New Security Protocol for the foreign diplomats in the United Reichs of Reitzmag

---

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement to secure all foreign diplomats in the United Reichs of Reitzmag. This encompasses all foreign dignitaries such as ambassadors, embassy staff, consul-generals, etc. All appointments from foreign delegations shall be moved until the conflict has concluded. All airports will be partially closed and flights to/from the URR will be cancelled. The airport will only accept emergency landings and permitted access. All government engagements abroad will still continue, given that the aircraft used are escorted by any 2 of the fighter jets from the Grand Royal Navy. All tourists may be repatriated by their governments, given that all aircraft used shall be escorted by 2 fighter jets from their country of origin.
This protocol shall be effective immediately at March 22 2020 00:00 GMT+8.
Further instructions shall be given tomorrow in the official gazette.

Any aircraft that violates this protocol shall be immediately shot down by the Grand Royal Armed Forces if not responding to instructions given via radio contact.

Statement on the Communist Insurgency in the United Stars of Valhalla

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag, led by PM Simon Bridges, in cooperation with HM Armed Forces, led by HM George I, through the Ministry of Defence under Min. Ben Wallace has decided to take action on the communist insurgency at the United Stars of Valhalla.
HM Armed Forces has been tasked to deploy the following equipment to the USV and support the troops but shall not interfere with any of the two sides until further notice:

• RAF Vulture: 20
• RAF Hawk: 10
• RAF Falcon: 20
• RAF Albatross: 10
• 543 to 556 Squadron AAC

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag has agreed with the Government of Podlasie Lublin Masovia to use their bases as pitstops for military personnel and equipment to be deployed in reserve until further notice of interference from the government.

As of May 3 2020, the following security protocols are established to protect civilians from Reitzmag and the United Stars of Valhalla:

• All flights to/from the United Stars of Valhalla bound for Reitzmag are hereby cancelled and that only military aircraft are allowed for entry given that they are identified.
• Refugees are thereby welcome to reside in the country without regards to nationality given that they are assisted by the Royal Air Force for entry.
• Government officials and diplomatic personnel from any country currently residing in the United Stars of Valhalla are hereby forcefully evacuated to the Kingdom of Reitzmag along with the operation of the Valhallan Government.
• Entry/exit of goods between the Kingdom of Reitzmag and the United Stars of Valhalla shall thereby be postponed until further notice.

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag is reaching out for the Communist Star of Valhalla and the Government of the United Stars of Valhalla to use diplomatic actions rather than violent and armed conflict. The country is also open to mediate in any diplomatic agreement at any time given that a ceasefire shall occur while the agreement is still discussed.

STATEMENT ON THE SPANISH APPLICATION FOR AN ENAA LICENSE AND THE SITUATION IN NOFOAGA

The government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag is baffled by the Spanish motion to apply for ENAA licensure. Such act is very much condemned by the Reitzmic goverment and ratification of such is a threat to the security of the country. Reitzmag being a country very much against nuclearization is alarmed by such. With the ongoing feud between our nations, it is very unfair if one country has the advantage of using nukes as a threat. We as a nation are pleading the members of the ENAA to suspend this application until the situation is already relaxed.

Furthermore, the use of the events in Nofoaga and the feud between our countries as a reason for application is a sign of probable use of such weapons against Reitzmag. And with the worsening situation and lack of diplomatic action, the approval of such application is a big threat to Reitzmag.

Aside from this, the recent happenings in Nofoaga are very concerning to Reitzmag. Such acts of President N'nago is condemned by the government of Reitzmag as we believe that such is an attack to the democratic process. We do believe that the demonstrators should have not used violence to tackle the problem. The actions taken by the police is also unacceptable due to their use of violence and materials that could harm the people.

With the situation in Nofoaga, the following measures will be taken:

• Travel between Nofoaga and Reitzmag will be suspended until further notice.
• Exporting of goods from Reitzmag to Nofoaga will remain allowed granted that the crew and/or passengers of the vessels would not exit the port area.
• President Nikola N'nago is hereby sanctioned by the Reitzmic government, after gaining 2/3 vote in the Parliament in the session this morning, and is not allowed to enter Reitzmic territory. This shall last until further notice.
• All Reitzmic citizens in Nofoaga will be repatriated to Leagio and Mennrimiak through the British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, and the Royal Air Force and will be done as agreed by the governments of the 3 nations.

The government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag, in assistance with the European Council and the House of Representatives has decided to enact the following due to the recent threats from the UNSR.

• The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall return all the money it collected from the UNSR immediately after this declaration had been published in the Official Gazette of the Government

Despite efforts to prevent disobedience of European law, the Kingdom of Reitzmag and its government has to protect its people from any further conflict. Following this event, the House of Representatives and the Government has also reached to decide the following:

• The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall to the best of its ability apply for a limited license to the European Nuclear Applications Authority to be allowed to stockpile nuclear weapons as deterrent. This shall be enacted to prevent any further threat from the UNSR.
• The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall maintain its space program and the KRSA shall to the best of its ability rush the creation of its Crew Dragon to immediately check any damage within the Cansey Space Station.
• The Reitzmic Armed Forces shall procure and recruit as much military forces as soon as possible to be prepared for any further threat.
• The Reitzmic National Defense Budget is hereby realigned to 9.56% from 7.56% in which the additional budget shall be taken from the budget for emergency response.

Good day Nicolezians,

We in the Reitzmic Government are very glad to hear that you are once again exercising your democratic power to vote for your leaders. We have seen your candidates coming from different parts of Europe. Each of the candidates we have seen as of now have their own political parties, which I am very glad to hear. But I would like to clarify that we, the Reitzmic people are not fielding any candidate for such election to prevent bias or misinterpretation. However, I'd like to comment about the candidates in my own opinion.

I'd like to start with the candidates whose ideologies included anti-Reitzmag and policies of making Copala City an independent nation. As of now, these candidates are named George Maxwells (Spanish) and Houston Strachan (Leagioan). I'd like to comment on your policies and ask you why you want Copala City to be an officially independent nation. Mr. Maxwells also mentioned that he wants to end the no-fly zone, this would be a violation of the treaty and any amendments to the treaty must garner the vote of both parties. The main reason that the no-fly zone was established is to prevent an invasion from rogue communist self-declared states such as the UNSR. I'd like to warn you that removing such thing would mean that Copala City will have to go back to Reitzmic administration, the policy was made as an umbrella protection against foreign invasion as a way to ensure the security of the inhabitants. We would like to clarify that Copala City and New Saint Regina are only leased areas and would eventually be returned under Reitzmic administration.

But, I don't want to interfere with your elections. Those are just my personal opinions, so I hope you do not consider them as from the government itself. • Travel and Trade to/from Eastern Haane is hereby suspended until further notice.
• All citizens of the Kingdom of Reitzmag in the area will be repatriated to RAF Brewnest where buses will be waiting to take them to their homes.
• Visas issued to Eastern Haanean citizens are hereby void, any new applications will no longer be accepted until further notice.
• All future activities to be the done by the Government involving travel to Eastern Haane is hereby cancelled.

STATEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF A RIGHT OF WAY TO THE NICOLEZIAN LEASED AREAS

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag is pleased to see progress happening in the lands that it has leased to the United Dominions of Icholasen. Hence, we have decided to provide a right of way and a uniform instruction to those travelling to the areas.

For entry:

1. Book your flight to the following airports through accredited airline companies:
   • Hampton City International Airport (Hampton City)
   • Wemberton International Airport (Esserbrund City)
   • Terrafin International Airport (Terrafin City)
   • Gloucester International Airport (Gloucester City)
2. All flights would be a transfer flight, from your city to any of the airports above. Upon arrival, you may choose the following options:
   • Take the bus system provided by HM Armed Forces from your airport of arrival towards your destination, make sure that you pick the right bus since buses are classified whether they are bound to Copala City or New Saint Regina.
   • Take a regional airliner on a flight to the designated temporary airstrips in your destination through accredited airline companies.

For exit:
1.

• Find the designated bus station in your destination to travel to the nearest airport.
• Book for a regional flight from the designated temporary airstrip in your destination to any of the airports above.

2. Once you have arrived at your international airport, you may conduct a quick book to accredited airline companies from your international airport to your home/next destination.

All other airports do not have this lane and persons who may not present a valid document (visa, passport, etc.) or are invalid for entry (nationals from Gallorum) shall be returned to their country of origin.

All eligible people, including foreigners, who are currently in the country may travel to Copala City or New Saint Regina without interference. Those who would use cross-border checks should bring their passport and an additional valid ID to be allowed for entry. There will also be buses ready to transit anyone from the country through the cross-border checks and into New Saint Regina and Copala City. The buses provided by the Government or HM Armed Forces will be free and would operate 24 hours everyday. Buses from private enterprises have fees ranging from 10£ to 20£ depending on the location and the company.

STATEMENT FOR THE DE-ESCALATION OF THE CONFLICT BETWEEN THE KINGDOM OF REITZMAG AND THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag has decided to apply the following de-escalation measures in accordance to the peace talks discussed in Europolis between the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Reitzmag and the President of the Kingdom of Spain.

Phase 1

• Citizens from the Kingdom of Spain will be allowed to enter the country with the following Visas:
  • Tourist/Visitor Visas
  • Business Visas
  • Transit Visas
  • Refugee Visas
• Very essential assets of Spanish citizens and/or nationals may continue their operation.
• Diplomatic affairs are resuming from now on. The embassy will re-open the 13th September at 12:00 CBT. The ambassador from Spain is allowed to come back to the Kingdom of Reitzmag. The Royal Family and other Government officials of Spain are allowed to enter the country.
• Phase 1 shall end on 20th September at 00:00 CBT.

Phase 2

• Aircraft displaying the civil air ensign of Spain will be allowed to enter Reitzmic airspace once again. Flights, ferries and other transport connections between both countries shall resume.
• All Business plans and assets originating from Spain are allowed to start their operations once again.
• Citizens of the Kingdom of Spain may travel to the country through the following types of Visas:
  • Family Visas
  • Settlement Visas
  • Study Visas
  • Work Visas
• Phase 2 will end on 26th September 2020 at 00:00 CBT.

Phase 3

• Citizens of the Kingdom of Spain may begin applying for Resident or Immigrant Status.

Final Phase

• Citizens of the Kingdom of Spain may begin applying for citizenship in the country after meeting the necessary requirements.

STATEMENT ON THE REFUGEES ON EASTERN HAANE AND THE REITZMIC INTERVENTION TO THE CONFLICT

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag is dedicated to ensure the safety of all innocent persons. Hence, we have initiated a separate refugee program for the Haanean refugees that our Armed Forces will retrieve. However, we are surprised as how other member-states think that our goal is to occupy Eastern Haane and make it as a colony. But we do believe that our goal is for the sake of peace and order and not the establishment of a puppet state. We have proven to help refugees from Icholasen and help their government become physically existing by leasing a piece of our territory to them. But we think that we could help more refugees from around Europe which is why we established our operations and programs to intervene in the conflict and to restore their government under the republican faction of Agnes Obel. Our intentions will remain clear and we are open for cooperation with other member-states as we do believe that we can do better by doing things together as one European Union.

Our Armed Forces had been stationed in the area to start a peacekeeping and restoration operation. However, I the Prime Minister had received reports of guerillas shooting against our troops. Gen. Peter Renwalt is currently doing his best to stop the fighting and make the guerillas surrender.

To prevent any further misunderstanding on our goals, we are going to fly the flag of the Republic of Eastern Haane beside our national flag and the flag of the European Union to symbolize our support for the government to be established by Agnes Obel.

That being said, we are looking for partners to help us in the evacuation of the refugees that our Armed Forces had retrieved. The governments of member-states who wish to cooperate with us may contact our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense so that we can establish a well coordinated process of giving home to these refugees.

STATEMENT ON THE SUCCESSFUL LIBERATION OF EASTERN HAANE

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag delightfully announces that it's mission is complete. We are victorious in our goal to restore the Haaneans back to their country. The ultimatum we received is no longer necessary as the House of Representatives had already ruled that it was time to pull out our troops from Kiel. For the final phase, we have sent a message to the Vardics on carrying out the departure operations and the final phase of our mission. Once request has been granted permission and confirmed, we will begin dropping goods and supplies to the haaneans returning to Kiel. Our Armed Forces will be ready to welcome them in case of their early arrival. The estimated time for our Armed Forces to depart the area is 5 days, 6 days if it includes being inspected in Vayinaod before proceeding to the country. We wish everyone peace ad harmony and to share this victory to Europe.

STATEMENT ON THE TREATY OF TELUM

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag is highly concerned about the nation's trade routes and our national security after the Treaty of Telum has been signed. Our Armed Force is committed to invest least on our navy, but with the threats of allowing only specific nations through the Kiel Canal has concerned us. Our Naval capabilities are not enough to defend our interests in the Caspian with such policy. Hence, the following measures shall be effective immediately:

• The Royal Navy shall be prioritized by the defense budget until further notice.
• The Royal Air Force shall remain in patrol of the area in collaboration with the Royal Navy and its Naval Air Service.
• Military Ships bound from any of the signatories of the Treaty of Telum shall seek permission for access to enter Reitzmic waters. Failure to do so may lead to the destruction of the disobedient ship. Submarines shall be required to display their naval jack and navigate over the surface.
• Sand-dredging operations in the Caspian shall continue its operations.
• Vessels bound and/or registered from the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall continue its navigation to its specific destinations.

STATEMENT ON THE THREATS FROM THE UNITED DUCHIES

The Government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag, in response to the threats from the United Duchies assures that all operations within the Caspian are for safety, security, economic, and defense purposes. We may not publish the entire outline of our project as there are classified parts that may only be accessible to our Government. Our main intention for the construction of such islands are for the safety of all ships passing through the Caspian to cater them if they are in need of maintenance in the middle of the Caspian or rescue if they are sinking or in such disaster that needs rescue. We have already published a map of the islands to be constructed on Phase 1. We have made sure that the place we constructed islands from do not contain any fish to prevent killing of those. During the project, we also constructed artificial coral reefs after the construction of every island. That is to help grow the fish population in the area to allow anyone visiting the islands to fish once the area is developed. Waters around the area will be regulated but we will allow all ships except otherwise sanctioned by the country to pass through and enjoy the tourist spots. We request that the United Duchies as well as other countries seize their worries on our operations that are mainly for the good of the European peoples.
