Following the request in accordance with the article VI for access to neutrality by the Siredorian nation. We are delighted to announce to the whole EU that our country is now protected by Article VI. This article gives us a special status. The National and Democratic Assembly decided to use this statute to "help to needy people who are not as lucky as everyone should have" quote from a leader of the Siredorian Fraternals (ruling party). Thus, the army will now have to come to the aid in all the states in need. Not to provide military support, but to come and treat possible victims of the war or to provide assistance to local police in the events of natural disasters. The law on this aid, recently passed, solemnly says that the aid to be given will not be made without distinction of sex, without any discrimination and without intervention in political ideologies,because we remain human beings against all odds, even if our ideas differ.

The President has officially declared that any nation in need will be entitled to request assistance from Siredor, if it meets the following conditions :

• Aid in kind or in money will be sent if and only if its use is sent for the support of the population and in no case to the privileged of for military purposes, for this the Siredorian government will demand a great transparency
• Then the Siredor will stick to international laws and they will never get involved in a conflict
• Even if our little nation cannot stop a conflict, we will put all our diplomatic weight in favor of a just and lasting peace
• The aid that our country will bring will be free and we will no ask any royalties towards a helping country
• We recall that our soldiers will not be on foreign lands, only to provide the humanitarian aid required in agreement with the requesting country and within the limit that it will set for us
• The aid provided can be extended over long term, by helping, for example, to rebuilt schools or finance new infrastructure
• If our soldiers are targeted during their mission, whether militarily or politically, we will immediately refer them to Eu Justice Council
• As we consider that the populations come before politics, even if we can think that certain governments do not respect certain essential laws. We are obliged to accept any request, if of course it meets the conditions, but we officially remind that we are not doing this for a government, but for its citizens.

Our government is also planning the founding of an international organization for humanitarian aid. If certain nations are interested, either to benefit from it or to contribute to it, they can let it be known

The whole nation thanks the Eu for allowing these decisions. Our country is more than committed to helping the EU become more powerful and more beautiful

Thank you all for your confidence in our little nation. Thanks to the protection conferred by article VI, the main goal of our army will be entirely redirected towards humanitarian aid. From now on, she will go to the field with drugs instead of weapons. Our planes will no longer unleash terror but money to rebuild countries affected by war or natural disasters. All this will be done without distinction, without discrimination. Because everyone has the right to live in good conditions. On the diplomatic level, we will not accept any alliance, but any nation to our friendship, as long as it does not betray our confidence. In this case, we believe that a peaceful solution can be found. In a short time, we will officially declare our neutrality.

On behalf of the Republic of Siredor, we bring this message to you. After the decision of the National and Democratic Assembly of our country, we would like under Article VI of the European Constitution to become a neutral nation. We believe in many ways that war is not the solution to the world we live in. It would be much smarter to put the budget of a costly army in humanitarian aid. What we would like to do if you accept our humble request: to become a neutral nation of the European Union, in return we will help to the extent of our capacities all nations which suffer from war by humanitarian aid, without distinction of political choices or racism, because we are all human beings.
