Jean-Claude Juncker: From North to South
6th Rally
Kiel - Eastern Haane
20-08-2020The rally in Nofoaga ended, and Juncker went to the airport, where he took a regular flight to Kiel. The captain announced that the approach to the Runway had just started, and Juncker started to prepare for the bumpy Runway. But his surprise was there were no bumps anymore. The whole plane erupted in a big round of applause to the captain, whcoh was welcoming everyone to Kiel International Airport. He was the last to get off the plane, and got into a taxi.
The taxi driver was an average Eastern Haanean worker. "Mr. Juncker, you are doing more for transport than my own taxi company. Great job!" The driver said. Juncker smiled, looked at him and said: "Thank to you for your feedback sir. What's your name?" Juncker answered back. "Martin Steward", said the taxi driver. Then Martin, here's a selfie of us 2. The taxi stopped and Juncker and the taxi driver took a selfie with the taxi driver's mobile. Juncker also took one with his mobile as a remembrance. After saying goodbye (and paying) to the taxi driver, Juncker got into the rally, where lots of people were waiting for him.
He went up the corridor protected by works fences, with people waving European Union's flags and clapping the Commissioner. The off-voice talked: "Ladies and gentlemen, here it is the coolest Internal Affairs Candidate... JEAAAN-CLAAUUUUUUDE JUNCKEEER!!!!" Juncker ran to the stage as I'm Still Standing from John Elton played.
"Good afternoon Kiel! Good afternoon Eastern Haane! Good afternoon to the whole of the European Union that is following this event life from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social networks! It's great to be back in such a beautiful country as Eastern Haane, 20 days after those peace talks which I will mention later. I would to thank you all for coming here today, and those on the Internet for watching this rally. Let's have some fun with proposals today."
Crowd started to applaud Juncker
"Now, let's get started. First of all, I would like to talk you about those peace talks that I managed to organise between the President of Eastern Haane, my colleague Katrin Weber and the State Elder of the Confederation of the Cantons, Josephine Areai. When I got here, to Kiel, I thought on one single thing: 'We need to get this conflict solved, together, with cooperation, hard-working attitudes.' And so we did. After hours of negotiations, getting in touch with the situation in Eastern Haane, we got to do the Treaty of Kiel, which will investigate Ms. Comtois death, that has made both sides cooperate on the writing process of the new Constitution, to solve the problems with the several enterprises and to get the Eastern Haanean militias to obbey the European Union's Human Rights. When 4 months ago I said we were going to solve conflicts, I referred to things like this: Extreme situations that require fast responses in order to bring peace back to the affected nation and don't let a war take place. And so I did. The situation here was of an extreme tension, which required a fast answer, as Katrin said in the European Assembly, and we had to bring peace back. And the European mediation team accomplished its mission."
The crowd erupted in a thunderstorming applause while some others cheered
"That's why I always say diplomacy is the key to solve conflicts, and we have been able to check that I was right when I said that 4 months ago. The Europeans also did believe that, and now, they have been able to check that it is true. My next challeneges are getting back those Icholasen lands back and to solve the '2 siblings who can't get along' problem which is becoming more and more toxic every debate they have. And with that sentence, we have entered the 2nd point of the day. Most of you would ask youselves and say 'Why is it important to solve conflicts if we are not affected by them?' So, the European Union is like a football team. As you all may know, a football team needs to get along well, to be united and if someone has a problem with another player, the manager tries to solve it, as if someone gets an injury, the team works to get him a soon recovery. That's what the Internal Affairs Commissioner is in-charge of doing. When there's a conflict in a member state or between nations, we go there and mediate, giving a neutral solution for both sides, ending the conflict and avoiding division in the European Union. Our region works with unity, cooperation and other values. If one off them is 'injured' by a conflict, the region fails, and if the EU fails, we all fail with it. That's why it's very, very important to keep nations united, and that's what I'm going to do during this 2nd term if I get re-elected, as I tried to do in my first term as Commissioner."
The crowd erupted into a thunderstorming applause once again
"Ladies and gentlemen, my vision of Europe is quite simple. You, the Europeans, make the European Union a thing. And I don't care if you are from Nofoaga, Inquista, Icholasen, Vayinaod, Angleter, Eastern Haane, Leagio, Mennrimiak... Whatever! I care about everyone being united, getting along, making those who founded our region proud and doing the best things for you and the rest of the European citizens. These elections, let's go to the polling stations and vote for the European Progressive Alliance, the only Europoarty that has proven its loyalty towards Europe. The European Union needs you, and I need the European Union, to get a better region, a better life fore everyone."
Thank you Kiel! Have a nice day!

Jean-Claude Juncker: The Old Guard Will Always Be The Old Guard
7th Rally
Telum - Inimicus
20-08-2020After finishing with the rally in Kiel, the capital city of Eastern Haane, Jean-Claude Juncker took another regular flight, this time to go to his last rally of the day in Telum, the capital city of Inimicus. In Juncker's private opinion, he thought that Inimicus was part of the European Old Guard, or how he preferred to call it, 'The Oldies'. They are a group of long-historical nations such as Inquista, Angleter, Icholasen, Fremet, the Duxburian Union and Inimicus.
The plane landed into Telum's International Airport. Juncker could see some people taking photos of the several stands in the Airport, but not his. The plane parked at the terminal and again, he was the last to go down. This time, he decided to rent a car, it was cheaper and he could have, at least, some discrection than going on an official car or maybe a taxi like in Eastern Haane. He arrived at the rally, and the crowd started to clap. Inmediately he got off the car, the off-voice started to talk: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 7th Rally of this Juncker campaign! Please welcome the candidate... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!!!" After that, lI Gotta Feeling started to play while Juncker was going to the stage.
"Good eveing Telum! Good evening Inimicus! And also, Good Evening to the whole of the European Union, that are seeing this rally from other countries thanks to a really important tool like the social networks, which I will talk about in another rally. Today, I'm going to talk about the nations that have returned to the European Union, but also about the European Union's Judiciary System, in which we would need to do some changes."
The crowd cheered
"Getting started, I'm going to talk about those nations that come back to the European Union. I'm very happy to see historical nations like yours, Inimicus, return to the European Union after leaving it. We, the Europeans, are really happy to see you back, and I also would like to send my best wishes for a soon recovery to Mr. Artabanos. But, why do nations come back to the European Union? The European Union is a really inclusive, united and respectful organization, which is full of friendly and empathic nations which believe in what I call the European values. And Inimicus is one of the nations that, after leaving us, returned because if I'm allowed to say this, there's no better place, not better region and no better nations like those we have on Europe. During the years of the European Union's existance, we have seen civil wars, kidnaps, tensions between several nations. But has always remained united as one, has never surrender in its search of uniting Europe nation by nation, city by city, village by village, is always working and will always work for those that are in the need, and for every single European citizen making no difference between them. We the Europeans have always fought for those values that we have always believed on, and despite the dangers that thread us, like my rival, we are staying together. We have proven to be solidary when others need us, such as the Dromund Kaas crisis. The European Union was, is and will always be there."
The crowd erupted in a thunderstorming applause to the Internal Affairs Commissioner
"And now, the main point of the day. In this campaign, I'm also proposing a brand new European Union Judiciary System, which will make the justice actually work better than it does now. At the moment, any European crime not related with money can be easily judged by the European Court of Justice. But if you want to take your money into tax heavens out of the European Union, and you steal the money of the Europeans, you can't be judged by an European Court that unites several countries petitions in one judge, but you need to go under different trials in different countries with different ways of understanding the law. So, that's why I'm proposing the creating of the brand new European Court of Auditors, which would be incharge of exactly this: Judging those whose steal our money. I'm not sstealing the Europeans' money, so are not the different European Progressive Alliance members. But you can't trust on those new Eurogroups that they don't know about managing our region, and some even want to destroy Europe! That's why we need this new court, to end with criminals in every single crime they try to do."
The crowd started a big round of applause
"These elections, we need to trust on those that have been managing the European Union with fair-hand, those who we can trust, which are the European Progressive Alliance candidates. Everytime we get onto the Commission, we get better things for the European Union. And we could check that, once again, during this term and we are still checking it in the External Affairs Commission, where Anthoni Reynels is doing a great job. And that was all for today ladies and gentlemens. I hope I could have convinced you about my projects, and that, together, we can make a better Europe for 4 more months."
Thank you very much! Have a good evening!

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 3, Breakfast
8th Rally
Elysven - Vayinaod
21-08-2020Day 3. Juncker stayed in an hotel in Elysen's city centre, as he had a private breakfast and fundraising even with the Vayionadic Archkonsul Nylund and some other high-offices from the Vayinaodic Government as of the political society. Meanwhile he was getting dressed, he got a message from one of his campaign assesors, who told him: "The thing is ready". Juncker smiled, and he answered saying: "We will use it later, just wait for it."
When everything was ready, Juncker went down the conference room and entered. He took a seat while some of the guests, incluiding the Archkonsul, was clapping the Internal Affairs Commissioner and the European Progressive Alliance for a second time. A host introduced the event: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this private breakfast. Now, please welcome Archkonsul Nylund. Some piano music started to play while Nylund approached to the microphone. Then, he started to speak:
"Commissioner Juncker has set the new standard for Internal Affairs Commissioners not seen since the likes of Anja Emmettt He looked up the spelling for that commissioner. He has risen above the partisan insults thrown at him by certain individuals, and has instead looked towards bettering Europe overall, as well as individual nations. From helping to resolve the crisis in Eastern Haane, hopefully permanently, to traveling to ensure the future security in nations like Leagio. Commissioner Juncker has proven he is a commissioner for all of us, not just those he likes. He has worked towards ensuring the future of our commissioner beyond his own term, and treats his service as a privilege instead of some given right he arbitrarily deserves.
Juncker is about realistic solutions that work for all member-states, not solutions that do not belong at the European level. He tackles Europe as a continent, as a region not as a nation intent on requiring senior discounts randomly. Commissioner Juncker has shown a positive, wholesome attitude to his opponents, not slinging terms like destroyer or globalist. Commissioner Juncker has been the right way forward this past commission, and we need to keep it up."
The assistants clapped. The host appeared back again: "Now, please welcome our main guest tonight, the Internal Affairs Commissioner, Jean-Claude Juncker". Juncker stood up, shook hands with Nylund and meanwhile, The marche en Rondeau played in an imput audio, as there was no organ around. He got into the micro and he started to speak:
"Good morning ladies and gentlemen and thank you very much for attending to this private breakfast, fundraising and also campaign act. I may say that today, my campaign cares less than the fundraising. When people's in the need, Europe needs to answer properly, and so we are going to do this morning. So I must encourage you to donate to what we are funding today. I've done my part, and I hope you do yours too."
The assistants applauded
"Today, I want to talk about the European Institutions and the Europeism, that ideology that we, the Europeans, share but we all have different opinions about how shall the Europeism be. In my opinion, if you like the European Union, you believe in its project and more importantly, you aim to be part of the huge family the European Union is, then you are a proud Europeist. In my opinion, Europeism is a really plural ideology: it isn't about left or right, but it is about Europe. I think everyone here has a different vision of the European Union, different believes, ideas. I, for sure, think different about the European Union than one of you here. But that's what the Europeism is about. When you meet new people, you also get to know their ideas, their proposals. And you work together, with all of them, despite being rivals or not, being leftist, centre-left, centrist, centre-right or rightist; to get a better Europe. When I first took the Internal Affairs Commissioner seat, I knew that I would need my friends, my Europartymates, the European Councillors and the European leaders to work along with me. Europe is not about individuals, is not about certain countries. Is about every single nation that makes it."
The assistants applauded Juncker words
"And now, I think this is a very important point on my campaign, and it is the European Institutions. As you may know, some months ago the European Commission, led by me, introduced the EU Mobile APP. This app had 2 purposes: Allow everyone to be informed about what is going on in the European Union and bringing the European Institutions closer to the citizens. Since it was introduces, the app team have been working hard to make it more popular but also better. Sadly, one European country banned it because they seem not to like me after an incident I won't comment on, but we will still work for bringing the app to every European citizen. As of now, the app has been downloaded by 102 million people, a huge increase since the last data given. This proofs that, when you offer the Europeans to bring the Institutions closer, they take it and feel that they are part of the European project. If I get elected, I will make a former proposal to allow guided tours on the European buildings, so we can bring the Institutions even closer to the Europeans. Recently, we also introduced Europe Day, which will makeus celebrate our region, all together."
The assistants applauded Juncker words once again
"Ladies and gentlemen, I know you always take the best decisions for your country, and I hope that I can count with you to be elected as the European Union Internal Affairs Commissioner once again. If you ask me about my priorities, in first place you will be able to find Europe. Unity, solidarity, empathy, and more values that the European Union takes as yours are what shall really make us stronger. Together, we will get a better Europe. Thank you very much, and I hope you enjoy your breakfast."

Jean-Claude Juncker: Young Van, Junckvan
9th Rally & 1st Act
Montague - Montenbourg
21-08-2020
The JunckvanThe European Progressive Alliance young members are also taking part on this campaign. The Junckvan is the way to get the people moving and reach those places of European nations where there has not been rallies on. Jean-Claude Juncker, who has been in the Montague kick off, has declared: "The Junckvan is a new way to campaign. With this, we can reach many other cities that we have not done rallies on. We, the EPA candidates, believe in European integration, and this van will integrate those voters in villages to feel that they are part of our campaign. I also would like to thank the youth European Progressive Alliance Association for proposing this and being in-charge of the Junckvan. They are the future of Europe, and I, as a Commissioner, would love to work for them having a better Europe than they have now."
Some even tweeted about the Junckvans, which will cross the whole Europe to spread the Juncker campaign.
After that, Jean-Claude Juncker had a ride on the Junckvan to his rally. He was absolutely amazed by the fact the people loved the Junckvan. If he had to do a "Top 5 of the most loved Junckadgets", in 1st was the Juncktank. Maybe then was the Junckcar, but for sure, the Junckvan was in the Top 5. Lots of people looked at the Junckvan while going through the streets of Montague. Some even shouted: "THAT'S MY FAVOURITE COMMISSIONER" or even "MR. JUNCKER, I LOVE YOUR CAMPAIGN WAYS. DON'T STOP!" which gave him the idea of what song should the team play on the rally.
He finally got into the rally place, where surprisingly lots of people were waiting for the Commissioner. He got off the car and a thunderstorming applause took place. Don't stop me now started to play and an off-voice came: "Ladies and gentlemen, please cheer for Montenbourg's Prime Minister... XAVIER BETTEL!!!" Xavier went up to the stage and the music paused after the 1st chorus while the crowd cheered:
"Good afternoon Montague! Thank you very much for this welcoming, but I want to see a huge effort on welcoming Jean-Claude in a few minutes!"
A thunderstroming applause took place
"I know Juncker. He is a profoundly decent man, guided by a profund faith for a better Europe. I was proud to work with Juncker as Internal Commissioner, and as grandfather who knows how to get things done. He's a hard-working, effective leader who takes on big issues like a friend with good advice. Our Union needs his progressive leadership now, and I hope our friends support him for another term. He also knows how shall we stand towards the challenges we will need to get into the following months, such as the Icholasen crisis for example. And I'm giving my support to him, as I hope the most of the European do! Together, along with the European Progressive Alliance candidates, we will continue our task of getting a better Europe.
Now please, welcome THE MAN, THE EUROPEAN IDOL, THE GUY WHO'S BREAKING IT OUT THERE! JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKER!"
The music started to play once again and Juncker shook hands with the Prime Minister. Both started to dance on the stage as they are great friends. When the music stopped, all the crowd erupted into a thunderstorming applause and started to laud Juncker and Xavier such as people laud football players. The speech finally started once Xavier left the stage and took a seat:
"Good afternoon Montague! Good afternoon Montenbourg! Good afternoon to thw whole of Europe that, once again, is following this rally live though the social networks, that makes our luves easier. I first want to thank Xavier for the great speech and for dancing along with me. The crowd laughed, Xavier and Juncker also did I also want to thank those young people who are getting involved with our campaign.
And now, let's get started. Today, we are going to talk about kids, about the youth, about the future European adults, the next generation. And, even if they don't like it so much, we will have to talk about schools. So, let's start talking about schools first. I specially want to focus on an especific part of the education system, and also I'm going to tell you about something. In campaigns, you need to bring brand new proposals, which also means thinking hard on how could you make Europe much better than it was. It is like running to be the delegate in your class, you need to think on how can you make your classmates to vote you by making the class better. When I was thinking, my children came to my mind, they are also here today I have to say. The European Union recently got rid of some educations act, but we now need to focus on what can we do to help the students while to intervening on the Educational Systems of the different member states. And I came up with a new idea: The ERASMUS programme. The ERASMUS programme would be a scolarship to study anywhere you want in the European Union. This would apply to Universities and also to 'A levels'. Obviously, you need to proof you are able to study in another country, as having good marks. When you give a chance to students, you need to award those that really deserve it. And that's what we are going to do."
The audience applauded Juncker speech
"Let's move on from school to the young people in general. Before I explain my proposals, I would like to make a short statement about them, and I'm talking to them from this stage: Guys, girls, you are the future of the European Union. Maybe some of the people not watching this rally but then watching the news will say: 'Why do we need to listen to this boring old man? Is he saying anything important? I'm not voting, so I don't care'. If you are one of those, you are completely wrong. You need to get involved on campaign, because what I do if I get elected will be what you'll see in the future, what you'll have. Being united, being able to know what is good and bad for you, listening to an old man like me, who according to some of my friends, should be in a retirement house. Juncker laughed and so did the crowd You are the future. The crowd erupted in a thunderstorming applause After that, we are getting into the proposals. I want to protect them, and that's something I share with your councillor, Lady Emma Granger. But I also want them to find jobs, to get a decent salary in what they would like. That's why I will open a council discussion to debate with councillors about what we, the European Union, should do to make that possible."
The audience started a big round of applause
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I know sometimes it's really difficult to trust on what a politician says. But when you see an European Progressive Alliance Politician, like Eilidh Whiteford, Angela Merkel which I'm supporting this campaign, Antoni Reynels, Archkonsul Nylund, Carita Falk, Edward Firoux, Donald Tusk, Charles Michel, Emma Granger... All of those people, as me, will always say the truth and work to get a better Europe together. Despite some tries to say we are dictatorial, we proof we are not. These elections, let's vote for a better Europe, together. Let's vote for those values we roudly defend. Let's vote for the EPA.
Thank you so much! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Flying and Floating
10th Rally
Copala City - Icholasen
21-08-2020
The JunckjetIt was a nice day in Copala City, and suddenltly, a jet noise interrupted the silent city. The jet, anRAe FA-21, was being managed by a pilot from Spain, and to arrive into Copala City airstrip, it never crossed the Reitzmic Airspace. The jet took off again and Juncker was seated on the second seat avilable in the plane. The people said hello to the plane, and some even got to see Juncker as the fighter was flying low. Other just shouted: "GOD SAVE JUNCKER, GOD SAVE THE JUNCKJET!". The jet was cleared to land in Copala City Airport after a tour around the city, and Juncker was welcomed by the airport personnel when the jet was parked.
The Juncktank (a float)The personnel guided him to the Airport road, when a parade in his honour was waiting for him. Juncker looked at it, the amazing Juncktank. The tank float, the one that 4 months ago helped him to win the elections, because it's a lucky float, was waiting for him. He got into the float and the parade rode into Copala City. Everyone started to say hello, there were lots of people greeting the commissioner. Juncker felt really good seeing that Copala City was developing so fast, and finally someone with taste had the power of the city. There were founded rumours of a Mt. Rushmore with his face, an idea that was very much liked by the Commissioner.
The parade got into the rally place, where the people started to clap. There, Eilidh Witheford and Samantha Terrace were ready to start the massive rally in Copala City. Big Bisous started to play and Jean-Claude Juncker came to the stage, with a thunderstorming applause. The song was paused after Juncker said hello waiving his hand. The rally could start:
"Good afternoon Copala City! Good afternoon Icholasen! Good afternoon to the whole of Europe that is watching this rally live, as the parade and the flight with the jet from the social network, topic we are finally talking about tonight. I first want to say something to every single Nicoleizian: We are regaining your land, Europe won't let you down against the Communists that, illegaly, occupied your clay. It will be difficult, but we will get it back. And also, I want to condemn the shooting in Hampton City, Reitzmag. It's absolutely horrible that they have used the EPA name as an endorsement."
A thunderstromign applause was caused by those words
"Today, we are going to talk about 2 very important things. First of all, we are talking about Social Networks. Since these were created, Social Networks have united the world, so they did with our region, with the European Union. And today, I'm proud to announce that thank to that technology, many people are able to see these campaign rallies from their homes, from any part of the European Union. But sometimes, the technological advances like these get covered by happenings that gives us a wrong vision of what Social Netwrks are. In one of my rallies, I proposed the creation of the the European Technological Crimes Unit, or ETCU. I also want to give more datils about it, as I only explained that it would be a police force united with the EUROPOL proposal I made. The creation of the European Technological Crimes Unit would also cooperate with Technological Crimes Unit in the European member states. Through an act, we would not only protect the European websites and those critical webpages like the ones from banks for example, but everyone in every single webpage. This would mean that, if you want to buy something trough Ebay, you would get different data about the trustworthyness of the seller, apart from maximum security when making your payment if you decide to buy something through the Internet. We want a safe Internet for everyone."
Audience applauded Juncker words
"And now, I'm going to talk about the other Internet challenge, the revolution of the 20's. The 5 Generation, or 5G. That man from Reitzmag first said his country wanted to control the data from you, the Internet users, now he wants to lauch satellites because the ESA would pay for everything, but they haven't made their report yet. Anyway, it's not worth the time to talk about this. So, the Junckplan for the 5G is simple, easy and cheap, as efficent for the whole European Union. First of all, the 5G wouldn't be an achievement of one single nation. What I'm proposing is a joint development of the 5G, an achievement got by the European Union as a whole team. That would mean that Reitzmag, Icholasen, Nofoaga, Fremet, Inquista, Duxburian Union, Inimicus, Spain, Gallorum, Montenbourg, Pravoslaviya, Vayinaod, Ruthund, Angleter... every single nation would take part in development, which also means that we are getting lots of people with lots of knowledge to work on the future of the Internet. Also, the 5G Junckplan is cheaper that just sending satellites to the space. We would allow Television aerials to send the 5G all around developing a new technology, allowing to reach every single place in Europe. Also, for those excepticals with the money expense, the European Union would not pay for the whole project, but found it by subsides to companies, mixing the public and the private sector."
"Ladies and gentlemen, these plans are the future of the European Union. Together, we will make history. Together, we will get a better Europe, but we need your vote for making it possible. And now, please welcome to the stage 2 strong women, 2 European references and 2 colleagues of mine. Please, cheer up for SAMANTHA TERRACE AND EILIDH WHITEFORD! Thank you!"
The crowd cheered and erupted into a thunderstorming applause. Juncker shook hands with both Samantha and Eilidh while Big Bissous was being played. Samantha Terrace and Eilidh Whiteford clapped when Juncker had finished his speech, and then Samantha Terrace then took to the podium. The music ended, and the rally went on:
"My fellow Europeans, Nicoleizians, Copalastanis. We are gathered here to endorse a man who has had numerous achievements during his campaign, and the trusted continuity candidate for the European Union. But, despite this record of stability and continuity under his tenure, we still have a lot to see with Juncker.
Let's just assess his record. The major one is of course peace achieved in Eastern Haane. But also, under his watch, the EU has not recognised the UNSR. I would certainly say there is a more peaceful Europe and the EU under him, Premier Whiteford, Antoni Reynels and Speaker Firoux has not yielded to the autocrats and tyrants of Europe. I certainly think that the interior of the European Union has been kept safe under the guard of Jean-Claude.
All Internal Affairs Commissioners will have problems that arise during their tenure, but often there are problems that have existed for months, years or even decades before they even took office. Problems that arose before his tenure, like the UNSR crisis, have not gotten worse, and ones that arose during his tenure like Eastern Haane have been pretty much resolved, thanks in large part to him and the soft power of the European Union.
Jean-Claude has worked with the speaker, the Premier,' Terrace looks at Whiteford, 'and the Foreign Affairs Commissioner to ensure the well running of the European Union - and it has been well run. This last term has been great for the European Union. Why rock the boat now? May this stability continue for another term."
Whiteford then took to the podium while a big round of applause was taking place.
'Despite my deep sadness that I will be vacating the office of the Premier, I am elated that the competition to succeed me is so strong. I love Merkel, I love the Senator, and I love Cocx. I could even go for 2 Cocx at once. Despite their differences, and my strong preference for Ms. Merkel, I recognise their achievements and their courage to run for Europe's highest office. I think of the greats of the Premiership, Susan Callaghan, Gisela 'GILF' Stuart, and countless other men and women that lead Europe in their own special way.
For Internal Affairs, the choice is much clearer. I do not see a need to depart from Juncker since he still has work to do! He has countless proposals that will be achieved in his second term. These plans will A. Not break the bank. B. Are feasible -- and that's important. The European Union's budget must not increase too much if we are to have the support of the richer nations of the European Union. Icholasen is one of the poorer nations of the EU per capita, and as Premier I recognised and recognise that we must have the will of nations big and small behind us when we are drafting an EU budget.
What Juncker's competitors do not seem to understand is that there cannot be bullet trains on the dime of the DU, Angleter and Inquista. These countries will simply leave the European Union if they are forced to pay for overhaul of the perfectly functional infrastructure of other nations - if they cannot see a benefit for themselves. Juncker's 5G plan is so great because it combines private and some EU subsidies (note, not total EU control). This means that there will likely be a return on the investment of larger nations, and a faster network of telecoms for poorer nations. This is what the EU is about.
And so I encourage everyone across Europe to vote for Juncker and Merkel in the coming Commission elections.'

Jean-Claude Juncker: Lights, Camera, Action!
3rd Ad
Whole of the European Union
21-08-2020An ad was released via YouTube and though the European Progressive Alliance and Jean-Claude Juncker social networks account, with this piano music playing. Jean-Claude Juncker starts to speak:
"Sometimes, you really think on what is the main purpose of politics. If you can trust on us, on that people that appears on your Television, that you can heard on the radio or when you open your soical netwroks and there we are, with our posts, our debates... Everything that a politicians does. But you never get to fully trust them, as there's no way they do what they say, or do they?"
Several photos start to appear on screen while Juncker talks
"Nobody knew what would the future bring when the European Union was founded. Others were just pessimistic. And others, didn't trust on the project. Sometimes, you need to open up your mind, look beyond what you see, what you hear. And that's where you need to find the trust, get it away, listen to those that want to get a better region for you, for your family, for the future generations, for everyone. That's why some of us, like me, love our job, because we aim to do a better job every single day, to grant Europe of new ways, to reach the future, to solve the problems of those that are in trouble, to help everyone. That is the Europe I dream of, where we all work together to reach, to achieve the common objectives, where solidarity and empathy, along with unity are our main values. That's the Europe I want".
After that, and off-voice appears
"These elections, vote for the European Progressive Alliance. Vote for Jean-Claude Juncker."

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 4 - Cycling in Summer
11th Rally
Tullion - Leagio
22-08-2020
The Junckbike and the Junckyle. The difference between them is that the Junckbike is not electric, while the Junckyle is.It was a very warm day in Tullion, the Leaogian Capital City. Juncker woke up, got a shower, ate his breakfast and got dressed for another rally, this time in one of the main squares in Tullion. There were lot of people with European flags going to the rally, and some even where waiting in the hotel's door, because there is where the event really started. The Junckervan was also giving support in Tullion and around the south of Europe, which made the young European Progressive Alliance people to be taking part on Juncker's camapign,
The Internal Affairs candidate got out of his hotel and introduced the new bikes to some media that was there. He had been in Leagio like 2 weeks ago, and getting the bikes was a way to say "I stand with the fight against climate change". Juncker got on the Junckbike and started to cycle around the Leagioan streets. So did his camapign team, which rode the electric ones and the not-electric too. The rally was just 400m away from the hotel, and when the team arrived, a thunderstorming applause took place while some chanted the Commissioner's name. Rather be started to play as Juncker went up to the stage in that applause. He waved his hand to say hello and clapped along with the assistants to thank everyone who was there.
"Good afternoon Tullion! Good afternoon Leagio! Good afternoon to the whole European Union for one more day, as always, following this rally live from social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube through the EPA official accounts and mines too. It is great to be back in Leagio, and today I will talk about what we discussed in my meeting with President Lifejumper, and also about Climate Change.
With that said, let's start. As you may know, I was in Leagio like 2 weeks ago, and I met with President Lifejumper, and we discussed about Leagio having an issue with turning into green energies. And we discussed how we could help Leagio but also, how could the European Union help. And we have set a precendent for every single case, which needs to be studied of course, if someone has problems to turn into green energy, I would like to talk about your country case while giving it an European Union perspective of what to do in those cases. I believe that the European Union must get incolved into fighting against climate change, and that's why we would found those countries by loans they will need to return later on. This would not only make the European Union to have a sustainable way to lend the money and get it back with no losts of it, but to help those countries which need extra funds from us and that expect a responsible and helpful European response to the matter."
The crowd cheered and started a big round of applause
"And now, we are getting into the main point of the day, the one that we came here for and a reason why we have used both, Junckbikes and Junckyles. And that is fighting against climate change by turning Europe green. First of all, we need to focus on energy. If we want to get a greener Europe, where we are stopping climate change every single day, we will need to have eco-responsible energies all around, such as wind turbines, solar plants, water plants or any way to get energy in an eco-responsible way. Electric cars would also be a way to stop climate change, as we need to pollute less when we are driving from one place to another. That's why, along with other member states, I'll try to develop a master plan to get electric cars in the whole European Union, with no benefits for one nation but for all of them. Third of all, I would like to get an European Agreement for Climate Change. This European Agreement, which I would like all member states to sign, would be a good start point to start fighting against climate change for once at all. At the moment, some individual actions have been taken by the different European Union member states' governments, but we have never given a common answer from the European Union's institutions, such as the European Commission. Recently, the European Council passed an act to protect the reefs, but that's not enough for us. We need bigger measures, that take every single part of what Climate Change affects to, like the environment, the proper climate, the sea, the industry or how do we go to other places. And finally, in that pact I would like to encourage the use of public transport, as of Junckyles or Junckbikes, making pollution to decrease in major cities. Obviously, the bikes you buy, own or are lent by your city are not going to get those names, as it would be funny but ridiculous to get bikes named after me. Maybe an airport would be fine."
Juncker and the crowd laughed. Then, a thunderstorming applause took place while Juncker smiled
"With that, ladies and gentlemens, we have come to an end, sadly. But I think this is not the end of myself. These elections, we need to get out there, to the polling stations, and vote for those candidates that you certainly know will do the best for Europe. The European Progressive Alliance will always stand on the side of every single European citizen, without making any difference if you support PEL, ELDR, MEGA or an independent candidate. During the past months and years we have shown we know how to do these kind of jobs. Let's get a better Europe once again.
Thank you very much for coming! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: The Interview
EUnews live from Dairghaxburo
22-08-2020Juncker was ready, also was the interviewer, who was Nikola de Rossi. Both were having a nice talk before entering live. Juncker wasn't nervous, in fact, he wanted an interview in a TV channle that could be seen anywhere in Europe. And that's why EUnews came out. The interview, completely in English, was made from the hotel he was staying and hours before a rally he would do later. The EUnews countdown and further intro came live, and after it finished, the interview started:
NdR: Good afternoon and welcome to this Interview with Jean-Claude Juncker, Internal Affairs Commissioner since May and now candidate to get a 2nd term in office. I'm Nikola de Rosi and we are live from the Duxburian Union's capital city, Dairghazburo. Mr. Juncker, is a pleasure to be here this afternoon with you. What are your feelings about this interview?
JCJ: Good afternoon Nikola and also I would to say good afternoon to those seeing this interview all around Europe. I really wanted this interview to take place and I'm very happy about coming here and answering your questions and also all the Europeans' questions concerning my campaign and attemt to get a 2nd term in office.
NdR: First question Mr. Juncker. During your campaign, you have said you want a better Europe and also, your vision of the region is like if it was a team. Why do you think the European Union is like a team and what should we upgrade in the EU?
JCJ: The European Union is a common project, not somes' project. During the past years, we have been able to see how the European Commissioner and Councillors had to reach agreements, cooperate, unite into Eurogroups and more importantly, work together to achieve what they really wanted. Europe can't be seen as a way to get unique benefits from it, but as a region that works together for making everyone's lifes easier. About the second question I think Europe still has a long path to walk, in diplomacy, in Climate Change and every single competence the European Union got through the years.
NdR: We have seen that you have focused on the matters that, in your opinion, are important for Europe, but not into a reform of the European Institutions, which has been a very commented topic during your 1st term as Commissioner for Internal Affairs. What do you think about these proposals and more importantly, would they give extra representations to minorities like PEL members for example?
JCJ: The proposed reform of the European Institutions is not a good idea being sincere. At the moment, European nations get a fair representation and voice on the Council proposals. Introducing a proportional system would make some small nations to have less representations and newcomers would have to wait until the next election to choose the members of the new council. About other Eurogroups, which I wouldn't call minorities as every single support deserves respect, it would be difficult to get representation. When the topic came out, I talked with an expert in EU politics which gave me the example of Spain: Spain is a very pro-EPA country, as the ruling is an EPA party, and it has an absolute majority. If a 52% of the voters vote for EPA, and the other 48% would slit between 3 parties, we would get a majority of EPA members being elected, unrepresenting other options like PEL, MEGA, ELDR or any independent that could run. It would be unfair.
NdR: I would like to talk about the Juncker App or Junckapp like many people call it. Mennrimiak banned it after protests against you were hosted in the country, and despite not having a good start, it has reached 102 millions downloads. Is the European Commission working on it or do you think that the maximum success has been reached?
JCJ: The European Commission app is always being upgraded and developed. In the European Assembly meeting, new ideas were given and now we are working on a new version, but we haven't reached the maximum success, as that's completely impossible. Nothing or no one is perfect on this region, and the app is not perfect. In the European Commission webpage, we opened a feedback section time ago to allow European citizens to tell us what features would they like to see on it. I can reveal that we are working on another fix, Euroapp 2.0, which would include the possibility to message Commissioners, and they would be able to get a videoconference with you, as answering your message. Commissioners would be able to start meetings with the app users and have a nice chat with them, receiving feedback. If this is a popular thing, we would start working on taking the app to the Council.
NdR: On a recent interview, the independent Premier Commissioner candidate, Walter Cocx said your 5G idea was "an expensive bigwig project". Do you think he is right or he is wrong?
JCJ: That's his opinion, but i can guarantee is not an expensive project. While some want to get satellites and things like that, we want to introduce 5G along with private companies. He also said that money does not grow in the trees, and we need to take that in count. What I would like to do is subsidising enterprises to get the 5G moving, as using TV aerials to let that connection reach every single place in Europe. This would not be the first time the European Union gives subsides and then gets a revenue from this. If you look properly, those companies will ay their taxes, and the money from those taxes go to each member state government. Each member states gives money to the European Union, which means the money will return at any point.
NdR: Mr. Juncker, before we move to the Europeans' questions, I would like to ask you about your expectations for the results. Do you think you'll get a 2nd term?
JCJ: I really want to get a 2nd term in office, to get those ideas moving and also to let my successor a better Europe than the one we had 4 months ago. I think I have chances of winning, but I won't be the winner until the results are announced. That depends of the Europeans and what their choice is. Winning or losing, I'll always show respect for my rivals as I did in May.
NdR: So now we have got into the Europeans questions. We have got 5 questions for you. The first one is from a young girl called Alejandra, from Spain. The question is: "Mr. Juncker, do you think that the European countries will be for getting a climate pact?"
JCJ: Thank you for your great question Alejandra. To get a common agreement between the different member states, you need to negotiate, meet and make proposals that every government supports. Being the Commissioner for Internal Affairs is not an easy job, because you need to be able to mediate and also know what every single European Union country would like to see from the European Institutions. But I personally think that if work hard for an agreement, we will get one.
NdR: The second question comes from Czech Slavia. Lukáš Dostál asked this: "Mr. Juncker, what is your position on nuclear weapons?"
JCJ: Thanks for your question Lukáš. I think that the current European system to regulate nuclear weapons is the best way to control rogue states don't get weapons and that no member state threats another or does crazy things with them. With that said, I think the ENAA does a great job and they have my whole support.
NdR: The next question is from Gert Schuylers, bin collector for Telum City Council, in Inimicus. He's asking the following question: "Mr. Juncker, how are you going to pay for all the stuff you are proposing?"
JCJ: Thank you for your very important question Gert. Well, I have 2 types of proposals: Those how will be funded by subsides and the European Union won't pay for it completely and those how will requiere funds from the European Union. The first type won't become a loss of money as that money will return to the budget at some point, so there's nothing to worry about that at the moment. But I want to focus on the 2nd type of proposals. This year budget reached the amazing value of €73,267,821,908.85. Of that money, we expended €31,733,835,111.70, meaning that the European Union got a surplus of €41,533,986,797.15 which is returned to the member states. The European Economy is growing every year, which means that the surplus could be bigger the next year if we keep the same estructure. Now, if we add some new charges to the budget, the surplus will decrease. What we have to do is thinking if we can afford it, if we need it and most importantly, to not lose our mind. If we start to expend the money anywhere without thinking if member states citizens and governments will get benefits from these proposals, we will become deficitary. So that's why we need to promiss according to what we can afford, which is what I'm doing. You can trust me, I won't expend the money on stupid things, but on things we can all take benefits from.
NdR: Forth question comes from Icholasen. Laulw Moran has asked: "Commissioner, what was your best achievement in office and why?"
JCJ: Thank you for your really interesting and hard question Laulw. Before answering to it, I want to tell you that I will always stand on the Free and only Icholasen side, and that we are working to get your lands back as faster as we can. Now, getting into the answer. I think my best achievement in office was to get 16 leaders to seat in the seat in the same room and in the same table. Setting up the first European Assembly meeting was a very important challenge for me, one of my promises, so that's why I consider it my best achievement. Anyway, bringing peace back to Eastern Haane was another great achievement, which I'm very proud of.
NdR: And finally, the last question comes from Ria Levion, from the Duxburian Union. " Commissioner, on the campaign trail, you mentioned desire to create a European Police force. The last time a "EUROPOL" proposal came to the Council, it was widely and soundly rejected. What is different about your proposal and why should member states give up their own policing to a less-accountable entity half a continent away?"
JCJ: This a really good question, and I would like to thank Ria for it. My EUROPOL proposal is not intended to create a proper police force, with independet officers from other European Police corps, but to enhance cooperation between the different corps all around Europe. For example, if a top searched criminal in the Duxburian Union hid in Spain, but the police didn't know exactly where, both Police forces would be able to deploy in Spain and cooperate to find the criminal before he dissapears once again.

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 5
12th Rally
Dairghaxburo - Duxburian Union
23-08-2020Juncker woke up in his hotel and did the same things he was doing during all the campaign: Shower, breakfast and getting dressed. But he added one more thing to the list. Getting some papers ready. In his rallies, Juncker never has papers along with him, which makes his rallies unpredictable. But, the next 2 meetings would be really hard, as those 2 countries were 2 of the richest in Europe. Still, it would be easy to make a better one than Winston, which his whole speech was a sheet of paper Juncker could fit in 8 lines of writing.
Juncker arrived to the rally place where surprisingly, many people was waiting for him. An off-voice opened the meeting while Juncker was waiting: "Good morning Dairghaxburo! We are pleased to see you all here today. Please welcome the EPA Candidate for Internal Affairs... JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKEEER!" Rocky theme started to play while Juncker got up into the stage. He waved his hand saying hello to all the assistants who were there, standing along with him in one of hos hardest ralllies in the whole campaign.
"Good morning Dairghaxburo! Good morning Duxburian Union! And also, good morning to those people that are watching us live from all the Social Networks! Today we are facing Day 5 of this camapign that is taking me and my team all around the European Union. Before we start, I would like to say it's great to be back to the Duxburian Union, a nation that gave me a warm welcome 4 months ago, and they have done the same right now. "
The crowd erupted in thunderstroming applause
"And now, we are getting started. I would like to talk about the concerns of the Duxburians in an European perspective. If you look carefully, the Duxburian Union is the member state that gives more money to the European Budget, and that's why one of the concerns of you, the Duxburians, and of many other European citizens that frecuently ask me: 'How are you going to pay for everything you have proposing and you will propose?' Well, today I'm explaning myself much better than I did yesterday on my interview. The European Union is experiencing an increase of the budget per year. That means that if this year, the total amount of money we've got for expending was €73,267,821,908.85, next year it would become bigger. The revenue was €41,533,986,797.15, which is a really huge amount of money that is given back to the member states. Now, if the European Union continues its growth and we keep the same expenses, the revenue will be higher. Those things I would like to fund or create would be along with the budget, but there is a difference between both. How we fund them. For example, the 5G project I have proposed: The 5G would be installed by private companies instead of the European Union paying hundreds of millions for it. That's why we would give subsides to those companies wishing to start the installation of the network. But this subsides will come back to the Budget later, as those companies pay tax in their own countries, and member states are the ones that give the European Union its money. We need to find an equal distribution between subsides on one side and extra expending. And that's what I will do."
The crowd applauded Juncker words
"You might still wonder about if that projects are reliable or not. Well, I think they could be. But if they are not, we will be able to find out. I promise that I will get a report for all my proposals in which I get the Council to know about the estimated expense we will have to afford towards creating these new European Institutions and giving subsides. I want the Council to be the one that controls on what we expend our money in the Commission, as they do with the budget but in a different scale. 'And what are the benefits we are getting from this projects Mr. Juncker?' you might be asking. So, I'm going to talk about the Climate Change proposals for example. Climate change is happening now, and needs an urgent response. If we don't stop it, the world is not going to be a good place for future generations. Applying measures and thinking if we can afford them or not are a kickstart point to end with it. Every project I am proposing will be useful in the future, because we will be doing things future generations will thank us for. But we need to stand together."
The crowd started a big round of applause
"Ladies and gentlemen, with the European Progressive Alliance, with Angela Merkel, with Antoni Reynels and with me you don't have to worry about where the money is going. During the past years, the EPA has known how to expend the European money with responsability, and investing in things we now have proven they are really good for all the Europeans. We don't need unified education curriculums, we need to know how to spend the money. And we will spend it in useful things, for the benefit of every single European citizen.
Thank you very much for coming! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Trip to Trympov's Land
13th Rally
Belogradchik - Pravoslaviya
23-08-2020It was a nice day in Pravoslaviya. Juncker had just arrived at the airport and got into his campaign car to get into the rally. He knew that he wasn't a fan of Pravoslaviyans, as they mostly loved Dragan Trympov, but he needed to get a rally here, for respect to those that despite being in a MEGA country, were supporting him wherever he went and whatever he did during his term as Commissioner.
Juncker decided to not bring papers this time. He was going to talk about Investigation, Development and Innovation for the whole European Union. This was the rally number 13th, which meant he was just 1 rally away from getting the same rallies as the last campaign. But he was going for more, or that's what he was thinking on. Theya rrived to the rally place and the people started to clap. The off-voice opened the meeting: "Hello Pravoslaviya! Are you ready?!" - "YEEEEES!!" - the crowd answered back. "So give a warm welcome to our favourite commissioner, JEAN-CLAUUUUUDEEEEEEEEE JUNCKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!" Take on me started to play and Juncker went up to the stage while a thunderstroming applause took place.
"Good afternoon Belogradchik! Good afternoon Pravoslaviya! Good afternoon to everyone that is following this rally live from our social networks' accounts, to the European Union! Before we start today, I would like to thank some people: Thank you to everyone that is here today for coming, because desite I'm not the most popular candidate in your country, you are here supporting me. And secondly, I'd like to thank the ones that messaged me, sent me letters or left comments in my posts. I'll try to answer all of them when I have time, I promise."
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause
"Today, we are talking about Investigation, Development and Innovation in the European Union, a topic we really need to look into but being responsible with the expense we make on it. First of all, I would like to tell you why do we need to investigate, to develop the European Union and also, why do we need to innovate. It's really simple: Investigating, developing our countries and innovating is part of the human evolution and of what is going to come in the next years. That's why I would like to lead the European Union innovation, development and investigation. Let's start with innovation. Europe needs to innovate, the member states do. That's why I would like to aply the "Innovation Europe" concept, which would remove obstacles to innovation, like expensive patenting, market fragmentation, slow standard-setting and skills shortages, which currently prevent ideas getting quickly to market and revolutionise the way the public and private sectors work together, notably through the implementation of Innovation Partnerships between the EU institutions, national and regional authorities and business. This last proposal will be something we are going to do when we start implementing the 5G by mobile masts. I said TV Aerials but I always referred to mobile masts. Subsidising enterprises which will enhance collaboration between the public and the private sector. That's how Europe needs to work in the future, as we can't afford every single project we want to do, so we need to cooperate in these matters. As I've said lots of times, that money we expend on subsides will come back to us later on, thanks to taxes."
The crowd applauded Juncker words
"Investigation and development is also important, like for example Climate Change or transportation subsided by the European Union, which I will talk about it later on. Developing measures or new technologies to fight against climate change must be one of our main objectives, as investigating for useful things for every member state. You might wonder why should we invest in investigation or developing our countries if we are fine as we are. And I'll give you three reasons to convince you: First of all, everything we discover or develop new ideas to get a better European Union. I believe in an open innovation system, which means opening up the innovation process to people with experience in fields other than academia and science, including more people in the innovation process so knowledge will circulate more freely and then, the knowledge can then be used to develop products and services that can create new markets."
The crowd applauded Juncker words
"Ladies and gentlemen, the European Progressive Alliance will always work for a better Europe, and these elections Angela Merkel is the best choice for Premier Commissioner, as I think I'm the best choice for Internal Affairs Juncker and the crowd laughed a bit. That's why I'm asking you to vote for this project, for this Eurogroup. We have got great achievements, and we will get more together, with hard work. I need the European Union to be a better place, and the European Union needs you too.
Thank you very much! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Going Back to Brno
14th Rally (Small one)
Brno - Czech Slavia
23-08-2020
The Junckvan, on a 2nd tripAfter the announcement of a new candidate from Eastern Haane, the Jean-Claude Juncker's team started to move the van all around Europe. During the last days, the youth organization of the European Progressive Alliance had been driving the van around all the European Union's countries. Juncker decided to join the youth on Brno, where he had to campaign and would spend the night before travelling to Inquista, where his campaign would resume tomorrow.
When the van arrived, people was waiting there with posters saying "Juncker for Internal". He got off the van and the crowd applauded in a thunderstorming way. A little speech was set to happen. People took photos with Juncker and also asked him for autographs. He finally approached to a stand and started to talk. The applause was still going on and Jean-Claude thanked everyone.
"Good evening Brno! Good evening Czech Slavia! And also, good evening to the whole European Union that, as always, are following this event, or smaller rally thanks to our social media team that always does a great job for getting all the European Union citizens to see our events. I have come back to Czech Slavia because we need to get as many votes as possible for the elections, but also to get more people into the project. On my first ever campaign as a candidate to become the European Commissioner for Internal Affairs, I did 2 rallies here, and this campaign, I'm doing 2 once again. I really like coming to Czech Slavia, and I also believe you knew since the last campaign. I would like to talk you about how actually does an Internal Affairs Commissioner do his job, how difficult is it to manage the different crisis that there are in the European Union and also, I would like to tell you about the European Assembly meeting or, how I did call it; The European Heads of Government or State meeting."
"First of all, being your Internal Affairs Commissioner during this 4 months hasn't been the easy. You need to know how to mediate between countries, to understand what the sides on a conflict want to achieve, what they would like to get. And the Eastern Haanean conflict has been one of my hardest challenges during these four months. But, how difficult is it to manage the conflicts between nations? Well, depends of the situation. Sometimes those nations can't get along between them, making a hard mediation to take place and try to cut any possible way of the negotiation getting uncontrolled. If you get the event uncontrolled, nothing good will go away from that, so you need to think hard and have lots of plans. And finally, we are talking about the European Assembly meeting. There's nothing I'm prouder of than getting 16 European leaders seated in the same room, in the same table, and discussing about the topics which mostly concern the European Union. We all made history there, and I still want to do history."
The crowd applauded Juncker's words
"Ladies and gentlemen, this will be my last visit to Czech Slavia in campaign. I hope that, with these 2 rallies, I could convince you to join the European Progressive Alliance team and also my team. We, the EPA, are the best choice for the European Union, and we have proven that through the European history. We are here to make the European Union actually work, to make it a better place to live, to visit, to enjoy, to be responsible with climate and to giva an answers to the questions and concerns of the millions of Europeans. We can do it together, and we will.
Thank you very much! Goodnight!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 5 - Driving the bus
15th Rally
Saint Dominico - Inquista
24-08-2020
The JunckbusThe Junckbus came of the rescue of Juncker. After spending the night in Brno, the bus picked the Commissioner up. During the trip, he was working on his next rally in Saint Dominico, Inquista. He was exited about visiting Saint Dominico, as he always loved the ambient there. Last year, he released the Junckbikes here, and now he was releasing another great mean of transportartion, the bus.
The private bus line arrived to Saint Dominico, and people started to guide the bus through the streets of the Inquistan capital city by riding the Junckbikes. Juncker approached to the front seat and waved his hand as a sign of sayinf hello to those that were waiting for the bus to go through their streets. The rally place was full, he had never seen a thing like this before. He got off the bus and the crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause to the Commissioner. Then, the off-voice came on: "Hello Saint Dominico... We know you are ready for this, so please welcome the coolest man on Europe, he is... JEAN-CLAUUUUUUUUUUUDE JUNCKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER!!!!!" The crowd went on with the applauses and Juncker entered the stage with Livin' la Vida Loca playing.
"Good afternoon Inquista! Good afternoon Saint Dominico! And also, good afternoon to the whole of the European Union, to those Europeans that are watching this event life from the social media! I would like to tell you something before we finally start. You have surprised me and made some tears come out of me. Last year we all rode the Junckbikes as you might remember, but this year you have riden them while we came on the bus. That's impressive, and I need to recognise you for it. Thank you very much for your warm and great welcoming."
Juncker applauded the crowd and the crowd applauded Juncker's words
"Today, we are going to talk about Free Trade. In the European Assembly summit we had last July, I proposed the Free Trade and Movement topic to be part of the agenda, and I might say it wasn't a very successful point with an exception made on free trade ideas. Mr. Isla, who I would like to salute from here, said we should set the baselines for free trade in the European Union, and I recognise it was a really good idea that we are having to work on during the next term. But good ideas will always need to face some challenges, and I will explai you what those challenges are. First of all, you need all the European Union member states to agree on how we should manage this whole free trade thing, what conditions should we get and what would be the rights of every country towards this new Free Trade association. Every single challenge or every single measure you want to put in place in the European Commissioner needs to get a huge consense or else, the go ahead of every single European leader, whoch is diffult. It would be nonsense if we would set up a free trade zone in the whole of the European Union and Inquista would stand out. That's why we are doing a meeting first to set the baselines of what could be a free trade zone in the whole European Union, where we would need to provide countries the rights to cancel their free trade with other nations for certain reasons and more importantly, to make the enterpirses be able to access the free market."
A big round of applause took place
"And now, we need to get into the benefits of free trade, because it has some. For example, we would increase the Economic Efficency. Free trade policies mean that each country focuses on its comparative advantage, lowering the price of goods and making everyone better off, which is really good for everyone as getting less corrution in the different European states. Great, but would anyone be up for that? That is something we will need to negotiate, but from here I would like to send a message to every head of government who could be watching this life. We will all have to give up some of our objectives and get other policies you could not like. But if we want this to happen, to actually be a real thing in the whole European union, we will need to meet and hard-work together. There's no other way to do it together, as do it alone would be an irresponsible move from me that I would never do. You have my word on negotiating, and I will wait for you all."
A thunderstorming applaude took place
"Ladies and gentlemen, these elections we are taking a great choice like we did in May. We need to choose between those who don't have an stable idea of Europe and that want to destroy it, or responsible people like the European Progressive Alliance candidates. Together, with your aim of getting a better Europe like many others, we will get this done and Europe will be a better place for everyone. We can do it, we just need to win it.
Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Truck & Chairs
16th Rally
Trondheim - Fremet
24-08-2020After the massive rally in Saint Dominico, Juncker took a flight from Inquista to Fremet. When he arrived, the Fremetiam Juncker's team had ready another surprise, the Juncktruck. He was amazed by this precious truck and about what he was carrying, some chairs with his face, or Junckchairs, in which the assistants were pretended to seat. With all said, Juncker hop on the truck with 2 team members and the others went back on the van following the truck lead.
The truck went trough the city centre, taking the attention of many visitors that followed it and the Fremetians, who were actually advised about this happening. The main avenue had to be traffic-restricted for the rally, with only the Juncktruck and the van being allowed to go through. They arrived and the team started to get the chairs on their seats. After all was ready, Juncker got off the truck and the people started to clap. The off-voice came out: "Trondheim, here he is, your candidate, JEAN-CLAUUUUUUDE JUNCKEEEEER!!!" Wake Me Up started to play and Juncker got to the stage while the crowd was clapping and the music played.
"Good afternoon Trondheim! Good afternoon Fremet! And, as I always say, good afternoon to the whole European Union that, as always, are following this rally live from their home, from their city's streets or from anywhere in Europe thanks to our great social media team. Before we start, I would like to congratulate you for getting Angela Merkel to be the European Progressive Alliance's Premier Commissioner candidate, and also I have to recognise I'm a big fan of her."
An extrordinary applause took place
"So, let's start with the rally! Today, I'm going to talk about two really important things for Fremet but also for the others European Countries. Industry and Healthcare. Both are really important for the European Union, and we are starting with industry. As you might now, Fremet is one of the most industrialized countries in the European Union, which means that it exports a lot of products, specially furniture. When I was here in April, I visited the FKEM materials' research centre, and I must say it was an amazinx experience where I learnt lots of new things about the furniture we all have at home. But let's focus in the next months to come. As I said lots of times, a Climate Change agreement is one of my main priorities, but we shouldn't just focus on what will happen with the climate or our cars, but also with the industry. To sign that treaty, we will need the support of every single economical sector, meaning the industry must be there. That's why I will invite the Industry and many other economic sectors to take part at the Climate Conference we are hosting in Europolis to sign that agreement all together. I am not letting anyone behind, I never did and I will never do that. I always say that if something needs to last for a long time, we need to get as much people in it as possible. As most consensus we have around one thing, less tensions and problems we are having."
The crowd hollers, whistles and shouts Juncker name while they clap
"And now, we are talking about healthcare. That man from Reitzmag, the same one it's not worth the time to talk of, says he wants to help every country, and we say: Let every country do what they want with their healthcare. Audience claps strongly Thanks to the European Progressive Alliance, specially to Councillor Firoux and the independent Councillor from Malborya, we have got the European Health Organization and now, we are getting an European common dial for tourists. And you will say: 'They should learn our emergency number instead!" Let me give you an example. Imagine you are on a trip with other tourists, and 5 of you get lost in the forest. No one is from the country you are in, and no one knows the emergency dial. With the European common dial, we would get the people to be helped instead of panicking. 'And what about our national emergency numbers, would they just dissapear?' No, they won't. This initiative is set to help those tourists visiting your country or any other foreign country, but you could still recieve assistance by your dial here in Fremet. The new dial would also include attendance in your language, so it would be easier to tell what's happening to you and send aid to you."
The crowd did a big round of applause
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm really sad to say this but we have got to an end. I hope that these proposals, along with my other campaign proposals that I will tell and I've told during the whole campaign could have convinced you to vote for the European Progressive Alliance. I just want to make a better Europe, and Europe needs every single citizen to be better. We need to focus on what we want for Europe, and I want solidarity, innovation, development, reseacrh, empathy and more things.
Thank you very much! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 6
17th Rally
Farinthia - Noctoria
25-08-2020Jean-Claude Juncker found himself travelling to Noctoria in the morning. He had always thought that dictatorships were not a good support, but he couldn't let that people out of his campaign. At the end he was the Commissioner of Internal Affairs in the European Union, and he thought member states are the one that make the European Union, not him. That's why he decided to go into Noctoria.
A special authorisation allowed him to enter the country, so to enter the city of Farinthia. He knew that Noctoria was a dictatorship, and this rally would be looked at with many attention from the undemocratic regime of the country. But he had to tell the people who he was and what did he do, apart from talking about the newcomers to the European Union, a group where Noctoria was at the moment. This was going to be a sad rally, as no gadgets, no welcome or music. Just him entering the stage and ronouncing his speech. When the car arrived, an off-voice came out: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, Jean-Claude Juncker!" Juncker came out to the stage with some piano music playing, but nothing that the crowd could enjoy.
"Good morning Farinthia! Good morning Noctoria! Good morning to the whole of the European Union that is watching this event live of their houses, or from any part of Europe. I'm very happy to see you all here, with you, and also that you have come today with me and with my whole team to this rally. Today, we are talking about 2 really important topics for me, and you are discovering them now."
People aplauded Junkcer's words
"First of all, I'm going to talk about newcomers. I would like to say that newcomers are welcome to the European Union, and we need their integration. We, the European Commission and the different member states shall help the newcomers to a further integration in Europe, as our region, Europe; and our European Union is entitled to grow. The European Progressive Alliance supports cooperation and collaboration of European states. When new nations arrive into the European Union, or join it, it's great to hear their proposals, even to know what is their political system, how do they work and what are the worried about. And that's why an European Commissioner, specially an Internal Affairs Commissioner needs to be conscious of how the nations see the European Union and what are the challenges they are facing. That's why I have put in place measures and iniciatives for integrating new nations into the European Union, such as the European Assembly meeting. But i want to go a step further on that. If I get elected, I will set up the 'European New Nations Conference', which will meet twice a year and will consist of meeting with the newest nations in the European Union, to allow not only the other nations but the European Commission to know about them much more that seeing the news. We need to work on integrating everyone into this common project."
The crowd clapped
"And now, I want to talk about something controversial here, which we have to defend from the European Commission and I personally stand for it. Democracy. The European Union needs to get democracy in every single country. You need to be free, to choose the one you want instead of having an imposed leader some of you might not want to be your leader. I personally rise against dictatorships, and I am fully against dictators in the European Union. We need to get democracy, and so Noctoria does. Every single negotiation requires an effort, and I will try to negotiate with the Noctorian Government to bring back democracy to Noctoria, as I will try to get democracy back to every undemocratic country in the European Union. People needs to choose their future, they don't want someone to tell them what they have to do or how do they need to think, they want to think on its own! I lived in a dictatorship for 21 years, and that's simply horrible. I'm against dictatorships, and I'm standing against them in my whole career as a Spanish Politican and a European Commissioner."
The crowd stayed silent, they live in a dictatorship so they couldn't clap
"Ladies and gentlemen, I know you don't have the voice to choose what you want for the European Union. But I will fight for that, with no wars between Noctoria and the European Union. I have proven diplomacy always works, and so I will try to get democracy with diplomacy. And when you regain your voice, when you get back to vote freely, I will be proud of getting democracy for a country that deserves much more than a dictatorship.
Thank you very much! Have a nice day!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Show must go on, despite the anti-Juncker Campaign
18th Rally
Hampton City - Reitzmag
25-08-2020After the Noctorian rally and leaving the country as faster as he can to avoid being trapped in the dictatorship, the team started its way to Reitzmag. They made a stop in Europolis, where they were taking a plane to reach Reitzmag much faster, and the bus could go back to Spain, where tomorrow there would be lots of events for the last rally of the campaign, which would be the 20th rally.
Jean-Claude Juncker arrived in Hampton Court International Airport and took a car to the city centre. He inevitably had to talk about the most stupid conflict in the whole of the European Union: The Hispanic-Reitzmic conflict, but he was going to be clear enough about that. He arrived at the rally and the off-voice started to talk: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the Internal Affairs Commissioner... JEAN-CLAUDEEEE JUNCKEEEER!" Lie to me started to play while Juncker went up to the stage. He waved his hand and danced, and finally, he could start his speech.
"Good evening Hampton City! Good evening Reitzmag! And also, good evening to the whole European Union that as always is watching the Juncker campaign live from our social media from anywhere in Europe. Today we have entered on the staright line and we are facing the finish line of the campaign. But we have some rallies left, and we are doing all the rallies we have planned. With that said, let's get finally started!"
"Today, I want to talk about two important topics for me and that I personally manage or would manage if we finally get it implemented. The first topic is Culture. Ladies and gentlemen, have your heard any Internal Affairs Candidate but me talking about Culture, the European Heritage Act and how we are goint to protect the rich European Culture we all love. Since the Amendments made by Councillor Tusk and Speaker Firoux, the European Heritage Site Programme is under the Internal Affairs Commissioner managment. That means that every single candidate shall be worried about what to do with our culture. If I get re-elected, I will set up the applications for getting new Heritage Sites on the list and announce the new sites in 2 weeks. The European Progressive Alliance wants to protect our culture, and I promise I will work every single day to protect it. Culture will always be important for me and for any single candidate of the European Progressive Alliance."
The crowd strongly applauded Juncker's words
"And now, I'm moving on to my main proposal that I'm revealing today. The European Touristic Programme. The ETP (European Touristic Programme) would have 3 main objectives: Enhacing regional and foreign tourism in the European Union, giving every country a platform where they could advertise their countries to attract foreign tourists and also to help those visiting a foreign European country from any other member state or from another region. The first point would be related with the second one, as the 2nd leads to the first. The member states governments would be able to advertise their countries via the European Touristic Programme website, and every nation would have dedicated section where the Government or the Institution in charge of tourism could post new things about its nation. Then, foreign people from other regions or from the other European Nations would be able to discover what they would be able to find if the choose to visit any European country. And the 3rd point is also important, as we want to help tourists as much as we can. You will be able to see this webpage with no connection thanks to the European Commission up, which will recieve this information in the new fix we are working on. Some measures as the proposed common dial would be mentioned on the help section."
A surprisingly thunderstroming applause took place
"Ladies and gentlemen, despite what others says, the European Progressive Alliance always find itself as the main European Union protector and defender. We always bring up new ideas, new initiatives and new candidates that have the same purposes as I do. I know we are not very strong here, but we need to get out there and vote for the European Progressive Alliance, all together. That's the only way to protect the European Union and to make it much better. And we will do it. Let's go for it!
Thank you very much! Goodnight ladies and gentlemen!"

Jean-Claude Juncker: Approaching to the end
19th Rally
Hankkara - Mennrimiak
25-08-2020Jean-Claude Juncker took a flight from Hampton City to Mennrimiak. Being sincere, that country was the same he wanted to avoid all the campaign. When he went to Nofoaga, he should have gone there, but he didn't. The Mennrimians were tough people in Juncker's opinions, even some were rude as their councillor, who interrupted, knowing he was not allowed to come in, the European Assembly meeting to ask the question everyone in Europe except him knew the answer. Then he got angry and was rude towards Juncker, but it wasn't something new for the experienced Commissioner.
The plane landed and he checked the European Commission Mobile APP, which was still operative. He didn't knew how many people would have accomplished the dictatorial law which forbid the app, but the service was operative. The European Union was not going to let those people aside, those people that believed in the European Union and not in what the protesters, which were angry because of his rude Councillor, wanted to forbid it. Juncker got in a taxi and arrived to the rally place. Surprisingly, it wasn't empty. There was not too many people, but there was actually a crowd.
"Good evening Hankkara! Good evening Mennrimiak! And also, good evening to those spectators watching this rally live from their houses or wherever they are in our great European Union. I have come to Mennrimiak despite the last events here, but I couldn't let anyone behind, incluiding you. Also, despite the European Union App ban, I would like to announce that we have kept the service and we will work on a new version for it. You have the same rights than any European to get access into it."
Crowd applauded Juncker's words
"Today it's going to be a shorter rally than I am used to do, and my crowds are used to see, because I only have brought one topic to this rally, which is transport. The Transport concept idea in my last camapign was building the Eurostar with the European Union funds, but that's simply impossible and the Budget can not even get the amount of money we need to build the whole Eurostar. So, I've decided to get rid of the old project and make a whole new one. First of all, there wouldn't be ran by the European Union, but by the rail compnaies under their own services. The project would be called Eurorail, would receive subsides from the European Union and would be divided in 5 phases:
- Phase 1 would consist on analyzing the resources of every nation about public transport, specially focusing on trains, as it's the main matter. Once we have recieved all of that information, we would go to Phase 2.
- Phase 2. That one would consist on start seeing which routes are suitable to start between nations. Construction would receive subsides from the European Union, but the EU is not going to pay for it.
- Then, we move towards phase 3, when the first services between nations would start. The private companies that would get the service would run those services.
- Phase 4 would be hard to achieve, because benefits should be done before moving towards this one. In phase 4, the major infrastructures projects would start, like tunnels under the seas or bridges over them. Again, subsides would be given.
- And finally, phase 5, completion and starting the services between the whole EU, granting the Europeans a safe, confortable travel between European nations. The subsides would return back to the budget as those companies pay taxes, and is not a lost inversion."
The crowd erupted in thunderstorming applause
"Ladies and gentlemen, I know that here I don't have many supporters, but I'm glad to see you all here today. We are going to make it possible, we are going to vote for the European Progressive Alliance and together, we will make a better Europe. I trust on the European Union, and you also trust that the EPA is the best choice for the European Union.
Thank you very much! Goodnight!"
Juncker decided to leave and take a flight back to Spain.

Jean-Claude Juncker: Day 6 - This is the end
20th Rally
Antequera - Spain
26-08-2020It was a nice afternoon in Antequera, the 2nd Capital city of Spain. Pro-European Union demonstration arrived to the rally, as everyone who supported the EPA was there. Juncker arrived sooner than usual, because there were many things ready for this last meeting. He did everything he had to do before coming. The place started to be more crowded, the assistance was amazing. The off-voice decided to spoke, and the crowd started to cheer: "ESPAÑAAAAAA. PLEASE GIVE A THUNDERSTORMING APPLAUSE TO JEAN-CLAUDE JUNCKEEEER" So they did. Juncker came to the stage and the off-voice said: "Now, please enjoy the show!"
No one knew what the off-voice was talking, but soon they would know. Tarzan boy started to play and everything started. 2 Junckjets crossed the sky with "God Save the Junckjet" written on the jets and painting the EU flag on the sky along with the Patrulla Águila. Behind them, a Junckopter and a Junckblimp were scorting the Juncklane. The aerial show seemed to be over, when a little plain with no Juncker things crossed the sky and a parachuitist came off the plane. When he opened the parachute, the crowd was able to see the new Junckchute. The crowd applauded the show.
"Ladies and gentlemen, you should look at your back, to the train stop and also the tram stop!" In that moment, Dancing Queen started to play and the Juncktrain and the Junckram were standing in their respective stops. In the streets, the Juncktruck, Junckvan, Junckcar, Juncktank float, Junckbus, Junckyle, Junckbike, Junckaxi and the Junckorbike were parked there. The Junckzip-line was installed and behing the stage, on the closer pier to the stage, the Junckboat was being parked. And to end with this, the chairs were the Junckcairs, the same used in Fremet. Everyone applauded the show and Juncker finally proceeded:
"Good afternoon Antequera! Good afternoon Spain! Good afternoon to the whole European Union, that once again, and for the last time in this camapign is following the show, the demonstrations and the rally live from anywhere in Europe. I want to thank you all for all your efforts, to my team, and to whoever it's the responsible of making all this show. I'm very happy to be the EPA Candidate, your candidate."
The crowd applaude Juncker's words
"Today, I bring no proposals, but I'm going to talk about what we have done from the Internal Affairs Commission during this term and every proposal that we are applying for this new term. During the last term, I met with 16 European Leaders thanks to the European Heads of Government or State meeting. We solved the crisis in Eastern Haane, reached a deal to help Leagio on green energies that I will be taking to the European Council after the elections. I met with the Prime Minister of Czech Slavia, and we set the baselines for the new projects that are coming to Europe in the future, we introduced the European Union Mobile App which is really useful and so have proven the hundreds of millions of downloads it has received since it entered in operation. But the best thing I have done during these months is being the Commissioner of Internal Affairs of this marvelous region, of every single European citizen. And I have worked for all of you, with no difference like where you were from or ethnic, sexual orientation or gender. I believe on a multicultural Europe, where everyone is free. And I'm fighting for getting that Europe against these elections."
People started a big round of applause
"This camapign we have also brought up proposals like a brand new project for the old Eurostar, the European Touristic Programme, the guarantee of not overloading the European Union's budget, protecting the young people, the new ERASMUS programme, the EUROPOL and the European Technological Crimes Unit creation, protecting equality, using diplomacy to solve conflicts, we are going to celebrate Europe Day, the 5G project, the new Green deal for Europe along with using eco-responsible energies and other measures to stop climate change, bringing the European Institutions closer, the basleines for a Free Trade Area, pushing forward reserach, development and innovation, protecting the environment and creating the European Oceans and Waters Agency and more things we left pending on the first term and we are getting done in the 2nd term if I get re-elected. There are lots of measures, projects and things we can do for Europe, and as I didn't surrender when we had tension moments in the European Assembly meeting, I won't surrender on this camapign, you have my word"
A thunderstorming applause took the place
"Ladies and gentlemen, it's been a pleasure to campaign everywhere in Europe. We have been to Inquista, to Icholasen, Fremet, Reitzmag, Mennrimiak, Nocotoria, Nofoaga, Malborya, Czech Slavia, Duxburian Union, Pravoslaviya, Vayinaod and so on. Because that's what a candidate for Internal Affairs does, take its campaign everywhere in Europe to let the people know about their proposals. Now, let's go and win that debate to then win the elections and getting a better Europe.
Thank you very much for your support! Have a nice day!"
