The European Court of Justice shall, upon giving a verdict in a trial, give a suitable sentence and/or course of action to be taken. The maximum sentence it may impose is one of life imprisonment, and it may not compel any action that contravenes the Constitution.**

Sounds good I vote YES although we need something about where imprisonment would take place
YES. I think the issue of imprisonment is probably best left to legislation - or indeed to the ECoJ itself.
