16 YEARS FROM THE BLOODIEST TERRORIST ATTACK IN EUROPE
Isabel Díaz-Ayuso, President of the Comunidad de Madrid, and José Luis Martínez-Almeida,, mayor of Madrid, in the homage today at the Puerta del Sol
16 years ago, one of the darkest Spanish History pages was written. During the peak of Madrid rush hour on the morning of Thursday, 11th March 2004, ten explosions occurred aboard four commuter trains (cercanías). The date led to the popular abbreviation of the incident as "11-M". All the affected trains were traveling on the same line and in the same direction between Alcalá de Henares and the Atocha station in Madrid. All four trains had departed the Alcalá de Henares station between 07:01 and 07:14. The explosions took place between 07:37 and 07:40, as described below):
- Atocha Station (train number 21431) – Three bombs exploded. Based on the video recording from the station security system, the first bomb exploded at 07:37, and two others exploded within 4 seconds of each other at 07:38.
- El Pozo del Tío Raimundo Station (train number 21435) – At approximately 07:38, just as the train was starting to leave the station, two bombs exploded in different carriages.
- Santa Eugenia Station (train number 21713) – One bomb exploded at approximately 07:38.
- Calle Téllez (train number 17305) - Approximately 800 meters from Atocha Station – Four bombs exploded in different carriages of the train at approximately 07:39.
At 08:00, emergency relief workers began arriving at the scenes of the bombings. The police reported numerous victims and spoke of 50 wounded and several dead. By 08:30 the emergency ambulance service, SAMUR (Servicio de Asistencia Municipal de Urgencia y Rescate), had set up a field hospital at the Daoiz y Velarde sports facility. Bystanders and local residents helped relief workers, as hospitals were told to expect the arrival of many casualties. At 08:43, firefighters reported 15 dead at El Pozo. By 09:00, the police had confirmed the death of at least 30 people – 20 at El Pozo and about 10 in Santa Eugenia and Atocha. People combed the city's major hospitals in search of family members who they thought were aboard the trains. There were 193 confirmed dead victims, including two unborn children. 2.057 persons were injured, but survived the terrorist attacks.
One of the trains that was damaged by the explosions
Today, Madrid still remembers those who left us 16 years ago, and also those that hadn't had the chance to live their lifes and discover the world we are enjoying at every moment. But Spain learnt something, and a very important something. Spain learnt that terrorism is the worst thing we have in this world. To all that died and that were injured and to Ramón, this article goes for you.

JUAN IGNACIO ZOIDO, MINISTER OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT: THERE'S NO RISK TO HAVE A COMMUNIST REVOLUTION IN SPAIN
Zoido, in the interview
In an interview this morning with La 1, the Minister of Local Government said that "there's no risk to have a communist revolution in Spain. This is because Communism here has barely 5 or 6 seats on the parliament, represented by Unidas Podemos. If they were not together, they'll not get any seat for sure." Experts, like Pablo Simón, said that "what the Minister said is accurately correct. Spain is a very democratic country with lots of transparency, and this fact makes impossible to get any revolutions at the moment. Just look at the Catalonians. Since the new government arrived, they've been quiet because the Government has finally given them some more competences, and they are acting fairly as a Spanish Authonomous Community."

SPAIN WILL SET A NEW EMBASSY IN FREMET
The possible building where the Spanish Embassy in Fremet could be
Spain increases the number of embassies around the European Union. Some people that prefer to be anonymus said that "in the next few days we could see a new Spanish Embassy in Fremet" This would increase to 4 the number of embassies in Europe. Alfonso Dastis, in the traditional press conference after the Minister's Council, said that "Spain will always have its arms open to recive new ambassador from other European Union countries, as our compromise is to upgrade and establish as many diplomatic relationships as possible, as we are very compromised with the common European Union project".

SUSANA DÍAZ (PSOE) - THE TRIFARCHITO IS DAMAGING ANDALUCÍA
Susana Díaz, On Canal Sur Radio This Morning
Susana Díaz, Head of the Oppposition in Andalucía, said that the Trifarchito formed by the Partido Popular, Ciudadanos and VOX will damage Andalucía even more than they 3 said Partido Socialista Obrero Español did. She said that "when the Junta de Andalucía was managed by my party, and I was the President, we were doing extremly better than now. To pass any important law such as the Andalucía's budget for 2020 or any economical or social upgrade, they need VOX, a far-right party, to support them. Where the hell in Europe we see democratic parties like el Partido Popular or Ciudadanos asking for support to a far-right party like VOX? Nowhere. Andalucía needs to wake up from this nightmare and remember that my party, who has been in the government for 40 years until Juanma Moreno take the Presidency, has done a 1000 times better than this 2 years of centre-right coalition government".

SPANISH DIPLOMATS GO BACK TO THE UNITED REICHS OF REITZMAG AS THE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES THE END OF ALL THE EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES
The URR Spanish diplomats taking off from Antequera
Julia Otero: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Alfonso Dastis; and the Minister of Local Government, Juan Ignacio Zoido, have announced that the Spanish diplomats that were rescued from Reitzmag are coming back this night and the embassy will be reopened from tomorrow morning. Dastis refeared to this decision as "the end of the war in the URR and the management to get an agreedment". Juan Ignacio Zoido, Minister of Local Goverment, has announced that "risk has gone away and the extraordinary measures that we have taken are going to be removed this night from 0:00 CET."
JO: About the recognition of the new former state of Icholasen, Mr. Dastis said that "we are not going to recognise new Icholasen until a democratic process is held. At the moment, Queen Anastasia is the Icholasen's head of State for us. Still, we don't understand how did the United Reichs of Reitzmag recognised a communist uprise in Icholasen, even if they tried to push them off from their own country. It's a complete mess what is going on there, and we'll be expecting everything closely to be ready to take new measures if needed."

ALBERTO GARZÓN (IU): ICHOLASEN IS TRUSTWORTHY WHILE REITZMAG HAS LOST ITS MIND
Today in El País we've interviewed Alberto Garzón, leader of IU (A coalition of Communists parties of Spain), PCE (Partido Comunista de España) and Vice-Secretary of Unidas Podemos, the far-left party leaded by Pablo Iglesias.
Journalist: What do you think about our Government?
Alberto Garzón: This oppresive government leaded by Mr. Jesús Aguilar is getting us to nowhere. At least, the Government has showed to Europe that in case of a huge European War, we're ready to stay neutral and isolate ourselves from the rest of Europe.
J: Have you heard about the kidnap of Bernie Sanders, from the USNR?
AG: I have. Our comrades from Icholasen have all the Spanish Communist Parties support, specially from Izquierda Unida and the Partido Comunista Español, those who I do lead. Icholasen it's a very trustworthy nation, while the United Reichs of Reitzmag has definetly lost its mind. How can you kidnap someone to get planes with the intention of bombing Inquista? That only happens on the movies where people lost their minds. We should start thinking on retiring our diplomats from there before some crazy terrorist kidnaps them.
J: Could a communist revolution take place in Spain?
AG: Sadly no. We aren't enough to have a communist revolution, but we could reach the Government if people realises that we, the communists, are the only hope that Europe actually has.

The Guardia Civil arresting one of the URR's Embassy Staff this morning
"The operation has been successfull. Spain has managed to complete the operation shutdown in 24h.", said Miguel Villarroya, Jefe del Estado Mayor de la Defensa, this morning. "As far as we reach to know, no citizen from Reitzmag with the Reitzmatic Nationality is left on our country, same with our citizens there. All of them have come back to Spain arriving last night in Madrid Barajas, and then, they were distributed in buses to get them back home".
Juan Ignacio Zoido, minister of Local Government, said that 203 Reitzmatic citizens have refused to the Reitzmatic Nationality in order to get the Spanish Nationality and keep their jobs and life on Spain. He also said that "no refuses to the Spanish Nationality were made on the United Reichs of Reitzmag, so all of our citizens are back home safely." Zoido also said that the Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado, incluiding the Spanish Army, is ready to keep any Reitzmatic thing out from our country.
Alfonso Dastis, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, has said that" I'm very happy with the results that the operation has given. Spain has accomplishedthe measures. The ambassador, his family and the staff are being sent back to the United Reichs of Reitzmag this morning."
The President, Jesús Aguilar, said that "Spain has showed Europe that if a nation kidnaps a very important person from other country, Spain is ready to follow the example of others, to lead or cooperate with the other European nations. We had good relations with the URR, but, as we thought when Dastis told us everything he saw, Reitzmag is a mess that doesn't know where they are going. That's why we have setted those hard measures, the hardest on the whole of the European Union. If URR dared to kidnap the Foreign Affairs Minister of Icholasen, why won't they do it with me or with any other important politician from Europe?"

ALFONSO DASTIS: MR. GREEN'S WORDS ARE OUT OF PLACE
Alfonso Dastis has answered to the threatenings coming from the Kingdom of Reitzmag about attack Spain and suggesting we could die because of their power. Mr Green, on his letter, said that "The Foreign Minister of Spain even called us a messy place despite their country being so damn hot and him even seeing for his own eyes the beauty and luxury in the kingdom when he visited us. The Spanish Government even called the kingdom as a national enemy despite the great relations we had together just because you are afraid to die. Or maybe you all are just communists very afraid of us capitalists that we may attack you. If you are not afraid of being the next in line to Comrade Sanders, then lift the sanctions imposed to the entire nation or limit them to a lower level."
Mr. Dastis, after this happenings, came up on a Press Conference, and said the following things: "Reitzmag is still as messy as before Coventry was killed, because the whole European Union knows that Coventry didn't kill himself. If our country is damn hot, then why did tourists from the URR came here? We are not as hot as uncultures people like Mr. Green think." Then, he added some comments about the bad part of Mr. Green comments: "This letter shows the rest of Europe our reasons to consider Reitzmag a National Enemy. People like Mr. Green are a risk for the rest of Europe."
Alfonso Dastis ended his press conference talking about the threatenings coming from Mr. Green: "Spain will answer according how does the government react to this. If we need to get more sanctions, we'll get them. We are not retiring any measures to let these kind of crazy people to come to our country and kidnap people. We won't allow that. If they try to attack us, we will for sure be ready to attack them."

TRECE TV - CATHOLIC NEWS: CARLOS AMIGO VALLEJO WILL TRY TO BE THE NEXT EU POPE
Carlos Amigo Vallejo, Arbishop of Sevilla, will be the Spanish candidate for being the new European Union Pope. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1960, he became Archbishop of Seville on 22 May 1982. Instead of going to Rome to receive his pallium from Pope John Paul II he received the pallium from Antonio Innocenti, titular archbishop of Eclano, Apostolic Nuncio to Spain, on 29 June 1982 during his installation mass at the metropolitan cathedral of Seville. He has been President of the Spanish "Conferencia Episcopal" from 2010 until 2019. He is a very devote person and give donates every time he can to help poor people in Spain. He is very social and preaches everyone after the mass in Sevilla every day. He also gets part on other projects like picking clothes to donate to poor people. And now, he's trying to be the first Spanish pope in the European Union.
But Carlos Amigo Vallejo won't have an easy way to achieve his dream. He will have to face with 5 others candidates, 1 from the Kingdom of Reitzmag, 1 from Lovrovia and 3 from Angleter. We will soon see if we have "Un papa español" instead of, like we think the song says in Spain... "Un Papa americano".

"We can't lose our mind once again, we can't make the Catalonians to take part on a tool to make your reputation much better Mr. Torra." Miquel Iceta, from the Partido Socialista de Cataluña, said "Mr. Torra, teh referendum is technically impossible as the ruling party, the Partido Popular, has a majority of 176 seats on the chamber, which makes impossible a Constitutional change without them". ALBERT RIVERA SAYS THAT THE GOVERNMENT PLAN TO GET RURAL POPULATION COULD BE BETTER BUT IT'S ON THE CORRECT PATH
Albert Rivera, during his Press Conference at the Congreso de los DiputadosAlbert Rivera, leader of Ciudadanos, has shared his thoughts about the new Government plan to get rural population. This plan has its origin in the latest European Central Bank Credit Worthiness Evaluation, which ranks Spain in the A+ zone, which means that Spain gets a medium-high credit worthiness. The European Central Bank found out that "large cities seem to dominate which means there is little rural population of activity", which means that Spain needs to invest more on it's rural environment and attract people to those village with 9 or less persons living in.
Albert Rivera has said that "the plan it's on the correct path where the government should go to, but it could be better than it actually is". On the Partido Socialista and Unidas Podemos side, they have said "this plan is not fair to those that have nothing, so we will vote against it". The Partido Popular has quickly answered this critics by saying that this is only a 1st Phase on how should things be done, and then, we will start adding more things in order to get a proper rural plan and more habitants living in Spain".

Felipe González and José María Aznar, together in a recent conference they have had in Madrid
Felipe González and José María Aznar have been face to face again, but this time not as rivals, but as friends. Both Presidents have taken part on a conference where many Spanish famous politicians or lawyers are taking part, talking about politics, law and some others Spanish and International Affairs, in which the nearly commission elections have been incluided apart from the Coups in places like Icholasen or Inquista, ehich both have agreed that are "dangerous for the Union, and for the neighbouring countries".
When they have been asked about who will they support on this Commission, the answer has been clear by both of them. Felipe González and Aznar have said that "the European Progressive Alliance are the ones who are getting their support, and also, they won't vote for a crazy guy or a fully interventionist guy." They have advised Spanish people about the fact that "if Winston gets commission, Europe will get in trouble. Getting Winston as an Internal Affairs commissioner is getting a crazy guy from and a Terrorist country into our institutions, because Winston is controlled by his Government for sure, apart from also putting in risk our soveranity. Believe me when I say this," said González, "freedoms are being compromised with this guy."

AGUILAR AND TORRA MEET IN MONCLOA AND SOLVE THE CATALAN CRISIS
The Spanish President, Jesús Aguilar, waiting the Cataluña's President, Quim Torra in front of the Palacio de la Moncloa's entrance
It seems that what is broken can be fixed, and that is what has happened with the Catalonian Procés (Procés in Spanish). Quim Torra and the President Jesús Aguilar have both met in the Palacio de la Moncloa this morning, when no one expected a single agreedment. But they have done it and this makes the Procés to finally stop, who knows if it's forever or just for a few weeks, months or years, but we won't be seeing those battles between the Spanish and the Catalonian Government anymore. While Torra arrived with the Referendum proposal, as always, Aguilar had a more relaxed path.
After 3 hours and 45 minutes of an intensive meetings, both appeared in the Press Room together to announce what many Spanish People finally wished. "Today, I have to say that Cataluña's has got what we needed. And it's not a referendum." Said Torra while many Catalonians started to worry on their Televisions, but the Spanish President started to talk: "Spain has finally saw what our mistakes are. We were wrong when Mr. Wert said that we needed to make Spanish the Catalan kids. We were wrong when we marginated some languages and we believed that being like we were in the 70s was the right path. This has been my first meeting with Mr. Torra, and now I know it won't be the last."
Both announced that the Government would start working on the measures from May 18th and they expect to get it done in July, when all the parties will be called for a negociation to pass all the legislation. One thing is certain: Spain is facing a new era.

SPAIN RAISES THE MILITARY BUDGET
The Spanish Ejército de Tierra
As of know, Spain spent over a 2,22% of the GDP on it's military. With the new budget being passed this afternoon, the budget will be raised to the 10,01%, being a sicnificative change that the army has recived with happiness, but also taking in count that new equipment will come a bit later than expected. The budget also brings some measures to keep Spain in the surplus zone as the Government considers the Economy as a "national matter".
The leader of the oppossition, Pedro Sánchez has said that "he won't support this outrageous budget, which is a mad idea. We need to make the economy grow as we get the Spanish more quality of life, so that's what we need in this budget." As of now, only the Partido Popular and Navarra Suma will support this budget. Still, the absolute majority of the Partido Popular provides that the budget is going to be passed and this changes will be made.

URKULLU (PAÍS VASCO) AND FEIJÓO (GALICIA) SET 12TH JULY AS ELECTIONS DAY
2 Authonomous Communities will be facing elections this year. Galicia and the País Vasco will hold elections on July 12th after the announment of Alberto Núñez Feijóo, the President of Galicia and Íñigo Urkullu, Lehendakari of the País Vasco. Both have agreed to hold elections the same day (as it's usual) so they can save money to the Spanish Government but also to their authonomous communities.
In Galicia, the polls give an absolute majority to the President, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, with a 48% of the votes and 41 seats, keeping the same amount of seats. The Partido Socialista Obrero Español would get a 22,6% of the votes and 19 seats, getting 5 more than in 2016. The Bloque Nacionalista Galego would get a 15,3% of the votes and 11 seats, getting 6 more than in 2016 and Galicia en Común - Anova - Mareas gets a 8,4% of the votes and 4 seats, losing 10 compared to 2016. VOX and Ciudadanos wouldn't get any seats but would get a 3,1% and 0,8% of the votes respectively.
In the País Vasco the Lehendakari, Íñigo Urkullu would get a 39,5% of the votes and 30 seats, 1 more than in 2016, but won't get an absolute majority, so they will need to get agreedments in order to remain in power. The pro-ETA and pro-independence party, EHBILDU, would get a 22,8% of the votes and 17 seats, keeping the same amount of seats than in 2016. The Partido Socialista Obrero Español would get a 14,1% of the votes and Elkaerrin Podemos a 10,6%, getting 11 (2 more than 2016) and 9 seats (2 less than in 2016) respectively, which makes them sum up the same number of seats together. The centre-right coalition PP+C's would get a 8,7% of the votes and 7 seats and the far-right party VOX would get a 2,2% of the votes and 1 seat.
