Ah, the Palacio de la Moncloa. "Feels good to be back", said the President to his wife, Rocío, while having breakfast together. "Spending time with the kids feels good after so much work during 11 months, but I guess not everything lasts forever...", she said, trying to make her mind up to the fact that her husband was back to work, as she was. "Who is going to look after the kids today?", she inquired her husband. "Susana will do us a favour, she has offered herself very kindly to take care of them... Which is surprising. But I guess summer bring us back with a different mood!"

Rocío thought for a moment about the reasons why Susana, one of the eldest workers of the Palacio de la Moncloa staff, wanted to look after the couple's kids. Jesús, Asier, Olivia and Isabel were not problematic, in fact they loved the team working in the Palacio and playing with them. It was just weird to Rocío that Susana wanted to take care of them, but she guessed that she would like to do a favour to the couple. Aguilar kissed his wife before leaving to the Consejo de Ministros building, where he started to prepare the summit with the Aether Federation.

Aether had just entered the European Union, and Aguilar was looking forward getting to know more about this new country. He had been reading some important facts, and had asked for information to the most important diplomats of the Spanish Government. The President awaited in his office, with his secretary holding a phone waiting for a call telling the President to go downstairs...

"I'm a little nervous mr.president it's such a huge step to reconnect the country to the world"
Exclaimed the defense minister
"Although we are nervous we most have courage this is a important time in our country history now let's go! I want to have a tour before going into serious talks."
Said the president entering the presidential plane.
While the plane took off many news medias around the country exclaimed the importance of the president visit to Spain.
The presidential plane is escorted by two Sk-17 fighter jets and was left alone after arriving in international waters.

After reaching madrid the president and minister manage to get themselves lost in the Adolfo Suárez, Barajas international airport after stopping to eat in a small restaurant. But after a few hours they were found by their security escorts and got picked up by a motorcade that drove the president and minister to the Palacio de la Moncloa.

"They got lost in the arrivals area of Barajas airport, Mr. President. They ended up having lunch in a restaurant", said Mario, the President's secretary today. "How on Earth did they got lost and stopped to eat somewhere in Madrid, did they not see the motorcade waiting for them?", Aguilar inquired. That apart, he called María Dolores de Cospedal and Alfonso Dastis to attend to the Salón Tapiès when the foreigners arrived.

15 minutes later, Mario advised the President to go downstairs as the delegation from Aether had entered the Palacio de la Moncloa's complex. The President did so, with the doors opening at his exit from the Consejo de Ministros' building seconds before the motorcade came to a stop. President Ribeiro Silva and Jesús shook hands and took some photos together at the Palacio's entrance, before heading to the meeting hall. Some more pictures were taken before both leaders and their guests were left alone.

Aguilar drank some water before speaking for the first time on the summit: "Mr. Ribeiro Silva, welcome to the Kingdom of Spain and, more specifically, to its capital city, Madrid. I have heard about the little incident on the airport, I know Madrid Barajas can be overwhelming sometimes. Next time I will take some pink cars to pick you up so you do not get lost - Aguilar said, laughing and obviously as a joke, in a friendly tone - Aren't motorcades usual in Aether?", he wondered.

With a smile on his face the president laughed:
"Hahaha I'm sorry President Aguilar, the excitement of visiting a new country distracted me from my duties, I was excited to think about taking a tour, but as my partner rodrigo told me."
"President we need to meet with President Aguilar, then we can have a tour around madrid!"
"A little silly of me wanting to explore the city I must admit, but about the train I must admit that in Aether it is a little different but even so it was an amazing tour and when you visit Aether you will have an unforgettable tour. But back to business Defense Minister Rodrigo, can you start the presentation?"
"Yes sir, after a long analysis of military bases and possible construction sites we have concluded 19 sites across the country but first we need to know the size of the fleet and if the fleet will have submarines or not we can confirm the costs of allocating the fleet and the location of the new naval base."
"Also president aguilar i would like to offer you three alternatives so that in case of the allocation cost get high we will cover it if the Spanish government support us in other areas, one of them is the Aetherian Nuclear Program a program focused on transforming the country's on a 100% Nuclear powered nation until 2025.
The second alternative is a program known as the S system or SENI(Sistema de Educação Nacional Industrial) a program focused on education to help more people enter the industries such as Arms, Cars and many others to help develop industrial areas of the country.
And the last alternative is a arms research agreement, after our civil war many of our military equipment got behind in the arms race so receiving some support on development of new military equipment would be of great help."
President João waited anxiously for President Aguilar response .
