The Deutsche Erd?l Kompanie (English: German Petroleum Company), commonly known as Deuer, is a Gro?deutscher multinational oil and gas corporation. It is one of the largest oil corporations in the European Union with the one of the largest proven crude oil reserves and production. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, it is engaged in every aspect of the oil, gas, and geothermal energy industries, including exploration and production; refining, marketing and transport; chemicals manufacturing and sales; and power generation.
Deuer has recently acquired the state operated mining company Bayerische Bergbau Werk.
