Commission Offices

The Soviet Union contributed $33.5 billion within voluntary frameworks recently as a result of a budget surplus long before the Commission elections, utilising partial framework from the old 'National Tax Pact' under Belarian presidency. Aesop Rocks followed short with similar donations.

Considering it is our term that to provide the said funds we wish to know how will they be spent and be returned any surplus, we are expecting a thorough report from the Economics Commissioner and will be gladly assisting the Defence Commissioner with military build-up in the form of financing, training, equipping, and perhaps even raising personnel.

ooc: NATO and UN lack standing forces. This one is a standing, permanent force.

Vladimir Putin of the Soviet Union is to beomce the Commissioner for Defense and Peace Keeping Forces
