when need be - I know it's not an easy thing to do! I do believe we have drafted the best piece of legislation possible with the best ideas possible. I have no doubt, should these amendments be accepted, that we will finally have a Commission that is far more efficient and accountable. I would like to also personally thank Councillor Stuart and de Riviere, who have been very diligent throughout this process, for providing so much input and feedback. I have finally proposed our end result to the Council, which can be found here, so please begin to debate its merits!Unfortunately Councillor de Riviere, I inlcuded the end result without your latest suggestion, as no one bothered to respond, because, as I assume, they are feeling burned out in this discussion, But, please, please feel free to bring it up in this official Council debate phase as an amendment. I suspect your voice will be heard there. You have been invaluable in this process, so I don't want you to be feel left out now.Again, thank you all for this very productive process, and I hope that it all comes to fruition.Premier Commissioner
