Today, sound taxes are being imposed in the Strait of Adventuranza. These taxes will be managed by the Adventuranza Strait Maritime Security Agency, which will be responsible of rising or dropping taxes for nations, as guarantee the free navigation of cruises or ferries. The taxes will only apply to those cargo ships that cross the Strait. There will be 4 different tax groups, that are listed ahead:

      • Group 0: Nations in Group 0 do not pay for crossing the Strait of Adventuranza with their cargo ships. Normal passage carrying cargo will be subject to a 0 percent tax (free) of the Cargo value on board Nations on Group 0 are: Inquista, Icholasen, Vayinaod, Fremet, Spain, Angleter, Duxburian Union, Inimicus and Gallorum.
      • Group 1: Nations in Group 1 get a discount when they go through the Strait of Adventuranza. Normal passage carrying cargo will be subject to a 1 percent tax of the Cargo value on board. This apply to: North Diessen, Leagio and Ruthund.
      • Group 2: Nations in Group 2 foreign cargo ships coming from other regions pay the normal passage carrying cargo, that will be subject to a 2 percent tax of the Cargo value on board. This apply to every nation that is not located in any other group.
      • Group 3: Nations in Group 3 will pay a 3 percent tax of the cargo value on board. This applies to Mennrimiak only.
Group 4: Nation in Group 4 will pay a 4 percent tax of the cargo value on board. This applies to Reitzmag and the UNSR. The Adventuranza Strait Maritime Security Agency does not recognise the UNSR, but any registered cargo ship coming from the UNSR (not Free Icholasen) will be taxed.

STATEMENT - CONCERNING KING JUAN CARLOS I SCANDAL

The Government would like to show its support to King Felipe VI, which has nothing to see or didn't know anything of his father affairs. We would like to remember everyone that King Juan Carlos I is not King Felipe VI. Everyone will be granted the right to protest and show his opinion as always, but we call to respect other opinions and to protest pacifically.

          STATEMENT - STONEHAVEN DERAILMENT

We are deeply concerned about the latest news of the Stonehaven derailment, that has killed 3 persons: A ScotRail driver, ScotRail conductor and a passenger that was travelling to Inverness. Our prayers go to those affected by the derailment, as for the families of the victims. I will attend, along with the Spanish President and the Scottish President, Jesús Aguilar and Nicola Studgeon, to the funeral that will be celebrated in their memory.

Investigations are now taking place and after results have been revealed, the Spanish and Scottish Governments will work together in order to make a plan to avoid more incidents like this.

            STATEMENT - HAMPTON CITY ATTACK

Despite relationships between the Kingdom of Spain and the Kingdom of Reitzmag, we must condemn the shooting which has taken place today in Hampton City, Reitzmag. As a country that suffered a terrorist attack in 2017 in Barcelona, we stand against any terrorist. But we can't allow to make a Europarty responsible of what some crazy people have done. This European Commission campaign needs to be an example of unity and good attitudes instead of a succession of attacks because others think different than you. We cannot allow Europe to fall down into extremism. We are requesting an investigation by the European Union about this as we, the Spanish Government, find very suspicious but curious that the EPA was endorsed in these attacks, which happened in Reitzmag, and in the middle of a campaign.

                    TRAVEL ADVISORY - EASTERN HAANE

After the last events in Eastern Haane, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Cooperation has set a travel advisory to anyone travelling into Eastern Haane. We disencourage people of visiting the capital city, Kiel, and the area of Haane Keste, which are the most dangerous areas at the moment. If the situation remains as this or get worse, the Spanish Government will feel forced to set a travel ban to Eastern Haane and close the borders between Spain in Eastern Haane.

STATEMENT - CURRENT ONGOING EVENTS IN EASTERN HAANE

The Kingdom of Spain is really concerned about the ongoing events in Eastern Haane, and the possible Civil War in the country. We don't understand what's going on as lots of information are coming from there and that info isn't clear enough to see or get into a conclusion that could tell us accurately what's going on. That's why the Spanish Government is taking new meausres:

                        • A complete ban on all travel to the Confederacy of Eastern Haane, the State of Haane-Kest, and any or all entities contained within the internationally defined territories of "Eastern Haane".
                        • The Kingdom of Spain asks to all their citizens with a residence status or having their vacations in the Eastern Haane to come back before midnight.
                        • The Kingdom of Spain is suspending all diplomatic affairs with Eastern Haane until we are able to find out what's going on in the country.
                        • Spain will consider on the Congreso passing economical sanctions to Eastern Haane as institution.
                        • All commercial, private or cargo flights to/from Eastern Haane are cancelled, as all ferries.
                        • All approaching ships with the Eastern Haanean naval ensign or coming from Eastern Haane will be asked to identify themselves and their origin. Ships that do not respond will be asked to stop immediately in the Mediterranean Sea. Same applies to flights coming from or going to Eastern Haane.
                        • The Ministry of Commerce shall seize any and all assets of the governments of Eastern Haane in the Kingdom of Spain.
                        • All commercial and private traffic bound for Eastern Haane either originating or transiting through Spain, Spanish airspace, or Spanish waters will be intercepted and impounded.

INFORMATION RELEASE: SEA BORDERS AND MEASUREMENTS

                          • Gibraltar

                          alt text

In Gibraltar, 12 kilometres are considered as Spanish waters. The Gibraltar's Strait Security Agency considers these measures are enough to be considered as the main controller of the Strait.

                          • Cabo de Creus - Creus' Cape / Adventuranza Strait

                          alt text

                          alt text

The Adventuranza Strair Maritime Security Agency (ASMSA) has approved the following borders stablishments in el Cabo de Creus. This Cape does not intervene on the taxing of the Strait, which is also delimited as shown in the picture above. ASMA considers 20 KMS is enough to be considered as the controller of the Strait.

Note: Spain is open to negotiate this borders if a bordering nation enters the European Union.

                              STATEMENT ON EASTERN HAANE CRISIS

The Spanish Government is concerned about the happening on Eastern Haane and shows its solidarity and support to all the Haaneans involved on the conlict. There are blood baths going on, while freedom and democracy arn't being respected. We are offering the European Union our cooperation and some of our army if it's needed, as we won't let the Eastern Haaneans appart.

About sanctions, these were passed 20 days ago by the Congreso de los Diputados, and all the measures will remain as the situation has got worse and not better. A new measure is added to point 6 of the measures taken 25 days ago:

                              • All approaching ships with the Eastern Haanean naval ensign or coming from Eastern Haane will be asked to identify themselves and their origin. Ships that do not respond will be asked to stop immediately in the Mediterranean Sea. Same applies to flights coming from or going to Eastern Haane. Ships will be allowed to go through Spanish straits if they have important cargo onboard. If they don't, ships won't be allowed to enter Spanish Waters.

STATEMENT ON EASTERN HAANEAN REFUGEES AND REITZMIC INTERVENTION

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation would like to announce that Spain will be accepting Haanean refugees if they request political asylum or the war refugee status via letter, Internet webpage or in the Spanish Consulate or Embassy in any European Country. Eastern Haaneans wishing to apply for the status will need to show their Identity Card and fill some papers in English or Spanish. Once they have arrived into Spain, they will be given a home, 1.500€ per month and some Spanish classes to prepare them for their new life in Spain.

The Kingdom of Spain also support the Government formed by Agnes Obel and will stand along it until elections, which need to be free and democratic, take place. Not meeting one of these requirements would mean the unrecognition of the Government elected or instaurated.

The Spanish Government has also decided to support the Motion made by Commissioner Jean-Claude Juncker and Councillor Tilki, as we think the planned method to solve the crisis is the right one we shall take. Sadly, the Kingdom of Reitzmag has decided to take over some places in Eastern Haane without cooperation or coordination and the Kingdom of Mennrimiak has decided to retire their Councillor because the European Union is doing nothing, when they didn't have time enough to react. We are also asking our Reitzmic friends to retire the European flag from their bases, tanks and equipment until the Council gives the go ahead signal to the Intervention. There's no European cooperation at the moment and we, European Nations, shall wait until a common answer is given.

                                  STATEMENT - MILITARY EQUIPMENT UPDATE

The Ministry of Defence has bought new equipment for the Army. This is part of the "Plan Defensa para el curso 2020-2021", which started on September the 15th and will end on September the 14th 2021. This time, all the branches have received new personnel that have finished their training. The navy and the air force have also received new jets and ships to defend our coasts and our country, as also helping our allies in Nofoaga, Inimicus or the possible European Coalition in the Eastern Haane's intervention.

The Kingdom of Spain is ready to help the European Union and its allies, and this equipment will be really useful for that.

                                    STATEMENT - NO-FLY ZONE

The Ministry of Defence will announce, before Sunday, the Inspection ports in Spain as part of the No-Fly Zone enforcement. We ask all the European Countries to accept the regulations and not breaking the NFZ. The Kingdom of Spain is prepared for targetting, intercepting and forcing any flight that enters the NFZ to land in one of our inspection ports. We have bought new equipment in order to be ready.

STATEMENT ON THE REITZMIC DEPARTURE FROM EASTERN HAANE

The Spanish Government is concerned about the Kingdom of Reitzmag considering their intervention a success when they are responsible of imperalist attitudes and war crimes. No intervention is a success when you have killed innocents, you have taken imperialist ways and morever you have constantly tried to act as an independet force ignoring the European Union suggestions or trying to avoid Inimican forces escorting your planes.

The No-Fly Zone has been successfull and its enforcement is up to the 4 Assembled Powers, which are Vayinaod, Inimicus, Fremet and Spain. Trying to avoid the participation of one of these countries into the escort of any army aircraft is not an acceptable way to end with the conflict. The Haaneans are not happy, in fact, they have given an ultimatum to what we can consider as imperalist country. We also condemn the attitudes towards Inimicus, and if requested, Spain will help the Inimicans on accomplishing the new measures put in place by the Imperial Governemnt.

The Spanish European Councillor, Donald Tusk, will open a discussion about war crimes, imperialist attitudes and other actions taken in Eastern Haane, and we would like to advice those who are intending to follow Reitzmag's example: These attitudes are not ignored by the Kingdom of Spain, but given special attention.

This is not a victory, nor is a success. It's just more caos what this independent intervention has caused, and now it will be harder to act in Eastern Haane with trust or safety. Lots of innocents, from Reitzmag and Eastern Haane, have lost their lives for this absurd conflict which could have been better managed by the European Union.

                                        STATEMENT - EUROPE DAY

I talk on behalf of the Government I preside when I wish every single European citizen, wether his nation might or might not be an European Union member state, a happy Europe Day. During this years as part of the European Union, The Kingdom of Spain has made new friends, sufferend some conflicts which both parties have been able to solve and established new relationships with many historical nations in Europe.

Spain is now friend of many nations we couldn't imagine we would be friends with, has been benefited from the influential sphere the European Union forms around the different nations and has been able to push forward legislation and amendments in the European Council thanks to our Councillor, Donald Tusk. Moreover, the Kingdom of Spain is also protecting other countries, such as Nofoaga, with whose we keep a really friendly relationship. Apart from that, we co-operate with the Empire of Inimicus sharing military bases in both countries in order to enhace mutual protection and to have stronger relationships.

We shall also recognise the hard work that is being made by Commissioners and the European Council, Institutions which are really necessary to make the European Union work, and I hope their work is never disturbed by the interests of nations or certain people which are not members of theirs.

Europe Day shall be a date to celebrate, and so we will do. Since it was announced that Europe Day would be celebrated for the 1st Time ever, the Government announced it would be a free day for all the Spanish, and so it will be every single year that we stay in this necessary and prosperous Union. Donald Tusk and Myself will join the European Commissioners and leaders in the Europe Day celebrations at Europolis. Happy Europe Day everybody.
