    On 4 April 2113, Pinnacle Travel Company LLC ("Pinnacle Travel Company") and all of its subsidiaries ("the debtors") filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 9 of the Llanowar Bankruptcy Code ("the bankruptcy code"). The five cases were assigned the case numbers below ("the bankruptcy cases") and are being jointly administered by Her Ladyship Margaret J. Pierce ("the judge") under the case number 13-0900354 in the Orkney Superior Court ("the bankruptcy court").

    On 4 April 2113, Enron Acquisitions LLC ("Enron Acquisitions" and together with the debtors, "the parties") submitted a bid for Pinnacle Travel Company in the amount of $152,730,100.000 to the bankruptcy court ("the initial bid") as well. The initial bid was admitted to into the dockets of all of the bankruptcy cases ("the dockets").

The five cases were assigned the first five case numbers below ("the initial bankruptcy cases") and were being jointly administered by His Lordship Gregory J. Allison ("the judge") under the case number 13-0900362 in the Orkney Superior Court ("the bankruptcy court").

    On 12 April 2113, Orkney City Sports Club Corp. and its remaining subsidiaries were forced to file petitions under the bankruptcy code due to contentedness with the initial debtors ("the forced debtors" and together with the initial debtors, "the debtors").
