Nyetthem, January 24 2022 | Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong appeared on a press conference this afternoon at Nyetthem confirming that "Peace Talks" are underway between Reitzmag and Inimicus. Other top diplomats from Reitzmag were also present at the event with some representatives of the military and trade sectors. In the press conference, Foreign Minister Chung said he believes that there is still hope for peaceful co-existence between the two countries despite the ongoing tense situation. He also pointed our some key points raised on the first day of the meeting, which includes the still perceived threat of aggression from Inimicus, the alleged Inimician treatment of Reitzmag as an "underdog" with its imposition of sanctions over an exercise of "sovereign rights", the alleged threat of nuclear weapons, and many more. Let's hear from his speech:
"Our country has made concessions over the past in order to normalize relations, but it cannot let its defence system vulnerable to attacks from aggressive foreign powers. We have tried, as much as possible, to negotiate non-aggression to curb all the tensions and prevent bloodshed through war, and to also reopen our economic opportunities to them. However, we have seen no concessions from the other party. Continually they have stressed that they see our country as a threat to European stability, yet they have supported their allies in attempting to violate the sovereignty of our allies. They refused to negotiate their use of nuclear weapons, which signals that they are likely to be aiming their weapons at our country at this very moment which we see as a sign of their continued refusal to bring peace and stability. Although we believe that there is still hope and that peace can be restored between our nations, but we believe that they too must make concessions for this to work. And so I hope this shall be clear in order to prevent misinformation on the status of the meeting. But I hope that in the coming days, we may achieve a peaceful resolution on the situation. Thank you"
The Black House has not yet released any response to this, and have so far only given updates on the situation at The Vatican. More updates are expected to come in the next few days as the meeting progresses.

Manchester, February 26 2022 | A twitter post has gone viral showing video footage of what seems to be a military aircraft that appears to have stealth-shaping. The user that posted the video by the name of "Plane Tracker" suggested that the aircraft might just be the Archer II conducting its first flight. Others think that it's a Yosainese SK-8 Falcon or the prototype of the Yosainese SK-7 Raptor. As of this moment, the Government, the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence, or the developers of the Archer II has not provided any response on the alleged aircraft. Although, military experts agree that this indeed might be the Archer II's first flying prototype being tested. However, they noted that the aircraft may have already flown much earlier and that the aircraft is almost ready for showcasing and commissioning.

DAF North Duchies, March 10 2022 | The Armed Forces has sent one of two squadrons of Swan B.10 bombers for a practice long-rang bombing sortie in the United Duchies. A while ago, they reported that the bombers arrived and deployed their payload precisely in the Duchian mountains. In a statement following the event, the Armed Forces said that the mission was to signal that the country is ready and capable to help its allies whenever necessary. They also added that the event was to show the true capabilities of the country's military equipment when dealing with foreign threats. Some critics commented on the move, stating that it is all only a show of force and a provocation of war. Pacifist groups in the country supported these criticisms, calling for the military to "aim for peace instead of war". In an additional statement, the Armed Forces stated that the bombers have replenished and is on its way to its next target.

To our Valued Viewers,
We sincerely apologize for publishing a very strongly termed headline without approval of the parties involved. Our team had determined that the term "Diplomatic Bombing" was not appropriate for the situation, and that we are aware of the reactions from various people and groups to our mistake. To compromise, we will replace the headline with terms that are more appropriate. Once again, our sincere apologies to all parties affected by our grave mistake.

Hampton City, March 18 2022 | Just a day after the announcement of the Joint Shield Program by the leaders of the European Coalition, the House of Commons Treasury Committee voted down funding for the program with 8 votes against and only 3 votes for. Most members of the Treasury Committee, including the Chairman, are from the Conservative Party. This raised speculation that the Conservative Party blocked the funding on purpose for the funds to be rerouted to the country's own ADS investments. Political analysts weighed on the decision and commented that the decision was somewhat better to ease foreign pressure, however some opposed the decision calling it a disrespect to the country's commitments to its allies. Leader of the Opposition, Park Geun-hye, praised the decision questioning the Prime Minister's loyalty to the country and calling him a puppet of open foreign policy. Due to this, it is expected that the JSP will no longer be pursued as the primary provider for the program's equipment refused to fund and support its funding.

Hampton City, July 17 2022 | Today's session of parliament opens with the first reading of another bill that activates a referendum to leave the European Union. The new bill, submitted by the Conservative Member for Victoria Square now seems to face less opposition as a poll suggests that there is increased support to leave the union as Juncker takes lead in polls across Europe. Renowned political analyst, Dr. Robert Isaac, said that the reputation of Mr. Juncker remains tarnished across the country. He added that the publishing of leaked recordings of the First Round of Caspian Negotiations by an unknown blogger also did not help in easing the hatred for the renowned "eurofederalist commissioner" who was known for having "acted impartially against the country in various circumstances". Despite this, the EURO organization formed by outgoing Premier Commissioner Sir Joseph Biden said that it supports most of the policies Mr. Juncker has outlined during his campaign but it will only support his candidacy if the said candidate makes a public apology. The organization, which was known for having advocated for reforms in hopes to prevent possible leaving of EU member-states, also called for the general public to give Mr. Juncker a second chance if he does make a sincere public apology.
Regardless of all the circumstances, the situation seems to still be unclear as votes continue to count for the EU Elections. However, it is expected that the bill may most likely pass the Committee level and be tested heavily at the final Commons debate. Meanwhile, the Black House has still not commented on the issue nor has testified that the leaked recordings were true.

Cair Para, July 19 2022 | A press briefing was called earlier by the General Council of the European Coalition at the ECON Headquarters in Cair Para. At the meeting, it was reported that the General Council failed to achieve agreement again on the administrative system for the alliance. The President of the General Council said that despite the growing community around the alliance, the delegations of the 5 member-states were not able to find a common ground on the establishment of an executive administration. He added that the delegations primarily disagreed on whether the leadership would be rotating or elected and on the composition of the administration. However, he reiterated that he calls for member-states to formulate a system acceptable to all at the soonest possible time to ensure the smooth inauguration and more efficient handling of the alliance's activities.

Hampton City, July 26 2022 | As Former IAC Jean Claude-Juncker is announced as the new Premier Commissioner in another EPA-Commission, various situations have erupted across the country. Millions of people have marched in major cities calling for an immediate referendum to leave the EU, while apologist groups struggle to counter the still growing movement. In the Commons, the Committee on the European Union approved the Krexit Bill and will now pass it for debate at the main chamber. Meanwhile, 8 MPs have defected to the Conservative Party (5 Labour, 1 Lib Dem, and 2 Fed Dem). Due to the defections, all National Parties and 3 Regional Parties have made announcements calling for an emergency meeting to discuss the situation and their next courses of action. In addition, the Black House also confirmed that the Cabinet met immediately following the mass protests and quick build-up of people in major roads across various major cities. So far, the economy remains stable and police have began to be dispatched throughout the areas with large build-up of people to maintain smooth flow of traffic and the safety of those attending the protests. Various roads are also planned to be closed temporarily by the city governments due to the rallies. Outgoing Premier Commissioner Biden and the EURO have so far not yet commented on the situation, and the various National Parties are yet to make official statements following the emergency conferences.

Back in Hampton City, a joint press conference was held by the three largest national parties on the country's fate within the EU. Hampton City, December 25 2022 | The Government has recently released a statement confirming that MV Lucious, an oil tanker bound for the United Duchies, and MV Hwarang, a bulk carrier loaded with coal also bound for the United Duchies, were both seized by the Svarnan Navy. According to Defence Minister Wallace, the Svarnan Government reached out in a communique demanding the extradition of key Svarnan figures seeking refuge in the country in exchange for the release of the ships and their crew. Further details disclosed that the ships were taken mid-journey over the International Waters Zone of the Caspian Sea by two frigates of the Svarnan Navy within the same day. In response, the Government said they are holding a meeting to discuss ways to retrieve the ships and consider all possible options. Svarna Surya has been known as a nation that had never been in good terms with Reitzmag ever since the interaction of both countries began, and is currently ruled by an iron fist dictator. Minister Wallace added that the attack on Hampton University last December 17th was also identified to have been the work of Svarna Surya's Government, thereby prompting the increased readiness and presence of the Armed Forces and the Police to counter possible Svarnan agents operating in the country. Another announcement is expected to also be released within the day to clarify the government's stand on the situations unfolding but assures the general public that the country is still safe and that only increased vigilance is encouraged.

Surrey Space Center, May 7 2023 | Following more than a year of delay, the Probe Rocket made its first flight in full stack. Despite continuation, the plan was scaled down to aim for Sub-Orbital Flight instead of a full Orbital Flight Test. The rocket lifted off from the pad with 3 of its 33 Hwacha Engines shut down, with more being disabled mid-flight due to technical problems. After about a minute during the flight, several flight control systems failed which resulted in cartwheels that forced the launch control to activate an automatic termination system. However, further problems in the ATS resulted in a 40 second delay before the explosives were activated to self-destruct the rocket as it tumbled from the sky. Due to its course, the rocket crashed at the Caspian, just off the coast of Gullicken where the debris were later recovered. Despite the failure, the event was celebrated by many space enthusiasts and scientists.
After the flight, the KRSA published photos of the launch pads that were heavily damaged by the powerful Hwacha engines as the rocket lifted off, as well as the many tons of dirt that were displaced. In a statement, the agency said they noted the problems and issues encountered and will seek to improve on the mistakes. The statement includes a list of certain areas to be improved, including the launch pad which will be strengthened and improved with Water Deluge System to be installed in the future to dampen the force created by the engines, which they admitted to have underestimated the power of.
