While we have no issue with Elthize being a neutral country. We believe that it is the choice of the Elthize government to make their own foreign policy and it is not the place for the council to decide a nations diplomatic stance for them. Circumstances can change when nations relations can change and its up to the individual nation to make the choice of what their foreign policy interests are. Not the council's.
Yosainese Trade in the Mediterranean
The cargo ship the Atoyumaru will be making its way over from the Yosainese naval base of Shimisu in Southern Shannon. The Atoyumaru will be transporting sensitive military cargo to their allies in Mishar. This is ahead of negotiations between the two nations of the Mishar Republic and the Federal Republic of Yosai in regards Yosai negotiating trade investment of Yosainese military manufacturers setting up manufacturing plans in the Mishar Republic, a deal in which if it goes ahead would have months of inventory ahead of time from the goods already transported.
Yosai from today is set to begin trade in the Mediterranean Sea as it is going to be transporting goods from Tokyo to Praling. Yosai has recently purchased in Praling and intends to ship goods from Shannon County, UK to Pralinng Mishar via the Mediterranean Sea via military naval convoy to protect from interference of trade and seizure from pirates and other non-recognised and non-state actors.
The Federal Republic of Yosai's preferential ranked voting results are the following:
For the office of Premier Commissioner
1.Ricarda SCHMITZ (United Duchies)
2.Akem LINEK (Istkalen)
3.Sofie ČIKAROVÁ (Czech Slavia)
For the Office of Internal Affairs Commissioner
1.Wirt HARLAND (Elthize)
For the Office of Foreign Affairs Commissioner
1.Tomáš KREJČÍ (Inquista)
A trade agreement has been reached between the Federal Republic of Yosai and the Union of Duxburian Dominions. An exchange for raw materials has been negotiated and finalised in the form of a rudimentary FTA. Yosai’s mineral deposits include Lead, Sulfur, Zinc, Iron Ore. Uranium however has been taken off the table due to the Yosainese Department of Defence and State Security has declared it a strategic resource.
The Department of Commerce and Industry headed by Secretary Kyomi Ishijo has made a provision however that if The DU wishes to purchase Rare Earth Minerals it must do so in Yosainese Yen. In return the DU will provide Silicon, Gold Deposits, Tungsten.
This trade agreement has been seen as a basic rudimentary FTA and is seen as a “Means of dipping ones toes in the water.” As said by the Secretary of Commerce and Industry. Yosai also wants to reconfirm its commitment to building the Southern European Universal line.
I am more aligned with all member states pursue their own actions and foreign policies in regards to the current crisis in Istkalen. If other member states want to pursue a trade or military policy regarding Istkalen they are free to do so. Sanction or military action or something else entirely. We are not in the business of enabling bad policies at the expense of other member states.

So I will be away for a while I don't know maybe a month or so. Dealing with rl family matters right now and I will not be in the right state of mind to rp right now.
Both women rolled their eyes "Well it can be tech, it can also be banking and other financial services of the prudential nature. Now if we want to actually talk as professionals then please inform me when we can start. If its now then fine lets talk. If you are nationalising our assets, then lets figure out what that means. It might be a little too hard for our Inquestian friend to follow with the details but the occasion here fits." said Ayumi
Kyomi then gave her opinion. "As for the Anti competative Act its not our nations business to try and influence. Yosainese companies take pride in adapting their trade practices no matter what political climate. Adapt or die basically so we really don't care what happens with the legislative side. But beyond that there is banking and finance, education particularly in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics, fields which literally build nations. Now with assets in this area if you are nationalising we can composite a treaty, or we can pack up shop and just sell you the products directly when they are done, and ship them too you, choice is yours we don't mind which. we can always open up manufacturing plants in the UK and ship the lap tops, PC's Phones, Consumer electronics, micro chips, satellite components, communications equipment for wifi and internet connections for 7-8 g networks. and other such products."
Ayumi also replied "I mean if you do nationalise, that's fine, we can just sell you the finished product as we said, its not that big of a deal to us. We'll just shift the manufacturing side of it. I mean the choice is yours"

Yosainese Military Base in The United Kingdom
An Agreement was signed between the Federal Republic of Yosai and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The Yosainese government will be inaugurating a military base that will act is a joint installation between the Yosai’s Air Defence Force and Naval Defence force. Acting as both a naval and air force base which will be in the Southern County of Shannon in Ireland, in exchange the British government have agreed to the establishment of their own military base in Kyokanjima in the northern coast of Yosai facing the Gin Sea.
The base will be known as Yonokune Base and will be deemed Yosainese soil but will frequently be liaising with the British government. Defence and State Security Secretary Makoto Kishii gave his opinion “This is a good day for both Yosai and Britain. We can engage in operations that facilitate both of our geopolitical interests and co-ordinate operations in defence of both of our nations. We believe that with this base in Ireland. We hope to use this base as a means of protecting our logistical and trading interests in the Atlantic as well as the Mediterranean, with Mishar our newest ally being the recipient of Yosainese shipping as well as our trading partner Hellas in case needed.”
The Yosainese government will also be talking further with the British government in the next coming months in further trade agreements for defence manufacturing in the hopes of furthering deeper defence ties with both nations.
Kyomi Ishijo, Secretary of Trade and Industry along with her Deputy Ayumi Takai. They were staying at the Yosainese embassy in Prague and have been for a few days now. They were in the courtyard of the building drinking Sencha tea. “So this nationalisation, what about it?” Asked Kyomi.
Ayumi replied “Well we are in a Socialist country we have to be prepared for some form of industrial nationalisations.”
“Ok but, this seems rather reactionary and unessasary. I mean if our businesses can’t build or invest here wouldn’t it just be easier to just export our finished products here then? I mean I understand the shipping costs that might be involved, but still.”
Ayumi raised nodded, “I suppose we can make the case for building and renewing contracts for FDI and building products here so that we can lower the costs of the finished goods in the domestic market here, then our businesses can make profit on the volume.”
Kyomi then replied “Yes but you will still run into the problem of cost of shipping materials from overseas or home. We don’t know whether or not we the profit would off set the costs of logistics or production within this country. It could be more than just dealing with the export and shipping of the final products.”
Ayumi gently chuckled “So technocratic.”
Kyomi smiled “That’s why I am the Secretary of Trade and Indusry. Ideals are something which I cannot afford.”
“Well either way. I met with the head of the Chamber of Commerce yesterday, god, that man over reacts to everything.”
“Who Toji? That fetus? what was he shitting his diaper about this?” Kyomi said as she sighed and rolled her eyes.
“Pretty much, I mean he is portraying this as the end of our trade with Czech Slavia and saying that it is becoming full blown authoritarian communist state.” Ayumi said as she chuckled.
“God…What a joke that guy is. He wants all the benefits and none of the costs. Then when everything gets too real we have to come in a clean up the mess. As much as I would love to send him to negotiate on our behalf with President Reiserová and watch him literally crumble under the weight of his own urine. I’m afraid I need to be the actual professional.”
Ayumi replied “Speaking of which. It’s time.” Ayumi said while looking at her phone.
They both made their way to Prague Castle.

Honestly most of this is no different from the authority we grant to our Federal Trade Commission, just on a national scale. I'm sure there would be varying views on the percentage of market share when defining what is noncompetitive, but in all honesty Yosai is all for protecting the consumer from predatory practises and our overall mistrust for monopolies. I mean I am sure that most of us here at least in principle are all for some form of consumer protection and preventing noncompetitive trade practises.

"So again, we still talking about the possibility of the EU organising the distribution of resources funds more locally with national panels to meet those communities needs in order hand out grants? Because this whole thing is absurd when we talk about a debate that attacks national sovereignty when you get to the heart of the matter when you look behind the long winded speeches that are, quite frankly much ado about nothing. I would implore both Junker and Mr Roscoe to stick to the issues at hand and not get distracted please."
