Politic System
The republic is an Semipresidential and democratic Republic, the people can chose a President of the Republic and his Vice-President in elections.

The citizens can chose a National Republican Asambley, of 300 deputies, with the results of the Asambley the President must chose a President of the Ministry's Council, he is the head of the Governament but the President can elect another if his political proyect finish.

The elections are every 6 years and the actual Constitution is the 1989 Constitution reformed the 14th of February of 2021.

Territorial Organization of the Republic

The Constitution allows the regional authonomy, but at this moment there is not any autonomus region, Bordiria, Cesaria, Bona, Pica and North Mardonia have started the process necesary to have their autonomy

Police Forces

The main police force is the National Republican Guard (Guardia Nacional Republicana) NRG/GNR, this force is a Gendarmerie, it's militar and policial

Their fuctions are:

• Surveillance of Official Buildings
• Issuance of Passports, Identity and Driving Cards
• Border Surveillance
• Sea Surveillance
• Traffic
• Rural Surveillance

It depends of the Gobernation Ministery and the War Ministery, their main official is the Executive Director of the National Republican Guard

Presidence of the Republic

The official residence of the Head of the State is the National Palace, the National Palace is an old building in the centre of Vinci

The palace was builded in 1765 and adapted as official residence in 1987, every president of the country has lived here

The President Juan Manuel Prieto González in January of this year

Presidence of the Ministry's Council

The Head of the Governamment lives in the Gueites Palace, this palace is more modern than the last and it was reformed in 1998 and 2009.

This palace has a simple style and the official residence of the President, he lives in the east wing of the building and the Ministry's Council is usually in the west wing.

Republic Asembly

The National Republic Asembly is the parlament of the nation, it's elected every 6 and formed by every voted citizen older than 23 years (articles 52 and 53 of the constitution)

The deputies are choosed by regional circunscriptions, every region has a number of deputies to vote, the comarcs aren't important for this process

After the Asembly is voted they elect a President, Vice-President, and 1st, 2nd, 3th and 4th Secretaries, this Asembly have to aprove the President of the Ministry's Council that the President of the Republic Propose, if not, the President have to chose another candidate

Actualy the President of the Ministry's Council is Luke Smith, of the RCU/UCR, with the votes of his party, the Republican Left and the North Right

The Republic is divided into 11 regions, the constitution says that the state is compatible with regional autonomy, 10 of this regions are autonomus regions now, the autonomus regions can have their own police (no one for the moment), their own parlaments, governemments and institutions (everything is detailled in the constitution some paragraphs above)
