The government is making a white paper on high speed rail. The proposed cities connected are San Diego, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Fresno, San Jose, San Francisco. This upgrade will be an environmental and economic improvement. It will also connect Sacramento, and Anaheim, and Merced. The project should benefit California.

The government is enstating an air quality warning for the states of Napa and Espanicito. Due to extreme smoke from the Napa Valley wildfires, the resulting smoke impacts the San Francisco Bay Area down to the Los Angeles metro area.

The government will pursue greater funds for Cal Forestry and CalFire. In the area of $3 billion, we will enhance our climate change preparedness and an additional $20 billion in disaster relief.
