Terrain and landscape: the country is bordered by the Pacific ocean to the west, the Atlantic ocean to the south, the mighty Amazon to the North and the Mons In Mar mountain range to the west. The Western 1/3 of the country is dominated by the Andes mountain range running in the North-South direction, while the Eastern 2/3 comprises of the expansive Argentum Basin (named of the Argentum river - or Silver river). West of the Andes was a fertile strip of land that separate the Mountain range to the pacific Ocean, called the Pacific Coastal Region. This area include some of the largest and most robust cities in the Empire. Sandwiched between the Andes mountain and the Argentum Basin is one of the driest land in the whole world, the Atacama desert.
