If you expected the Government to get the tanks, the navy and the whole Ejército del Aire out to the streets, then remain seated. President Jesús Aguilar has discarded any military intervention in the Congress this evening, as he has offered to give explanations on the rise of tensions between Spain and Reitzmag. "Ladies and gentlemen, our measures are more than enough to keep security in Spain." He said just after starting his speech on the Congreso. "Spain is a paceful nation, and it will show the European Union that it's not seek for conflict but for finding a way to solve this as soon as possible", he continued; "the army is not going to be deployed and will keep it's affairs in Inimicus and Nofoaga like if everything was fine. There's no need to be tense, no need to be alarmed. We are not under a possible war and Spain is not going to take war as a way to solve the conflict."

Pedro Sánchez, the head of the opposition, has offered his support to the Spanish Government in any way that his party could say: "I'm not the one that gets to agree with the Government on many things, but first is peace and the Government will always have full support of the PSOE to keep peace in Spain and pass as much measures as needed to avoid deploying the army and entering a war we don't want." Albert Rivera has also entered this position, but he has added something: "I believe that the Madrid Agreement and the Nofoagan Defence Service we are actually giving is a good way to cooperate, but we shall not turn crazy. That army is there to protect Inimicus and Spain, as Inimicus is defending us too. Let's not ruin this agreements".

The hard line was taken by both Unidas Podemos and VOX, extremists parties that have critiqued the Government. Pablo Iglesias has said thaat the Government must retire every single military personnel from Inimicus and Nofoaga and break those agreements now if we are a truly peaceful nation, while VOX's leaders, Santiago Abascal, has directly spoken to the President: Mr. Aguilar, the time to the next election is running and you are ruining who was our best ally, Reitzmag. Moreover, you've got 3 nations alongside you on your crusade against a country that has done nothing bad but being a pain in the neck to you. Stop this craziness and get the relations as they were before."

The Government remains calmed and waiting new answers. Meanwhile, in Huelva, the fire has been stabilied. Some goos news on a day that will be remembered as the day tensions started to raise. Let's hope this is for the best, for a mediation, for the end of a conflict Spain has never wanted to be involved on.
