Sadly, some like to comment our traditions without having any idea of them or withouth seeing them. To that people, that sadly aren't from our country, we would like to say that to be critic with something, first you need to know about it.

Antequera - 20th August 2019

The Ministry of Local Goverment will collaborate in any investigation about the unknown location of the Derectan PM. At the moment, we would like to explain our police forces actuation. As refearing to the European Union laws, the diplomatic inmunity it's something missing on it, so, even if the PM was arrested, the Diplomatic Inmunity wasn't an act of avoiding the arrest.

Still, we would like to say that she was required to answer some questions, as a member of our Legión brought the police agents some proofs to arerst her. After answering the questions, the incidents happened, being surpringsinly attacked and after the smoke dissapeared, the Derectan PM was missing. This member of La Legión it's going to be suspended after he comes back to Spain, as he's also missing.

After that, in the club the police found out the dead body of a women called Candance, aged 97. We are trying to solve her nationality as her body was unclaimed. We suspect she was a toruist as she didn't got any passport or documentation with her, and also, some viewrs of the scene said that she didn't speak Spanish.

STATEMENT REFEARING TO THE DEATH OF CLLR. BEN HUFTON, FROM THE UNITED REICHS OF REITZMAG

On behalf of the Spanish Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And Cooperation sends the government's deepest condolences to the family and friends of Councillor Ben Hufton, that passed today.

Mr. Alfonso Dastis, Mr. Jesús Aguilar, President of Spain or any other government member didn't have the pleasure to know him in person, but, as Cllr. Alfonso Rodríguez has told us lots of times, his inspiration and motivation on carrying the European Union and all its countries forward in one unique direction were 2 of his gratest objectives.

We hope that from wherever he is at the moment, he could be able to see, listen and read every message that many other people sends to him.

Today, the Congreso de los Diputados has approved a constitutional reform regarding to our name. From now on, our official name is "The Kingdom of Spain". All Governemnt logos, touristical posters or campaings will have to be changed before April 2020. As for treaties signed by the Government won't be affected by the name's change.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation advises anyone who is due or will travel to the United Reichs Of Reitzmag in the next few days to cancel his trip until the situation there is safely. Also avoid bordering nations and those nations that could be attacked or damaged by this war.

The Spanish Government supports the Reitzmatic Government in this crisis but won't get involved in the war. Troops won't be sent to the URR.

SPANISH GOVERMENT - STATEMENT REGARDING THE SEVERAL COMMUNIST UPRISING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

In the last few days we have been able to see that many communist uprising has started in the European Union, making our region unsafe. Many nations might be suffering this sooner or later, and we'd like to be prepared if someday, these happens in our country. What we are seeing in the United Reichs of Reitzmag or Icholasen it's bad for all the democratic regimes in our region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation supports the Royal Family of both countries and ask the rebels in both countries to find a bloodless and pacific solution to these new conflicts. As some other EU governements have done, we are taking new measures to protect our country. These are:

As of now, all persons travelling from Icholasen will be required to show proper documentation and apply for visa status upon arriving in Spain. They won't be able to stay more than 15 days. If the have a criminal record, they will be sent back to Icholasen.
All flights from / to Icholasen will be canceled
The Royal Family engagements abroad have officially been cancelled.
Our European councillor will be given increased security as he stays in Europolis.
All approaching ships will be asked to identify themselves and their origin. Ships that do not respond will be asked to stop immediately in the Mediterranean Sea.

SPANISH GOVERNMENT - STATEMENT REGARDING THE END OF THE URR CIVIL WAR

We're happy to hear that a peace agreedment has been signed between the Government of the United Reichs of Reitzmag and the Communist Rebels. As of now, the following taken measures by the government will be changed. These are the newly updated measures that will be taken since tonight at 0:00 CET. (GMT +1):

Flights to / from the United Reichs of Reitzmag are still canceled. Only special flights could get allowance to enter the Spanish Air Space with tourists on board. Tourists must provide a passport and their NID to enter Spain. No visa will be required, as the permission to enter Spain will be given by the Borders' Patrol.
Spain will still accept any war refugee from the URR.

MINISTRY OF JUSTICE - REPRIEVE FOR CAPTAIN FERNÁNDEZ - VELÁSQUEZ

The today's cabinet meeting has aproved to reprieve Captain Fernández - Velázquez for all his felonies to the Kingdom of Spain. Since this moment, the Captain is not guilty of all of this misdemeanors and can move freely arounf the Kingdom of Spain without any risk of being arrested by the Spanish Authorities.

STATEMENT REGARDING DIPLOMATS ON THE URR

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation announces that the diplomats won't be coming back to the United Reichs of Reitzmag in a near future. Tensions all around Europe, and specially on Reitzmag, are dangerous to any person in the area or planning to travel to Reitzmag. New measures are being set for the United Rec¡ichs of Reitzmag and the whole European Union, in order to keep terrorists and war criminals out from Spain.

Spanish Airspace is being shut down for any plane coming to/from the URR or Icholasen. People from both countries are being inmediatly denied to enter Spain. Only people with diplomatic permission or with a living status will be able to stay in Spain. The tourists from both countries must leave the country in 48h.
Spain will cease on accepting war refugees, as no requests has been made in the last few days.
All the Government engagements abroad have been oficially cancelled.

STATEMENT - CORCENING THE UNITED REICHS OF REITZMAG

Madrid, 30th March 2020

The President of the Spanish Government, Mr. Jesús Aguilar, has summon an extraordinary Minister's Council to pass some laws to protect our national security and following many other international decisions about the kidnap of Mr. Bernie Sanders. From now own, the following measures are being taken:

All citizens of the United Reichs of Reitzmag are banned from entering the Kingdom of Spain.
Any assets originating from the United Reichs of Reitzmag in the Kingdom of Spain will be frozen immediately.
Should any URR aircraft enter the airspace of the Kingdom of Spain, it will be met with fighter jet escorts and asked to turn out of our airspace or face being shot down. The same is true for vessels flying the URR naval ensign.
El Congreso will be presented with motions authorising the use of military force against any and all government targets in the United Reichs of Reitzmag, following many others doing the same around Europe.
The Kingdom of Spain suspends the rights of abode and immigration to any citizen of the URR from now own. All the citizens will have the choice to get Spanish Nationality, which makes them refuse the Reitzmatic Nationality. If they say no, they'll have to leave before tomorrow's midnight. Letters has been sent this morning and will be arriving this afternoon to their homes.
Our embassy in the United Reichs of Reitzmag will be closed until further notice, and our ambassador, the staff and the associated family members of the diplomatic mission to the URR will be returned immediately to Spain.
The ambassador from the United Reichs of Reitzmag is asked to leave before midnight, with all the staff and his associated family. If he doesn't leave, he will be arrested for breaking this new laws.
The Kingdom of Spain asks to all their citizens with a residence status or having their vacations in the United Reichs of Reitzmag to come back before midnight. Spain is sending 4 planes with capacity for more than 350 each.
The Kingdom of Spain is suspending all diplomatic affairs with Reitzmag from now on.
The Kingdom of Spain considers of its property all the common projects with the United Reichs of Reitzmag and suspends any Reitzmatic participation on them.
Spain will consider on the Congreso passing economical sanctions to the most relevant Reitzmatic politicians an to the United Reich of Reitzmag as institution.
Spanish enterprises must suspend any business plans with any Reitzmatic enterprise. Spain is also not allowing any Reitzmatic enterprise to export their products to Spain.
All commercial, private or cargo flights to/from the URR are cancelled, as all ferries.
If the United Reichs of Reitzmag tries to attack any Spanish on any other country, or oppreses any Spanish Speaking person in their own country, this will be considered as a taunt.
The Kingdom of Spain condemns the kidnap of Mr. Bernie Sanders.
Any Government member or any Reitzmatic Royal Family member is not welcomed to Spain.

Also, Spanish Government is cancelling other measures that were taken some time ago. The measures written down here were taken before and from now on, they are cancelled:

STATEMENT - KINGDOM OF REITZMAG DIPLOMATIC TOUR

The Spanish Government announces that we won't be taking part on the proposed Diplomatic Tour to have better relationships with the Kingdom of Reitzmag, and reasons are very clear. Still, we are very happy that Reitzmag wants to hop on the European Union discourse train at the end.

First of all, the Spanish Governemnt can't believe that the Conservatives have gotten such a landslide with the Labour Party after the incidents with Mr. Coventry involving old Prime Minister Johnson, that it's currently being investigated.
Secondly, we are not meeting with a Prime Minister from a political party that it's entirely full of criminals, murderers and people prosecuted by the law. It would be a shame to meet with those that could have known about the plan to kidnap Foreign Minister Sanders or the complot to kill Mr. Coventry.

Spain would like to finally see free and unrigged elections in the Kingdom of Reitzmag. We want to let the Kingdom know that we won't be lifting sanctions, and we'll be keeping an eye on everything that happens on there.

STATEMENT - CONCERNING QUIM TORRA'S INDEPENDENCE REFERENDUM PETITION

The Spanish Government advices the President of Cataluña, Mr. Quim Torra i Pla, to cease on trying to get an independence referendum from Spain. This is considered illegal by our Constitution, that the Spanish people voted in 1978 during the Transición. Changes could be made, but never to allow a secession referendum to happen in Cataluña. Anyhow, if the Government allows this referendum, we remember to Cataluña's President, Mr. Torra, that the whole of Spain should vote on that referendum.

The Government of Spain, led by the President Mr. Jesús Aguilar, will be always able to sit on a negociation table and talk with the Cataluña's Government in order to get an fair agreedment for both parts and finally, solve the problem that have been in Spain for 6 years. We trust on diplomacy and democracy, and we will start negociations as fastest as possible. This is the first step to solve the conflict at all. Otherwise, if the President chooses the illegal way, the deployment of Article 155 will be approved in the Senate.

During today's afternoon we have been able to know that a Communist revolution has started in the United Stars of Valhalla. This is worrying due to the constant increase of revolutions and coups around Europe, which puts in risk our national security. We would like to say that we won't enter any war in order to defend any European Country, as it's not our objective to risk any Spanish live. VISIT TO THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE

The Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation Minister, D. Alfonso Dastis; the Minister of Tourism, D. Manolo Barón, and the President of the Spanish Government, D. Jesús Aguilar, will visit the Ottoman Empire the 15th June.

This meeting is expected to upgrade the relationships between the Ottoman Empire and the Kingdom of Spain, as looking forward to cooperate and make new projects together. Neighbours must cooperate together, and that's one of the Kingdom of Spain values.

STATEMENTS - UNITED STARS OF VALHALLA AND EURO 2020

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation announces the following things concerning the United Stars of Valhalla:

All restrictions and special measures concerning the United Stars of Valhalla have been removed today.

We also announce some things concerning the Euro 2020:

Players from the Kingdom of Reitzmag Football Association will be able to enter the country during the Euro 2020.
A maximum of 5.000 fans from Reitzmag will be able to enter the country during the Euro 2020. A special guide designed by the Government will be published to explain the special measures that will be taken during the Euro 2020 concerning the fans and the Football Association.
Also, another guide will be distributed to the Foreign Governments concerning Security and other affairs that are important for the celebration of this competition.

AGREEMENT ON FREE MILITARY ASSOCIATION WITH THE REPUBLIC OF NOFOAGA

The Kingdom of Spain and the Republic Nofoaga commit to carry out, to comply and to secure the following agreed rights and obligations to each other in the context of the Agreement of Free Military Association:

The Kingdom of Spain commits to secure the defense of the national territory and population of the Republic Nofoaga, operated by its authorized forces.

AND RECEIVES THE RIGHTS

For full international defense authority and responsibilities;
To operate armed forces in the Republic Nofoaga and to demand land for operating bases.

AND COMMITS TO

Guarantee the defense of the Republic Nofoaga;
And becomes responsible for protecting the Republic Nofoaga and responsible for administering all international defense treaties and affairs, though it may not declare war behalf the Republic Nofoaga;
Citizens of the Republic Nofoaga may serve in the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain;
Carry 2/3 of the costs for operating military bases in the Republic Nofoaga.

The Republic Nofoaga commits to guarantee the deployment of the necessary number of troops of the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain.

AND RECEIVES THE RIGHTS

To make an appeal on the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain in case of an actual or impending attack on the Republic Nofoaga;
Citizens of the Republic Nofoaga may serve in the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain.

AND COMMITS TO

Unlock the national territories of the Republic Nofoaga to the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain, and thus providing the West-coast area on Nomatiki peninsula and the North based areas between Vulaka Pika and Nimo;
Guarantee the possibility of building the agreed number of military bases;
Provide social rights applied on citizens and residents of the Republic Nofoaga;
Ensure the annual contribution of 3,975 billion Euros to guarantee the ability to defense the Republic Nofoaga by the Kingdom of Spain;
Carry 1/3 of the costs of operating military bases in the Republic Nofoaga;
Allows in times of national emergency, state of war, or when necessary to defend against an actual or impending attack on the Kingdom of Spain the authorized armed forces of the Kingdom of Spain to operate on its soil.

FURTHER MORE it is not allowed to use nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons in Nofoagan territory.

The Agreement of Free Military Association excludes the militaries of other countries on Nofoagan soil without permission of the Kingdom of Spain, with the exception of EURO CORPS.

AGREEMENTS WITH THE MALBORYAN REPUBLIC

Spanish Citizens that travel into Malborya

A) FREE TRAVEL

1A - Spanish citizens can visit The Malboryan Republic visa-free up to 45 days for tourism purposes.

Spanish citizens can request a visa if they want to stay in Malborya for extended periods, though no longer than 120 days per year.

1B - Malboryan citizens can visit Spain visa-free up to 30 days for tourism purposes.

Malboryan citizens can request a visa if they want to stay in Spain for extended periods, though no longer than 160 days per year.

2 - Both countries' citizens can request indefinite residence status to work, study or live in the other country under conditions listed below:

If the citizen is requesting indefinite residence status to study in the opposite country, they must show a qualification certificate to their respective border forces from the educational institution they are going to study. This certificate includes detailed information about the institution and the citizen. This can be obtained via requesting directly from the educational institution.
If the citizen is requesting indefinite residence status to work in Malborya or Spain, they must obtain a workplace certificate from their respective border forces which include the address of the workplace and details about the citizen.
If the citizen wants to live under the indefinite residence, they must inform their respective border forces.

3 - Both countries reserves the right to deport anyone that they see as a threat to national integrity and general security.

B) FREE TRADE

1A - Spain will eliminate all custom duties and tariffs between Malborya.

1B - The Malboryan Republic will eliminate all custom duties and tariffs between Spain.

2 - Both countries may add value-added taxes (VAT) and/or goods and services taxes (GST) on goods and services imported from the other country, as long as similar goods and services are subject to the same VAT or GST taxes in the home country.

The Malboryan Republic may add extra tax for a specific category of items that are subject to the same specific taxes in Malborya.

Both countries may search any cargo coming from the other country that is deemed suspicious for, but not limited to:

Any item that is blocked in the home country for various reasons, whether temporary, permanent or indefinite
Any dangerous criminals wanted in their home countries, suspect of residing in the other country.

Any consumable goods coming from the countries may be analyzed and approved before their distribution to the respective countries.

C ) MISCELLANEOUS

Direct connections via plane will be established between the cities of;

Malbory City and London
Malbory City and Île-de-France
Rupestry and Antequera
Acelany and Antequera

Malboryan citizens that travel into Spain

If they'd like to work in Spain, but they still don't have a job in Spain, they'll have a month (30 days) to find one. If they don't, they'll have to leave the country or request another period of 30 days to find a job. They'll be able to request 4 extensions a year.

2 - Malboryan citizens can request indefinite residence status to work, study or live in Spain under conditions listed below:

If the citizen is requesting indefinite residence status to study in Spain, they must show a qualification certificate to the Spanish Border Force (exercised by Guardia Civil) from the educational institution they are going to study. This certificate includes detailed information about the institution and the citizen themselves. This can be obtained via requesting directly from the educational institution.
If the citizen is requesting indefinite residence status to work in Spain, they must obtain a workplace certificate from the Spanish Border Force which includes the address of the workplace and details about the citizen.
If the citizen wants to live under the indefinite residence, they must inform the Spanish Border Force.
