No. 1: Declaration of the formation of the Nationalversammlung: 220 Y, 0 N
- Description: Motion no. 1, voted into place by the then Trade Union Congress, established said Congress as the Nationalversammlung, a body that would hold legislative and executive powers during the incapacitation of the Austrian government.

No. 2: Election of the proposed Staatsrat: 138 Y, 82 N
- Description: Motion No. 2 elected a 20 member Staatsrat, one for each sector of the economy, from a list proposed by the President of the Nationalversammlung - the President of the Austrian Federation of Trade Unions, Wolfgang Katzian, for the delegation of executive powers during the coming recess of the body.
- Objections centered around balance, with many complaining of the lack of non-socialist and non-solidarist members. Passed on the basis of establishing order.
No. 3: Formation of the Social Partnership: 115 Y, 105 N
- Description: Motion No. 3 established temporary communications with the national organizations of the Federal Republic, as well as with various other groups representing minority interests, as to ensure that underrepresented interests are taken into account in governance.
- Objections centered around a worry that such representation would cause current inequality to remain in place; disregarded by majority.

No. 4: Consideration of Sanctions on Reitzmag - Y 200, N 20.
- Description: Motion No. 4 began consideration of the placing of sanctions of sanctions on the Kingdom of Reitzmag due to concerns regarding the impact of recent development in the Caspian as well as regarding the 'Spacenet' project being developed, centering around the release of silt for the former and possible increases in space debris for the latter. Proposed the appointment of a committee for the preparation of a report on the subject. Also of concern was the possibility that the Reitzmic government was constructing in a dead zone, which many believed had to be investigated.
- Consideration was believed to be "prudent," as well as an action that would not result in "undue harm to sovereignty. Members of Staatsrat refused to vote for, wishing to be "consistent," while at the same time worrying about "Reitzmic militarism."
No. 5: Appointment of Council for the Consideration of Sanctions on Reitzmag - Y 220, N 0.
- Description: Motion No. 5 appointed five members of the Nationalversammlung to a Council that would prepare a report regarding possible sanctions for the Nationalversammlung.
- No opposition.
No. 6 Expansion of Nationalversammlung - Y 220, N 0.
- Description: Motion No. 6 allowed 73 designated vocational and professional groups outside of the Trade Federation to send delegates to the Nationalversammlung for the purposes of expanding representation.
