Good. Graff approached the Mercs after the Havvenskarian troops left.
"what the fuck was that?" "We were doing what we were paid to do." "Save that ammo for direct threats, not surrendering troops or I'll see to it you die. My paratroopers are all around you. I want you to leave and guard the airbase anyways."
That left just Davishire and the Cowards to deal with.
The planes kept up their assault, sinking the hospital ship and frigate before screaming wildly in the air towards Aachen. Something must've called their attention away. A message was sent to the Aircraft Carriers signal. "We are leaving now, let this be a lesson. Go home or risk losing innocents there."
Mr. P put in a call to REDACTED. "Davishire got a hypersonic missile. I don't think they can use it anyways. Your mercenaries have engaged Havvenskar and Pacifist Cowards. I'm preparing to use the armor if need be. We need more anti air units though, to attach to the infantry. The hundreds of jets are perfect however. I can assure you, this will be worth your wallet later. Good bye."
It was just business, after all.
12 Hours Later
The Prime Commissioner was meeting with the Head of Tech, a Major Willhelm
"So Major, please tell me that this new missile we have found it useful to us"
"Well sir, I don;t know what you have been told but it is virtually useless."
The PC was suprised, he was so pleased at the new weapon he had found
"What do you mean Major?"
"Well sir, we need a specialist delivery system that can fire this at Hypersonic speeds. A delivery system that we do not have. They are still experimental and only two nations in the region have one"
"and those are?"
"The Duxburian Union and Halsberg"
"Oh well that is good," Said the PC in a sarcastic tone, " however this must give us a good indication as to where this weapon originates from"
"It does sir, a very good idea"
"It sounds like a good idea. We are currently moving troops towards Coswig to reinforce it. I heard even more troops of Davishire are coming to the Teutonic State? I think we need to focus on exterminating the source of rebelness in this nation otherwise we will keep on fighting with no end in sight. We need to reestablish this nation so it can become stable once more."
-Teuton and Cowardly HUMINT sources direct attention towards a new entity, PARASOL Corporation. All Cowardly Intelligence efforts are to be focussed on this corporation, to attempt to establish a link between them and "rebel" forces.
-Satellite overpass reveals that the Teutonic Air Force and Navy remain intact. Their disposition and loyalties remain unclear, however, proceed with caution.
Given Cowardly casualties so far, and the apparent hostility of local forces, the following Cowardly troops are cleared to make full speed to the Teutonic States.
-- Teutonic Expedition Force
1 Light Aircraft carrier
2 Helicopter Carriers
Marine Division 1
5 Transport Ships (Red Star transport)
2 Oil and Ammunition Tender Ships
1 Hospital Ship
4th Engineer Brigade
9,000 Military Personnel
14 Military Ships
3 Auxiliary Ships
Teutonic Expedition Force (TEF) is to establish a landing zone (LZ IVAN) south of Aachen on the peninsula. From this LZ, engineer forces will establish a temporary base (FOB KATYA) for the purposes of bringing in supplies and additional troops via helicopter or plane. Other TEF personnel will help establish a refugee camp alongside Red Star civilian forces, and be responsible for its safe operation. Hospital ship HS-01 will stay on station at LZ IVAN to deal with medical emergencies, civilian or military. Other TEF naval units will stay on station to provide CAP, CAS and/or anti-missile support as needed.
My Prime Minister has confirmed that Davishirian military forces will be able to commit to such an exercise. I include precise details below,
1 Super Carrier (with 35 aircraft), 2 Amphibious Assault Carriers, 1 Heli Carrier, 10 Destroyers, 5 Frigates, 10 SSNs and 2 SSGNs
2,000 Light Infantry Soldiers,1 Mechanise Infantry Regiment (1000 men) 50 Tanks, 2 Artillery Squadrons (25 guns each) and associated transport vehicles for all
2 Fighter (60 aircraft), 2 Fighter-Bomber Squadrons (60 aircraft) 1 transport Squadron (30 Aircraft) 1 Tanker Squadron (30 aircraft) 6 AWACS aircraft and 10 bomber aircraft
Whilst Cowardly Arms is not a well-known producer of arms within the EU, it has been supplying all the equipment of the Cowardly Armed forces since the nation's creation! With none of the major arms producers stepping up to fulfil your order, Cowardly Arms would like to show you some of our established models, as well as some custom prototypes designed around your specifications!
First up in the rifle category is the CAR-95, the current standard-issue rifle of the CAF.
Pros: Already being produced in high volumes, cheapest option, proven reliability in field conditions, can fit underslung grenade launcher, fires readily available 7.62mm rounds.
Cons: 30-round box magazine (no c-mag option), weight does not match spec (3.5kg)
Next, we have the first prototype, with the working title CALP-1
Pros: Can fit a larger (50-round) magazine if needed, very accurate, 7.62mm rounds, integrated rail system and an easy-use charging handle for easy maintenance and clearance.
Cons: Slower rate of fire than the CAR-95, custom model so no established production line, still not capable of holding a 100+ round magazine.
Our second anf final prototype, the CALP-2, based to fit as close to your specifications as possible
Pros: Fits a large (200-round) magazine, high rate of fire, integrated grenade launcher and rails
Cons: Heavier that weight requirement (3.9kg), least accurate at range of the three rifles, most expensive to produce, high rate of fire and large volumes of ammo used at a time means increased wear and maintenance needs in the field.
Now, for the Sniper Rifle/Machinegun combined ammo project! The first combination would be the current anti-materiel sniper rifle of the CAF, the SRAM, and the current support weapon, the CASAW-3 (both rechambered for 12.95mm .510 DTC rounds).
Pros: Established production lines (easy to retool for new calibre), proven reliability and effectiveness.
Cons: Semi-auto action instead of bolt, sniper rifle is heavier than specs, no tripod mount for machine gun.
The second options are a pair of prototypes (CALP-3 and CALP-4) that CA has designed that attempt to meet your more specific needs.
Pros: More specifically adapted to your initial request, still in early phase so room to customise further
Cons: More expensive, will take longer to deliver
Alternatively: CA would be happy to take your existing weapons systems and re-tune/re-tool/overhaul them as requested.
All prices are negotiable, we hope to hear from you soon!
