Upon instruction of the Councillor for European Affairs, we are pleased to donate premises on 26 Rue Des Ambassadeurs for diplomatic representation purposes of the Kingdom of Fremet, and extend authorisation to lease property in all our provincial capitals starting with Wouterke and Melanies.
We hereby authorise the flying of Fremet's flag for all purposes required by the diplomatic representation activities of Sir Etienne.
