SECTION I: THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE
The European Court of Justice is made up of four justices and one chief justice who heads
the branch. The Court of Justice administers laws through trials of those who break them,
and tries crimes that occur in more than one European Union member-state. It is the
supreme legislative authority in the European Union?s boundaries and the trials it presides
over are of regional importance. It is additionally tasked with the authority to revise
legislation passed by the European Council and request amendments in the event of
unconstitutional or other forbidden nature.
