Jean-Claude Juncker for Premier 2021 | Bring the Real European Union Back

10 Comandments to Bring the Real European Union Back
- I will push forward the European Union 2030 Agenda, a new realistic and money-worth project, which will reflect the issues and challenges of the European Union in the following 9 years to come and try to tackle them as soon as possible, with cooperation and following the main European values. This Agenda includes the discussion of a Constitutional reform to make the European Union a better place for all of us.
- Bring back Premier Commissioner's Questions and answering them in the maximum time of a week. Transparency has been missing during the last four months, and the European Commission has to be a transparency example for the millions of Europeans following its activity closely.
- Climate change will still be key in the real European Union we want to bring back and let to the future generations along with the 2030 agenda. If I'm elected, the European Premier Commission will co-operate with the Internal Affairs Commission in order to supervise the work member states do and to help any member state, just like the European Commission proposed a loan to help the Commonwealth of Leagio in their green transition.
- A new Leaders' Summit will be held before the end of the term, in which European Leaders, the Council Speaker and both the Premier and the Internal Affairs Commissioner will address the state of the Union. This summit will be useful to have a clear view of the thoughts of member states' leaders about the current functioning of the Union and the path we should follow to ensure that the EU keeps working. This Leaders' Summing will finally put an end to the European Assembly, a pending matter since last year.
- The European Union budget will be updated to the 2021-2022 Fiscal year as expected before the term ends. The European Union needs a new budget that reflects the current economical situation of the Union and its members, distributing the money with common sense and thinking wisely on what should the EU invest.
- All the European Union's positions will be re-appointed. This will be done in co-operation with the Internal Affairs and External Affairs Commissioners, to give the European Union a nee look when it comes to transparency.
- As a Premier candidate, I will attempt to end with the 2 ongoing conflicts in the European Union: The UNSR-Icholasen conflict and the Copala City-Reitzmag conflict. Europe has had enough conflicts in the last year and we, politicians, need to be mature and intelligent enough to put an end to these selfish attitudes that just harm the medium and low-class Europeans. I believe both conflicts should be tackled differently and with freedom, instead than being treated as the Council wants.
- Enhancing the European Union's values and spirit, in order to make countries within the European Union to feel closer and work looking towards the same direction as the other does. Europe doesn't need a thousand ways to solve a conflict, but an agreed single way to tackle the problem and all together, come to a correct decision.
- As Premier Commissioner, you need to know where the red line between integration and sovereignty is. If I win the election, I promise to find a balance between the European Union's needed integration and keeping Member States' sovereignty safe.
- In cooperation with the Internal Affairs Commissioner, the Commission will come up with new EU-wide projects that can truly benefit all nations and that are useful for the future of the Union. We need to work towards a new and reformed European Court of Justice or to complete some of the other projects that the European Commission has already started.

Jean-Claude Juncker's Campaign: Day 1 - Let the Party Start
1st Rally
Europolis
31-05-2021The 31st of May had finally arrived, and Jean-Claude Juncker was back on the campaign to win the Premier Commissioner seat. He was ready: he had gained experience about the European Commission in 2020, and now he knew it was the perfect time to run for the Premier Commissioner seat. He also promised to run on his book, published on December last year, so he couldn't let down the millions of Europeans which were awaiting for his candidady. He had many proposals, he had been thinking on what to do for these 4 months, and now he had the perfect chance to prove that a 66 years old man was ready to occupy the highest office of the European Union.
As the rally was taking place at 9AM in the morning, people had been waiting since 3AM to see the Premier Commissioner's candidate. This time, there was no office to come down from, but there was a Junckdrone recording everything, one of the newest Junckgadgets a huge majority of Europeans loved, according to Juncker's own experiences around Europe during these 4 months. But, he wanted to give some modernity to his rallies, so he knew what he exactly wanted to do. The clock's bell rang, it was 9 o'clock, and Adrenalina by Senhit and Flo Rida started to play. A volunteer for the Juncker campaign appeared on the stage and shouted: "Ladies and gentlemen, the time you have been awaiting for is finally here. Please welcome the LEGEND, the KING OF CAMAPIGNS, your friend and next Premier Commissioner, JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!"
Suddenly, Juncker and his team crossed through a designated path left for the same purpose riding Junckegways, a brand new idea for this campaign, and danced riding them using a coreography they had been working on for months. Then, in the Flo Rida part, all of them went up to the stage and danced until the song fianlly ended. The crowd applauded and chanted Juncker's name. It was huge, some of them had posters and many others were waiving EU flags. Juncker also got to see some fan-made t-shirts, which really surprised him. Finally, he took the floor.
"Good morning Europolis! Good morning Europe and thank you for coming here today!
The crowd shouted on excitement and chanted Juncker name again, he smiled
The time that you were waiting for is finally here, we are all back on track and our main goal is well-known by the whole of the European Union: I want to be your next Premier Commissioner and I will give my best to achieve that goal. It's been eight months since my last campaign, but I want to warn any possible candidate that wants to run against me: despite being 66 years old and not doing a single campaign in eight months, I'm ready and I have been travelling through Europe to get to know the main concerns of the European people. And today, I'm starting my campaign here, in Europolis, to prove everybody that your age doesn't matter, but your proposals do. And the Europeans are ready to feel how the Commission really makes an effort for them, to have another active Commission like both I was a member of. They deserve that.
A thunderstorming applause took place
When I wrote my first memories, I already knew I had to run for this very important position for the region I serve and I love. Today, I can affirm I had never been more convinced to run on a election, because the real European Union needs to be brought back, and we are going to do it together. You, the Europeans, have said enough to part-time jokes, unaccomplished promises, inaction on several crisis and not being heard. You want the opposite, you want proposals that help you, that improve your life's quality and overall these things, you want an active Commission which is there to protect our common treasure, which is the European Union.
Many candidates, not just campaigning for the Premier Commissioner's seat, but for the Internal Affairs Commission, will try to sell you all kind of proposals, all very attractive and full of decorations and shiny lights to attract you to their platform. And when they manage to win, they forget about these things and do exactly the opposite. You know how this kind of people is called in many countries? They are called populists, because they use you, the people, to get a profit from the European Union. And the only populist-free Eurogroup at the moment is the European Progressive Alliance, which stood next to the Europeans when it held the Commission and is still standing next to you in the Council. That's what an Eurogroup is about and we should always remember that!
A round of applause took place
But I also need to warn you about other kind of candidates, a dangerous kind for the common project we share and which would risk the European Union: the anti-EU candidates. These kind of candidates will always wear a mask, to cover all the truths behind their mask. They will say things like 'the European Union is much better if we all leave it', or 'destroying the European Union is the best thing we could do to save our states' sovereignty'. And when I hear these things, I always ask the same question: 'Excuse me sir, but what on Earth made you think that?' I have a message for those believing that Europe will be better if we destroy the Union: if you want to destroy the European Union, you'll find millions of us in front of you to stop it. If you want to destroy a Union, I strongly advice you to make an imaginary one in your house and destroy it. But you won't touch the EU, because we, the Europeans, won't let you touch it.
A big applause took place
People from Europolis, a new and exciting campaign starts, and winds of change can already be felt by your skin. It's a matter of time, and soon we will be able to see a new Commission with 2 new responsible Commissioners. And I hope to receive your vote, to bring the real European Union back, to help you and your families with reasonable proposals that makes your and your families' lifes much better than they are now, to have an active Commission that indeed manages to tackle Europe's main problems and works towards letting the new generations a better world than the one we found. It is time for a change, and we are the change. Let's do it together.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!"
A thunderstorming applause took place while Juncker waved the audience, signed autographs and took photos with them

Jean-Claude Juncker - Come Fly with Me
2nd Rally
Kaanpaşa, Alkharya
31-05-2021After the rally in the European Union's capital city, Europolis, Jean-Claude Juncker and his team headed to the city's airport in order to take their campaign plane and fly to Alkharya, the land of birth of Münnever Birdane, current Internal Affairs Commissioner and a friend of Jean-Claude. He knew the situation at Alkharya wasn't the best, with a conflict left to solve taking place in the country and still not over. Juncker was told by Birdane that she would fix the ongoing conflict once she left the Internal Affairs' office, so Juncker or the elected Internal Affairs Commissioner wouldn't need to worry about that.
Juncker and his team arrived at Kaanpaşa International Airport and while the whole team travelled to the rally place by van, Juncker preferred to be treated like any other citizen and chose to go by taxi to the plaza where the rally would take place. During the journey, he had the chance to speak to the taxi driver, who told the Premier Commissioner candidate about the current situation. The city was unsafe, that's why Juncker had some security with him and a perimeter was assured to avoid anyone attacking the candidate. Also, people wishing to attend the rally passed through several security checks to verify everything was ok.
Juncker finally arrived and Nothing breaks like a Heart, featuring Katy Perry started to play. The speaker came out on the stage again and spoke: "Hello Alkharya, are you ready?!" The crowd shouted to say "Yes", and then the speaker spoke again: "Then, welcome the man you have been waiting for during this morning, JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKEER!" Juncker appeared on the stage and waved all the crowd and danced with his team the song. Finally, the rally could start.
"Good afternoon Kaanpaşa and thank you for coming today!
The crowd shouted Juncker's name and clapped
Before doing anything, please let me tell you how brave you are. When we thought on our campaign route, we never discarded Alkharya, but we were advised to go to any other place instead than this city, your capital city. It is true the city might not be safe, but today we are going to enjoy this summit with safety, with relac because I am very lucky to have such an amazing team which will be taking care of you all and my team during the rally. So relax, seat on your Junckchairs and get ready to enjoy this second rally of our campaign. And today, we will of course talk about the ongoing conflict here, but also about my campaign slogan and what does it means.
The crowd went on a big applause round
The conflict you have gone through and actually you are going through can be described with 3 words: cruel and destructive. Alkharya is a nice country, full of nice people like you that have always been keen on making their society better, and now you are discovering the most terrible face of our country, a face none of us wanted to see or to discover. I was born in the middle of a fascist dictatorship in Spain, and even if this is not similar, because here the country was divided into 2 parts, and the illegal part of this division doesn't understand what freedom of speech is. And Europe has been turning its faces to the other side, I could understand how betrayed you might feel right now. But the good news for you and your country are just about to arrive. If I'me elected as Premier Commissioner, I do promise to be next to you and to co-operate, when requested, with one of my best friends who knows your country well and will be able to bring Alkharya back to the European Union as we all love it. With a Juncker Premiership, Europe won't turn around, but it will be next to you, always, following the European Union's values when, and let me remark this, requested by the national authorities.
And now, onto my campaign slogan. When I first thought on planning this Premier Commissioner campaign, I thought on what Europe was going through, and I think it is very accurate that during these last 4 months, Europe has seen Sanctions, wars, ideological combats in the European Council and attempts to break the European Union; and while some try to say this is the real European Union and that's why they should leave it, we, Europeists, know that is not true. A huge majority of the Europeans know the European Union wants empathy, solidarity between member states, co-operation, sovereignty, rules which benefit the Europeans like you and me. We all know here that the Europeans are against wars, against ideological combats like the ones we saw in the Council trying to condemn Capitalism or saying that we should put an end to those that started Socialism. That is not the European Union we deserve, that's not the European Union we want. What we, the Europeans, really want, is a tolerant, friendly and peaceful Union where everyone can live happily and we have competent politicians ruling always to favour us, the citizens. That's what we should really fight for, and not to destroy Socialism or Capitalism!
A thunderstorming round of applause took place
These elections, the European Union is taking the plunge of its estability, its survival. We, the Europeans, will need to choose between those wishing to end with the Union as we know it, those pretending to force others to leave even if they don't want and making the European Union so unstable and stupid nobody wants to join anymore. Or, there's another choice, a choice which offers exactly the opposite, which offers to bring the Real European Union Back, and that's open to those that believe the European Union has no purpose or to those that, like me, love the European Union. Europe made lots of mistakes in the past, we still make mistakes and you just need to look at the wars we have recently had. Now it's the time to bring back that EU we all co-operated to form when the European Progressive Alliance was on the Commission, and I give you my words, fellow Alkharyans, to work as harder as possible to upgrade our Union.
Thank you very much!"
A thunderstorming applause took palce. The meeting was over and Juncker took photos, signed autographs and waved the crowd from the stage.

Day 2 - Time to Strike Back
3rd Rally
Prague, Czech Slavia
01-06-2021The 2nd day of the Juncker's campaign finally started, and the former Internal Affairs Commissioner and now candidate to become Europe's next Premier Commissioner woke up in Prague. Of course, he had been looking at what the other candidates did, and he was surprised to see how the European politics' chess board had changed: his friend Donald Tusk was now the European Progressive Alliance chairman, Emma Granger was running for the Internal Affairs Commission and some candidates were attacking him, as usual.
It seemed this campaign would be a Juncker VS Winston, the Electric Boogaloo, but fighting with Leeson, who wasn't even competiting with him, and the Istkalenian candidate, whose candidature the Council was debating because nobody in the European Union knew if Istkalen was still a member state of it or it wasn't. Jean-Claude didn't enjoy the European Union current status, mostly because it was all a mess, but of course, nobody knew a thing in the Council and the Commission wasn't expected to answer until a new one with him on it was formed. But back to the rally, the people started to arrive at the place where it would be celebrated, and suddenly Can't Stop the Felling by Justin Timberlake started to play, and the Speaker came off: "Welcome everybody to this Juncker campaign rally! Before we get to listen to Jean-Claude, please cheer up for Michal Rychetský!" Michal appeared on stage and waved the people, who were cheering; then the music was stopped.
"Dear friends, I wholeheartedly thank you for coming here!
It is my pleasure to welcome former Internal Affairs Commissioner, candidate for the position of Premier Commissioner and a great statesman and democrat, Jean Claude Juncker here today! Juncker's two terms as Internal Affairs Commissioner were a greatly successful period in the history of our Union and I believe that if he is elected Premier Commissioner another great period awaits us.
The crowd erupted into an applause
Let as not forget that Juncker is a friend of Czech people who has come here many times in the past to understand our troubles and he is a man that could truly represent us. And now, look up to the sky to welcome Jean-Claude Juncker!!!"
The crowd then looked to the sky, and they saw how Juncker jumped from a roof using a delta wing which had his face on it. They drove crazy and chanted Juncker name, someone even shouted: "What a pro he is, what a great man we could have as Premier this time!" Juncker had been practising this flight during the last months, so it was easy for the Premier candidate to land safely on the stage while the crowd erupted in a thunderstorming applause and the music played once again. Juncker waved the crowd and his speech started.
"Good evening Prague! Thank you for coming here today, and thank you for this astonishing welcoming you have offered me today! You all know I love your country, I'm a fan of its monuments, its food and its culture, and it is always a pleasure for me to come here and enjoy some time with you!
The crowd applauded Juncker words and chanted his name
Before I start, I just want to answer some of the attacks that some candidates have dedicated to me during today's rallies all around Europe. You know, I barely never listen to those people saying how bad I am, which is just a blind version of what my policies and my work is, but they still love to attack me. Do you remember that guy from the Duchies who run for Premier the last election, whose name was Peter Leeson? Well, it is with deep sorrow to inform you he is now running for Internal Affairs. Well, it seems he has no other people to attack, but me. You see, this guy is gonna end up being the new Edmund Winston, which by the way, I want to salute from here, he's one of my best friends and I know he is watching us today. He says he knows about the environment, but doesn't know that flying from Europolis to Alkharya is cheaper and pollutes much less than going by car to the Holy See and then taking a ferry to Alkharya. Summing up, a new wanna-be a guru that ends up saying untrue facts.
The crowd laughed and applauded Juncker's words
And now, let's start talking about one of the comandments I have proposed to you all, the Europeans, if I am elected as your next Premier Commissioner. And it is Premier Commissioner's Questions. It is not that difficult: transparency should be a must do on every single Commission term, no matter who is the Premier, the Internal Affairs or the External Affairs Commissioner. I don't care if it's called Juncker, Cocx, Whiteford or Birdane, we should always ask for transparency. With Premier Commissioner's questions, which is not a new idea but re-establishing an older idea that has been left out, everyone, no matter if they are a journalist, a politician or yourself, the citizens of the European Union, will be able to ask whatever they want, within some rules, to me. What's the main goal of this, you'll be asking yourselves that question while you try to figure out what is the point of doing that. It is very simple: with Premier Commissioner questions, Europe gets to know what the Premier Commissioner thinks it should be done, what his next steps will be and the most important thing, we will achieve something we are searching to achieve with this campaign, and that's transparency.
A thunderstorming applause took place
And now, I want to talk about how of a responsability being Premier Commissioner is, without insulting the other candidates, unlike others. Because even if you don't believe it, the Premier Commissioner is the highest authority in the European Union and he is alone when danger threatens him. Let me just give you a very simple example: when the Internal Affairs Commissioner doesn't know how to proceed, he can call the Premier Commissioner and ask for help. That doesn't happen when you are Premier Commissioner, you need to be ready and have clear ideas, instead of saying that you want to establish some sort of system that was proposed in the 19th Century and that failed and keeps failing in the UNSR, or trying to say you will be able to change the European Union when you weren't able to co-operate in order to avoid certain happenings in your country. That doesn't mean both of these thoughts shouldn't be respected, they must, but it means we have to look towards the European Union of the future and not of the past.
A round of applause took place
Czech people, I really want to fight for becoming the next European Union's Premier Commissioner. This is a serious matter, a serious job that needs serious people in front. During my both terms as Commissioner, I have proven to be reliable, to be ready to direct the European Union's policy and overall these things, all of you know I am able to do great things for our region and I will do them until the very end. Let's bring the real European Union back, and let's do it together!
Thank you very much!
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause and the rally was over. Juncker waved the crowd and then took some photos and signed autograpghs
-
Day 3 - To the North we Go!
4th Rally
Montague, Montenbourg
02-06-2021It was the third day of the campaign, and Juncker was really relaxed. Despite his last campaigns, which were all rushed, he was trying to enjoy every single rally he did. The next stop on his route around Europe was Montenbourg, home of many things and place of birth for two of his friends: Xavier Bettel, the Montenbourgian Prime Minister; and Emma Granger, her European Progressive Alliance running mate on these elections. Jean-Claude decided to get there with the Junckaircraft, another fresh new Junckgadget of his.
He landed on an aerodrome close enough to Montenbourg's capital city, Montague, and was picked up by a black van which was hired by Juncker's team. There was a huge amount of people waiting around Montague's main plaza, carrying all kinds of flags: Montenbourg's flags, EPA's flags, Juncker's flags and huge posters. It was quite a nice audience for Juncker, and they were waiting for him. As soon as he arrived, Thunderstruck by AC/DC started to play. The well-known speaker appeared on the stage and spoke: "Good afternoon Montague!! Are you ready? (The crowd shouts "Yeeees" very loud) THEN WELCOME THE LEGEND AND THE EPA'S PREMIER CANDIDATE... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!" Pyrotechnics were used to welcome Juncker along with the rythm of the music. The Commission candidate waved the crowd and started to speak:
"Good afternoon Montague! Thank you for coming here today, thank you to those watching us online and supporting us on every rally! It's a pleasure to be here, with such a big and amazing crowd, and I really want to thank you for waiting here for so long until right now!
A loud applause took place, people also chanted Juncker's name
When people like me come to Montenbourg, a nice country like many others in the European Union, they know they can feel like if they were home. In this country, the European Progressive Alliance proves how things can be done right: we fight for equality between the Europeans, no matter you are a man or a woman, no matter you are attracted by men, by women or by both, no matter if you are a man and feel like a woman and viceversa. The European Union deserves to be a tolerant place, where everyone can live in peace, without being attacked because of his ethnicity or his sexual orientation. We, the Europeans, are mostly tolerant people, and we know that when the European Progressive Alliance has some representation in the European Commission, Europeans' rights will be protected, and I guarantee that I will protect your rights and all the Europeans' rights aswell.
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause
You know, when I hear some people say "we should leave member states to decide on this issue", I cannot disagree more. Europe knows I am always for finding the correct balance between the several member states sovereignty rights and what the European Union can and cannot legislate over. But on this very important topic, the European Union needs to assure basic human rights are accomplished, and if that means that non-tolerant people hate us because we are tolerant, then it's worth to protect millions than just a few! If we manage to start the European Union 2030 Strategy, the Constitution will keep saying "Everyone has the right to marry or be in a marriage in accordance with the law without distinction as to their sex or sexual orientation."
But today, we are going to talk about economics, that topic that I know bores many of you, but believe it or not, economics are really important for the European Union future; so let's try making it funnier than it actually is. You know, when I hear some other candidates saying 'we should push forward Europe-wide monetary policy and then the world and our region will be amazing and everyone will be living happily with a decent wage and whatever', all I can say is stop telling lies to the Europeans when we talk about their money and about their sovereingty. Why should the European Union say what Montenbourg, for example, should do with its currency? Or what the European Monetary Union countries should do with the EMU? We want a sovereign Europe, alright, but we also want to dictate their monetary policy? That's not how it works. If I get to be the next Europe's Premier Commissioner, I will put an end to those shady companies that done nothing but still are funded by the European Union, we will update the European Union's budget once that is done and we will work on the upgrade of the European Loan Provision Act to get the European Union ready for any kind of loan.
A round of applause took place
Europe, Montenbourgians, when I campaigned for becoming the Internal Affairs Commissioner we always spoke about projects, and I want to tell you that the project's time will come soon. But meanwhile, we need to focus on what really matters: our economy matters, our social rights matter, bringing the European Union back, not this one, the real one, matters a lot. If we go and vote for the wrong candidate, maybe we will never bring the real European Union back; and we cannot allow that to happen, we cannot let the wrong candidates take our institutions. But, if we vote for a candidate that we all know he has been responsible when he has been on the Commission and runs with a very exemplary Eurogroup as the EPA, we know success will be a thing during these months. That's why I ask you to vote for me, to bring the real European Union back.
Thank you very much!
The rally was over. Juncker first waved the crowd and then took some photos and signed some autographs

Jean-Claude Juncker - Sailing on the Freezing Artic
5th Rally
Põhiseadus, Kaitsja
02-06-2021After the Juncker's rally in Montegue, the capital city of Montenbourg, Juncker headed to the closest port where the Junckyatch was waiting. All his team and himself came on board into the yatch and navigated towards Kaitsja, a new country that recently joined the European Union. If there was something Jean-Claude really loved, that was new countries joining the EU, and that was the case today.
There was a lot of expectation concerning the former Internal Affairs Commissioner rally, despite if nobody from Juncker's team expected that. The yatch arrived into the closest port to Põhiseadus and the team headed towards the plaza where the summit would be held. Everyone was very excited, and when Rocket Man by Elton John, the crowd started to cheer. The well-known speaker came out: "Good evening Põhiseadus! Who's ready for a lovely rally today? Please welcome the EPA's Premier Commissioner candidate... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!!" The crowd cheered and applauded while Juncker appeared on state. Jean-Claude waved and clapped to the crowd for their support, before finally delivering his speech:
"Good evening Põhiseadus! Thank you for being here today and also a very good evening to those watching us live from all around Europe. I can see a lot of people today, and that's nice and, let me be honest, unexpected. I really hope we enjoy this rally today and we can make things clear.
The crowd cheered and chanted Juncker's name
But before we start, I want to say something. As many of you may know, the European Council is debating right now if they should or shouldn't let Iskiris Koline, the candidate for Premier Commissioner who is from Istkalen, run for the same position I am running. I have been following the debate while we were travelling to Põhiseadus, and I was mentioned by the Istkalenian Councillor. Let me be very clear: I don't need any help to win an election, and moreover, I want Ms. Koline to run for Premier in equal conditions and with the same democratical guarantees than I'm running with. So, even if she is one of my competitors, I want to send her a message: Don't stop campaigning, because even if you are stopped by those in the Council from running, you would have made history in our Union for being so brave to challenge every single thing that took place in Istkalen during the last months.
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause
And now, onto the meeting content. Today, we are going to speak about our children and how we could help them from the Premier Commissioner. You know, many people say the Internal Affairs Commissioner is the most powerful seat on the Commission and that the Premier Commissioner has limited power. But I made that seat have more power than it actually does have, and now we are going to do the same with the Premier Commissioner seat. On my last campaign, in which I was re-elected as Internal Affairs Commissioner, I proposed the Erasmus programme, in which the European Union would give a scolarship to a certain amount of students with the greatest marks to study around the European Union, in exchange of keeping those good marks. If they don't keep them, then the scolarship money would have to be returned inmediately, but if they manage to end their careers with the same great marks, they will have a longer time to return the money. This, ladies anf gentlemen, is investing on the future without losing any single Euro. The European Union gets smarter and most prepared workers, and the students get, in exchange, a chance to study abroad.
Of course, an old man saying this is like a parrot teaching you how to be a good singer; both can have an idea about how it works, but you won't be perfect. The 'old man', that's me, is 66 years old, I will fortunately live for 34 more years, and I want my grandsons to have those chances. But my grandsons can perfectly be your children or that little kid who came here today with his grandma! Investing in the future is a sure investment, and will surely make a profit in the future. I can see a lot of kids from here, and let me tell you they are the future of our Union. When we do these kind of programmes, we need to respect the European Union's member states sovereingty, which is why we are going to do this voluntarily, so we are accomplishing with that; we need to save money, that's why we are going to integrate some programmes which get quite a lot of money, so goal accomplished aswell. Who said the European Progressive Alliance was a sinonym of increasing expenses?
The crowd laughed and applauded
Ladies and gentlemen, the European Progressive Alliance is the only guarantee to have a responsible Premiership, an active European Union that gets to worry about the main problems of the European Union, that searches for a better future and tries to make the next generations ready. And how much does that cost? Just one single vote for me. If the European Union votes for Jean-Claude Juncker and the EPA, all your problems might not go away, but the Commission will be there to help, just like I were there when it was needed in Eastern Haane or the Caspian. And that will, consequently, make the Real European Union come back!
Thank you very much and good night!"
Juncker waved as the rally ended and then took some photos and signed some autographs
-
Day 5 - After the Rest, Comes the Storm
6th Rally
Kazmurbirha, Ruthund
04-06-2021After the rally in Põhiseadus, Kaitsja; Juncker decided to take a day off which he would spend exploring the country he last rallied at the neighbouring country, Ruthund. It was quite a mysterious adventure, but Ruthund never let any tourist down, not even Juncker. He used the Junckbus, which was updated for the campaign, to move around. Instead of saying "Juncker for Internal", now the bus said "Juncker for President". And Juncker, as everything his team prepared, enjoyed it.
The 4th of June arrived, and that meant Juncker was back on campaign once again. His whole team got on the bus and they were driven to Kazmurbirha, the capital city of Ruthund. Before leaving continental Europe and crossing the Atlantic Ocean towards the Caribbean islands, Ruthund was always Juncker's last continental stop, so he wanted to make things much better. He knew Ruthens didn't understand the purpose of the European Union, and that was his main task: make them understand how great Europe is. People started to arrive in the plaza and the Junckbus arrived just in time. The Speaker came out and spoke: "Hello Kazmurbirha! Who's ready for some Junckaction? Please welcome the EPA's Premier Candidate... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!" I'm Still Standing by Elton John started to play and Juncker appeared on stage and started to dance with his team and wave the people that was there dancing and cheering aswell. Finally, Juncker started to deliver his speech:
"Good afternoon Kazmurbirha! Thank you for being today, thank you to those supporting all around Europe and watching us life thanks to social networks! And despite many want to see me leave politics forever, I'm still standing better than I ever did!
A vociferous applause took place while people chanted Juncker's name
Before coming here, I have taken a one day off to discover this part of the European Union, but I also thought about more things that we could do to make a better European Union and how we are actually doing that. I must confess your country's landscapes and fantastic people in the border, where I have been mostly, made me have new ideas, but also made me thought about the Europe you want. There's no secret many of you don't understand how useful the EU is to you, because we all know most of you don't see the European Union as an useful institution. That's why we need an integral reform of the EU, but overall those things, we need to have an active and responsible Commission where the elected politicians work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year to protect all the Europeans' interests. I did that when I was on Commission, and I will do it again if I am elected as Premier Commissioner of the European Union.
A thunderstorming applause took place
And today, we are going to speak about how I, Jean-Claude Juncker, want the European Union's member states and politicians to feel more integrated in the European Union. That's why a new Leaders' Summit will be held before the end of the term, in which European Leaders, the Council Speaker and both the Premier and the Internal Affairs Commissioner will address the state of the Union. And how are we going to do is? So, the Council Speaker and the Commission will work together to decide what the current state of the Union is and from the data and our own opinions, we will elaborate a speech. Once the speech is delivered to the European Union's leaders, each leader will have the chance to give its opinion about the speech and mention topics that might have been forgotten or mentioned briefly. The main aim with this new way of organising the Leaders Summit that started to take place with my first Commissionship is to listen the leaders even more than we previously did.
This summit will also be useful to have a clear view of the thoughts of member states' leaders about the current functioning of the Union and the path we should follow to ensure that the EU keeps working properly in order to start the procedures for the application of the EU 2030 Strategy. And I also want to announce that this Leaders' Summing will finally put an end to the European Assembly, a pending matter since last year. Furthermore, I want to promise that I'll introduce the required Legislation to the Council in the first month of my term. The European Assembly matter shouldn't be avoided anymore, and that's why I will be fully compromised with ending with it for once and all. And at the same time, I want to remark that the Commission isn't good for accomplishing promises, but for being helpful to the functioning of the European Union and the interests of the Europeans, every single European.
A loud applause took place
So ladies anf gentlemen, the rally is now coming to an end, but our trip to a better Europe might just have started. My endeavour on this campaign will be as big as possible, and I won't let anybody down like I didn't do a 8 months ago or a year ago. I'm a man whose word can be trusted, but also can be trusted because I like to help everybody, even those that doesn't like me. Europe is now playing the game of its life, and any wrong choice will surely be hurtful for the European Union and for all of us. If you want the EU to have some sense, to be much better it actually is, then please, vote for me and join the Juncker team to finally achieve the best Europe we could possibly have.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!"
A thunderstorming applause took place and people cheered. Juncker waved, signed autographs and took some photos before leaving Ruthund

Jean-Claude Juncker - Follow the Turtle Way
7th Rally
Port Beauharnais, Nofoaga
04-06-2021While Jean-Claude Juncker's team decided to travel by plane to Port Beauharnais, Juncker decided to try out a new Junckgadget: the Junckjet-Ski. The Junckjet-Ski was delivered in Ruthund the day before Juncker did his rally, and now he could ride the Atlantic Ocean's waves to Nofoaga. This was possible thank to the great weather that Juncker and the whoel Atlantic Ocea could enjoy during that afternoon of navigation. During his navigation. Juncker could enjoy a lot of dolphin views, amazing sea views and lot of interesting stuff.
After some time, Juncker finally arrived to Port Beauharnais. Everything was ready, and Juncker was warmly welcome by the people who were at the port at the moment of his arrival. He headed by foot to the rally place, and when he was seen by his team, the rally start machinery started to work. Up by Olly Murs and Demi Lobato started to play and the Speaker came out: "Nofoaga, are you ready? Please give it up for JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!!" The team started to dance and Juncker got to the stage and joined them. He also waved the crowd, which was massive, and then he started to deliver his speech.
"Good evening Nofoaga! Good evening Port Beauharnais! Thank you for coming today, thank you for your support and also thank you to those following our campaign live via our social networks. It is always a pleasure and a honour to be here, in this amazing country!
The crowd cheered and chanted Juncker's name
I'll tell you a little history before we start which is related to the topic we are talking about today. To come here, I have sailed the whole Atlantic Ocean, from Ruthund to this very island, the Republic of Nofoaga, in a jet-ski. Sounds crazy, right? I mean, what could you expect from me? The guy that, according to Trympov, wanted to throw my friend Edmund Winston off a balcony in Ibiza? But, that made me discover some things I would have never seen coming by boat or by the Junckship: I have been able to discover some dolphins and learn some interesting things about them, I have been able to see some Nofoagan turtles aswell, and believe me, those who had never seen one in their lifes will love it. That is what taking care of our flora and fauna, of our atmosphere and climate is about, not about money and green transitions.
People applauded Juncker words in a sincere applause
And for those who haven't got it yet, today we are going to talk about Climate Change. In my 10 comandments, I defined climate change as a topic which will still be key in the real European Union we want to bring back and let to the future generations along with the 2030 agenda. You know these guys that criticise me for doing a long flight on a plane, taking a yatch for a long sea trip or even a bus, but then want us all to sail the seas in more eco-friendly ways. Instead of using the wind for navigation like in the past, we should use biofuels, electric engines and things we know are realiable to keep the economy working. Because, let me be very clear on the matter: if economy fails, the whole world, Europe and the Euorpean Union will fall behind. There will always be gurus, no matter where you go or whatever topic you are discussing, but remember, the moderate option is always the correct one. Being eco-friendly it's not just about transport, it is about recycling, re-using things and innovating; that's what real climate change awareness is.
So, what is Europe going to do about Climate Change? First of all, if elected, I will co-operate with the Internal Affairs Commission in order to supervise the work member states do and to help any member state, just like the European Commission proposed a loan to help the Commonwealth of Leagio in their green transition. We will also guarantee the accomplishment of the Bergen Climate Treaty with signatory states and we will push some Climate Change laws along with signatory states in the European Council, in order to avoid as much emmissions as possible in the European Union. You know, it is pretty easy to solve the Climate Change crisis; believe it or not it is already solved. We, the Europeans, have the facts and the solutions to the multiple problems, but we haven't woken up at all yet. The day we wake up entirely and change, then we will be able to close this chapter of human's history and move forward to another scenario. But meanwhile, there's not much we can do but to put all our aims and forces to stop this crisis.
The crowd erupted in a very loud applause
That's why, ladies and gentlemen, we need a real change of the European Union. People say no pain, no gain, and I agree. But not everything is about pain, we also need goodwill to be on our side, we need to have clear ideas of what we want to do with the European Union of the future and we really need to take care of what we have. I'm 66 years old, and I'll die in around 30 or 40 years as much, I won't see the destructive effects Climate Change will have if it isn't tackled. But, if we manage to stop this, we will let our descendants to live in a greater world than the one we saw, and more importantly: they will still be alive. If you want real change, then please join the Juncker team. Because when Europeans unite into one, nothing and no one is able to stop us. Let's do this and let's win this election, all together.
Thank you very much and good night!"
A thunderstorming applause took place. Juncker waved the crowd at the end of the rally, then signed autographs and finally took some photos with the people around.

Jean-Claude Juncker - Heading to the Caspian
8th Rally
Telum, Inimicus
04-06-2021Another day had just started for Jean-Claude Juncker, and Telum, the capital city of Inimicus, was his next destination. Juncker and his team returned to Spain on a night regular flight and in the morning, they took the Juncktrain in Madrid towards to the Inimican Capital City. In order to not disturb the correct functioning of the Eurorail line, the Juncktrain would reverse its march in the very same Telum Rail Station and go back to Madrid.
Jean-Claude arrived at Telum and a private van took him to the designated place where the rally would take place. He had enough time to see some of the very interesting monuments in Inimicus' capital city on his way to the rally. When everything was ready, the speaker came out to start and spoke to the crowd: "What's up Inimicus? Please give it up for your European Progressive Alliance candidate and next Premier Commissioner... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!" Sax by Fleur East started to play as Juncker appeared on stage and danced with his team and the crowd. When the song was over, he waved the crowd and started to deliver his speech:
"Good afternoon Telum! Thank you for coming today and spending some of your time with us, as well as thank to those watching us live from every corner of the European Union, from North Diessen to Nofoaga, thanks to social networks! I hope we can have a nice time today! Before we start, I would like to say that, despite have come to Telum and Inimicus many times, I am still surprised by the many things Inimicus and its capital city can offer.
The crowd cheered and chanted Juncker's name
First of all, I would like to announce something here, in Inimicus, the home country for the current Premier Commissioner, Walter Cocx: if I am elected Premier Commissioner, I won't repeal the Sanctioning Powers Act he passed during his term as Premier Commissioner. When I was thinking about my campaign and how we could reach as many Europeans as possible, I thought about repealing it as first, but I realised I was completely wrong. Repealing the Sanctioning Powers Act would be a huge mistake and, moreover, it could risk the whole European Union range of action. We all want a better European Union, with an upgraded Constitution and a better European Court of Justice; and the Sanctioning Powers Act as it is right now is perfect to my opinion. Still, when we start the EU 2030 Strategy, I will consult member states about certain amendments to the proposal, searching for unanimity when it comes to such an important act. But of course, this act should be our last choice, because mediation should go first. And if someone refuses this mediation, we will exactly know which side doesn't want a problem to stop and who really wants to harm the European Union's stability.
And today, we are also going to speak about sport. In the European Union, we have quite a lot of main events, incluiding Football, Basketball, Chess or even the Olympic Games. But the European Commission needs to help sport, and we need to be involved to help all the sport people. Today, I am proposing the European Office for Sports, which would be integrated along with some other culture related programmes in the newly created European Arts, Culture and Sport Agency, that would integrate this new proposed office, the European Arts Collaboration Fund, the Heritage Site Programme and the European Seed Trust. I am very keen on cutting costs and integrating several agencies and European organisms into a single office or agencies, in order to cut costs and being able to invest those saved costs into some other attractive projects to modernize the European Union or reserving money for possible loan requests. There's of course no need to say that a Juncker Premiership will update the European Union budget before its term ends and that the said budget would reflect the current economical situation of the Union and its members. If we distribute the money correctly and we are aware of how member states feel about certain investment on some projects, we can have one of our best budgets ever.
A loud applause took place
Inimicans, I can guarantee that I am your best choice for this Commission elections. I know many Europeans, and maybe even some of you, don't trust party-affiliated candidates, and that's fine; but the Commission elections aren't about parties, they are about people. They are about some of you, who wake up at 7 o'clock to open your businesses and hope to see some help from the European Union, it's about your country's government, which hopes to have a competent European Union that they know it's there when it's needed and they can count with it, or for those new workplaces the Eurorail has created, with the ability to connect your country with the other side of the Red Sea and even the northern coast of the Mediterranean or the Iberian peninsula. That's what Commission elections and being responsible is about, and I'm here to help all of you when needed. If you want a better Europe, then welcome on board my train, bus, plane or whatever, where everybody is welcome.
Thank you very much, and good night!"
A thunderstroming applause took place. Juncker waved the crowd and then signed some autographs and took some photos with people over there

Interview with Stephanie DeVey - 4th June 2021
Please upvote the original post instead of this one
STEPHANIE DeVEY: Jean-Claude Juncker is one of the most controversial, well-known, and most influential members of the European Progressive Alliance, formerly lead by Edward Firoux. Jean-Claude, after serving two terms as Internal Affairs Commissioner, is now eyeing the position of Premier Commissioner. Among him also running are Sofie Čikarová and Dr. Iskiris Koline. I started by asking Juncker to summarise his programme in 3 words.
JCJ: Bring Europe back
SDV: Would you say the EPA brand has been tainted in the last few weeks and months ?
JCJ: The European Progressive Alliance brand isn't tainted and it has never been, but the discrepancies of some Councillors with the words of other Councillors from the same organisation are what made the situation slightly bad. Anyway, I trust Donald will do a nice job and will be able to rescue the EPA and bring most of our former members, like Speaker Michel, back into our group.
SDV: What would you say to people struggling with the effects of globalisation ?
JCJ: To those struggling, all I could tell them is Europe and its politicians are always here to help. If you realise, our world is changing incredibly fast and not even us are able to keep the same speed as globalisation. One of the challenges the European Union has, and despite being quite old, I will try to complete, is going faster that globalisation and adapt ourselves to the future challenges we will have.
SDV: Tell me why you are uniquely qualified for this position.
JCJ: I'm uniquely qualified for this position because I know what the European Union is about; I have been the Internal Affairs Commissioner for 8 months, achieving great things like the first mediation ever in the Caspian, the European Leaders' Summit, I proposed to create a mobile phone app to let the Europeans be informed about what's going on in Europolis and I have never prioritised my country or my own interests over the European Union's. Other cannot say the same. Also, if you look at the candidates running for Premiership, you have one who believes that Communism is the right choice for Europe and that will solve all our problems, and another who says the EU has no sense at all. Of course, their views are respectable and must be respected, but that's not what we need to fix the European Union. The only one carrying reasonable proposals, like the 2030 EU Strategy, a new budget or putting an end to shady companies that the EU funds, or at least, making them useful.
SDV: Ignoring the legislative hurdles, if you could change anything in Europe at the click of a button what would you change ?
JCJ: That's quite a good question, because there are many things I would like to change in Europe by just pushing a button. (Juncker laughs) But I think that our main priority when it comes to changing things should be the Constitution, and if at the click of a button we could all agree and change it to a better one, then that would be what I would change right now; and I'm pretty confident to get a new constitution going by the end of the first term or the start of a second one, if I'm re-elected.
SDV: You have identified the EU as being « a Broken Union », however, with the relatively limited powers of the Premier, how do you intend to fix this ?
JCJ: When I first ran for Internal Affairs, I was told the one who had more power in the European Union was the Premier Commissioner. Then I won the election and made the Internal Affairs Commissioner have the hugest amount of power, while the Premiership lost it. That means tendencies can be changed again, and we can go back to that time when the Premier was the most powerful seat. Still, I want to remark that I'm not running because I want power or things like that, I want to help Europe as much as I can and being active on the Commission and answering at the same time the events take place is what we should do. The Premier can do many things, you just need to have someone competent seated there.
SDV: And finally, who should the EU sanction, and how ?
JCJ: The EU shouldn't sanction anyone as of now, because it wouldn't be good for us. We need to stop looking at foreign states problems and start looking at our own problems first. You know I am not a fan of the UNSR, but I think mediation is the best way to end that conflict, same with Copala City, and that's what we will try to do. If some side says no to a mediation, they the whole of Europe will know who doesn't want to fix things and end the madness
SDV: Thank you very much for your time.
JCJ: Thank you.

Jean-Claude Juncker - A Minor Stop on the Way to Copala City
9th Rally
Belogradchik - Pravoslaviya
04-06-2021
Juncker, walking around the streets of BelogradchikThe European Progressive Alliance's candidate for Premier Commissioner, Jean-Claude Juncker, departed from Telum after the rally and hurried up to arrive to Pravoslaviya on time. There, the candidate decided not to host a massive rally, as there wasn't many time left and there were more rallies to come. So, hen decided to do something many would wish to do aswell: a touristic tour around the streets of Belogradchik trying to convince Pravoslaviyans about the fact he was the best choice, and being guided by his two major fans on Trympov's home country: Igor and Vlad. They never missed any Juncker's events that were close enough to Pravoslaviya, and today they had the chance to know him.
Juncker, some of his team members, Igor and Vlad walked around the city centre, being able to enjoy the nightfall in the capital city of Pravoslaviya, as well as being able to meet some locals and speak to them. The Commission candidate also entered some stores in the area to know more about the local products being sold and how things were going over there, especially after the Caspian crisis was solved. He bought some products he found interesting and them, a podium was set in the middle of a plaza with around 50 chairs that were filled fast. Juncker delivered a short speech:
"Good evening Belogradchik! Thank you for coming today to this very improvised event. I'm sorry to not have anything prepared, but I think I will sort it out, and I'll make something for you after all.
The crowd laughed and smiled
Well, today I am doing my last stop in Pravoslaviya, a country that we all know doesn't support me much, but at least I have come here and now I'm delivering a short but improvised speech. In 2 weeks and 2 days, Europe will finally know who are those politicians occupying the 2 Commission seats which are being elected this time: The seat of the Premier Commissioner, the one I'm competiting for, and the seat of the Internal Affairs Commissioner, which I occupied for 8 months and left in February 2021. When I see my oponents and one just speaks about monetary policy most of the time like if there wasn't any other topic while the other says that a left-wing Commission would do better than any other Commission. And I wonder: what has the European left or far-left done for us? Not much really: the European far-left made a Coup d'Etat in Icholasen, now under a covered Communist dictatorship, trying to repeal the condemnation of that coup multiple times... Is that the better Commission the left proposes? We must always respect them, but their ideas won't ever work, no matter when you read this on the press.
The crowd clapped
If we want a united Europe, we need to choose candidates that have clear ideas, and there aren't much running for Premier Commissioner except of me. Before I end this little speech, I would like to remind you something: there's no better Commission than the one with clear ideas and exact proposals. I, Jean-Claude Juncker, want to offer you a very simple thing: bring the real European Union we all miss back. And that can only be done if Europe stops listening to fairytales and starts realising about the truth: not many will do much to save the European Union, unless you are a trustworthy candidate. And I am the trustworthy candidate Europe needs, and just look at my work on Commission. If you want a better Europe, then welcome on board the Juncker team. Together, we will make a better Europe really happen.
Thank you very much and good night!"
A thunderstorming applause took place and Juncker shook hands with every person on the crowd, as well as signing autographs and taking photos with those that requested them.

Day 5 - All You Need is the Juncktank
10th Rally
Copala City - Icholasen
05-06-2021After a long navigation night through the Caspian on a cheap ferry that ran between Pravoslaviya and Copala City, Juncker and his team arrived to the city where dreams came true, or at least until Reitzmag took it back. When Juncker arrived, he could perfectly appreciate how everything had changed: happiness wasn't a thing of the city, he was surrounded by sad faces and lots of demonstrations took place, mostly anti-Reitzmag, with the Copalan society being split 51-49 according to the last Ipsos Mori poll. The Nicoleizian Government had moved to Ibiza and the political leaders that were democratically elected were hiding in Spain, Inquista or the Duchies, like George Maxwells and his wife. A shame some should give an answer about, but it was Reitzmag after all who drove itself into this and many other messes.
Jean-Claude couldn't stand this general depression, and he decided to be the funny guy he always loved to be. This time, the Juncktank float had been upgraded to a better float, and Juncker seated in his new comfy seat. The parade started, and people joined the parade following Juncker into Piazza Copalana. There, the parade came to an end and Juncker got off the float. Suddenly, Resistiré (I'll Resist) started to play and the Speaker appeared on the stage: "Copala City, you are always great! I stand with you! And now, please welcome the coolest candidate on Europe, the tanks rider and Winston's daily nightmare... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKEEEER!!!" The crowd went crazy to welcome Juncker, who appeared on stage smiling and danced with his team. He waved to the crowd, who were waving posters which said "Free Copala City"; "We want or PM back"; or "Let's unite again". The song came to an end, and Juncker delivered his speech:
"Good morning Copala City! Thank you very much for coming today, thank you to those watching us live on social media, and despite the current situation here we are going to try to make this rally as funnier as possible and to speak about several proposals related with Icholasen and also how I am going to tackle Europe's diplomatic problems if I am elected Premier Commissioner.
The crowd cheered and chanted Juncker's name
I have come here two times before this one, both campaigning for the Commission elections, and in both rallies the atmosphere was happy and enjoyable. Today, when I got off the ferry that connects your city with Pravoslaviya, I have felt a different atmosphere, seen many things I had never seen here. You have gone through much during these months, and we will get to that later on, but I want to make something very clear by saying something none of the other candidates have said: With a Juncker Premiership, there will always be a light on for Copala City. We need to be brave enough to say this, and now it is when the other candidates will say the same after I've said that. Those just wants your votes, I just want to benefit all the Europeans, and despite every single obstacle you might find, you will always be Europeans.
The crowd erupted in a loud applause
And today, we are going to speak about the current problems we have in the European Union when it comes to diplomacy. First of all, I will briefly comment the Joint Transitional Authority for Istkalen and their relationship with the new Republic of Istkalen. It is difficult to understand what is going on over there, basically because the information is very confusing and not even the best diplomatic corp would be able to understand everything. If we want to fix the situation on Istkalen, the solution is very simple: a round table between the J-TAI countries, Istkalen and the mediation of the European Union, which would lead onto different agreements. Only speaking to each other with respect and the use of diplomacy will drive us to success, and that's something Europe needs to learn as soon as possible. And before we move on to Copala City, I want to speak about the Union of Nicoleizian Soviet Republics, which made a Coup d'Etat on Icholasen and made lots of people to leave their homes and run away from a nightmare. Recently, the Council has betrayed the Nicoleizians and ordered the Commission what to do. And today I am feeling brave enough to say that if I, Jean-Claude Juncker, am elected as Premier Commissioner, I won't obbey the Council mandate but follow my own agenda to finally put an end to the conflict between boths Icholasen. If the Council wants an agreed solution, they should let the Commission work, instead than impossing certain rules to betray Icholasen even more and get the UNSR to join the European Union. I will not allow that to happen while I'm still able to avoid it.
And now, onto the problem you have been able to live and see with your own eyes. Let's speak clear and loudly: Copala City needs an agreed solution, and it needs it as soon as possible. That's why, in case I am elected, one of my priorities will be setting up a summit along with the involved parties in order to set up a negotiation period to reach a common solution. I can guarantee the moderation will be impartial and fair to all the sides, because over my political convictions and thoughts is Europe, and I would do many things to guarantee the well-functioning of the European Union. But you, the people of Copala City, should know and be aware of something: while Europe opens its doors to new members, you need to remember that achieving independence by illegal ways won't drive you anywhere. The Copalan society needs to reunite, to come together again and they need to ask for things together. In those elections held last year, you had a chance to express yourselves, and the elected Government, now on exile, needs to come back, and that is something I will personally suggest in the negotiation table. I also want to send a message to Simon Bridges, who I know is following my camapign with interest: Simon, now it's the time to make a proper and fair deal between Reitzmag, Icholasen and Copalans, and the European Commission, from a neutral position, will be here to help you and every nation in the need of dialogue and agreements to solve internal problems when requested. Europe is a big family, and I won't let anybody down.
The crowd applauded ina thunderstorming way
That is why, ladies and gentlement, we need you the Europeans to think properly who you are going to vote for. Do you prefer a candidate who just worries about the budget? A candidate that says there is no problem to solve in Copala City and that would like the Union of Nicoleizian Soviet Republics to join the European Union? Or do you want a candidate that worries about social issues, about the state of the Union, about what really matters, about the policies and politics of the EU and overall, a candidate that knows how to find the balance between sovereignty and integration? If you want to have the thrid option, then vote for Jean-Claude Juncker on the upcoming Commission elections. Together, we will bring the real European Union back.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!
The crowd applauded Juncker's words and chanted his name. Jean-Claude waved the crowd, signed autographs and took photos with those that requested it

Jean-Claude Juncker - Going Faster and Faster
11th Rally
Saint Dominico, Inquista
05-06-2021After the Copala City rally, Juncker and his team left back to Western Europe, exactly to Inquista, where a massive show had been prepared. Juncker had a very clear idea of wat to speak about: the environment, some European Project, economic opportunities and finally, speaking about removing the European Assembly. The European Union 2030 Strategy would wait to be fully revealed at Fremet, where Juncker wanted to go as soon as possible. Jean-Claude's official mean of transport, the Junckplane, landed on Inquista's Saint Dominico International Airport, with a lot of plane spotters trying to get the best shot of such an iconic plane.
Juncker got off the plane with his team, which entered 2 big black vans and he was accompanied to the exit of the airport, when the pearl of Saint Dominico was waiting. Mikaela Klienberg was the pearl of Inquista, so it wasn't her; but an electric Formula 1 car. There was nothing as a Formula 1 race Inquistans living in Saint Dominico enjoyed the most, and Juncker had been preparing himself for the race at home. He was given the last instructions and the lights turned on: Five, four, three, two, one... And it was lights off for Juncker, who drove like a beast through the streets of Inquista. When he got closer to the Finish line, which was located where the rally would be at and also where the Inquistan GP's was, Love Again by Dua Lipa started to play. Juncker crossed the line and the well-known speaker came out to the stage: "Good morning Saint Dominico!!! Please, cheer up for the arrival of Jean-Claude Juncker on his Formula 1 electic car!!" The crowd went crazy when Juncker crossed the line, parked the car and got off and waved all the crowd. He shook the hands of those next to the little path to the stage and danced with his team until the song was over. After the song ended, the crowd applauded once more and Juncker started to deliver his speech:
Good morning Saint Dominico! Thank you very much for this welcoming, thank you for coming here, thank you for always being there! It's nice to see you again and I'm pleased to see that more and more people from all around Europe and especially Inquista is joining the Juncker team on these elections! Together, we are going to make history and we will do it because Inquista and the European Union never surrender if they act together.
The crowd cheered loudly and chanted Juncker's name
Today, it is a great day. It is a great day because many are starting to remove their masks and letting the Europeans see what they really are. They don't want a Juncker Premiership because they know their time would be over as soon as we as a team would make a better European Union. And today, we are going to speak about the environment, we are going to speak about a very interesting European Project that is also an economic opportunity for Inquista and we are going to speak about what we are going to do with the European Assembly and when are we going to do it. Many criticise me because I use my Junckgadgets that are mostly a joke many people around Europe love, but what they don't know is that this Formula 1 I've just driven it's 100% electric and doesn't pollute our planet. That is, ladies and gentlemen, the future of transportation and of such a prestigious and exciting sport we all love and especially here, in Saint Dominico, where luxury and high quality races take place every single year giving an extra excitement to the Championship. The views of Saint Dominico are incredibly amazing and everybody knows that around the union.
The people applauded loudly
For some, I am like the Grinch of the environment, but they keep forgetting about many things I did as Commissioner: they forget about the loan I proposed to give to Leagio in order to ease their green transition, they forget my name when they speak about the Green Deal, they forget that I was the one to propose a massive rail transportation around Europe to reduce CO2 emmissions and that's currently working between Spain and Inimicus with a connection to Inquista and which is a massive success. The people of Europe doesn't want snoob burocrats saying: "Mr. Juncker your projects are very stupid, we should do other things instead like this, that and that". What the Europeans really want is action, and that was proved when we first innagurated the Eurorail and lots of people came on board. And speaking about the Eurorail, I'll propose the study of another Eurorail section between Ruthund and Montenbourg, with a possible expansion to Gallorum and Europolis and I'll speak to those governments.
Now, we are moving towards the new European project I am proposing for Europe and that is an economic opportunity to every single country of the European Union. This programme, called the European Touristic Programme or ETP, has 3 main objectives: Enhacing regional and foreign tourism within the European Union, making our region an even more attractive touristic destination and establishing a hard competition to other regions, as well as letting the Europeans know about their own region; giving every country a platform where they could advertise their countries to attract foreign tourists, in which governments could include information about their countries and also to help those visiting a foreign European country from any other member state or from another region, so if you are on a non-connected rural area in Spain for example, thanks to the European Commission mobile app you will be able to know useful information about the country. And last, but not least, I would like to negotiate a +65 touristic voucher with the Governments that join the project to enhance travelling within the elderly, being able to get discounts on certain flights, stores around Europe or hotel stays.
The crowd erupted into a sincere applause and some cheers
And before we end this rally, I want to briefly announce something to every European, but especially you, the Inquistans. For months, you have been waiting for someone who finally got rid of the European Assembly. If you vote for me and I am elected as Premier Commissioner, I promise to take the removal of the European Assembly to the European Council in my first 15 days of Premiership. The European Union has had enough of broken promises, and we all know who's the only who accomplishes his promises: I said I would make Eurorail a thing and look at it. I said Europe would have a Commission app, I was criticised back then and now it's a complete success.(Juncker was interrupted by a thunderstorming applause) So Inquistans from Saint Dominico and all around the country, but also all the Europeans watching us: if you want the real European Union you all are missing, show up in your polling station and please vote for the wise Premiership option, vote for Jean-Claude Juncker.
Thank you very much!"
Another thunderstorming applause took place, with Juncker waving the crowd. Then he signed some autographs and took some photos with the people over there

Jean-Claude Juncker - Always look on the Electric side of Life
12th Rally
Dublin, Ireland
05-06-2021After the visit to Saint Dominico, the beautiful and amazing capital city of Inquista; Jean-Claude Juncker made his way to Dublin, the capital city of one of the newest European Union's nations, Ireland. The plane landed safely and started to make the preparations to fly to Gadalland & Aspern with that fancy new biofuel his team has ordered. Juncker wasn't going to do a huge or crowded rally on Dublin, but just a ride on an electric scooter and a short speech on the main plaza of the city.
When he exited the airport, he saw the new Junckgadget, so fancy, so light blue; and with his face on it. Juncker got his special helmet and got up on the electric scooter. When he was ready, he proceeded to go to the city centre via the avilable paths, and it seemed Dublin was a very bike friendly city: you could go from the airport to the city centre by bike. Juncker drove through the main buildings of the city until he reached the plaza, where a lot of people were waiting for him. Juncker arrived and some piano music started to play, before he started to deliver his short speech surrounded by his team and some people of the crowd. It was a street level rally after all:
"Good afternoon Dublin! It's a pleasure to be here, even if it's for a short rally like the one we are doing today! Also, thank you to those watching us online via social networks and the Internet, and that keep supporting my team and myself during this adventure through the European Union!
The crowd cheered and chanted Juncker's name
Today, sadly, we will not take much time to speak, but I have brought something to talk about and which involves you and your country: that is being a newcomer and arriving into the European Union. When new countries join the Union, all I can feel is happiness because our Union grows and becomes bigger, but also makes us be proud of the many countries that make our Union: different cultures, traditions and thoughts, but we are all united within just one single feeling, which is achieving a better world. Nations like yours, like many others that joined last year or in past years, make the European Union be what it is: the perfect place to make friends, but also to put in common certain goals and values, to fight for what we, as a society full of individuals, want for our region. But I also want to say something: many Europeans care about the newcomers, care abput what you offer to the European Union. And when new countries arrive in Europolis to take part and actively involve in the European Union's affairs, we know Europe is doing things right, because more and more countries keep joining us.
That's why I would like to propose the European New Nations Conference, which will be held in one of the newest nations of the European Union and in which I would personally meet, along with the Internal Affairs Commissioner, with the representants of those nations that just joined the European Union. This will allow the European Commission, as well as the people in charge of it, to know more about your countries, about the society of said states, but also to enhance co-operation and welcome the new nations to a project of solidarity, pluralism, empathy and co-operation towards common objectives and aims. A Juncker Commission will make new nations involved in European politics. Any nation that had joined in the last our Union in the last 6 months or that hasn't taken place in any Leaders' Summit since they joined, with a maximum time of a year, will be invited to the summit.
The people applauded Juncker words
Irish people, if you want to be involved in Europe affairs, if you want to feel you are part of this organisation and that you play a key role in the European Union, then I want to be your choice for these elections. Only if we go together, if we share the same objectives together and if we trust in the new nations that day after day join us, the European Union will be better. I am the candidate you are searching for, and together, we will bring the real European Union back, and as the same time, we will make the new European Union be ready for the future.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!"
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause, Juncker waved the crowd. Then, he took some photos with the people and signed some autographs
