Restoring the Relationship

It was a nice day in Moncloa, but the atmosphere wasn't the best. Spain was going to restart its relationship with the Kingdom of Mennrimiak, but without any crazy condition. For much they wanted, taxes and sanctions to Reitzmag were not going to be removed. Jesús Aguilar was confident about this summit, as when Mennrimiak called him to make this meeting in Madrid, something good had to happen.
Alfonso Dastis had worked on this along with the President last night, the strategy was clear: Resuming the relationship between both countries but without ceasing on the problem with Reitzmag. Mennrimiak was one of Reitzmag's best allies, but at all, they weren't their puppet or something like o they would surely not interfere. Also, a deal would be abgreat achievemnt, maybe free movement at least.

Sauli was in a plane that was going to throw him on the middle of a hostile area and then he said to one of his assistants"Haha, it is here, we havent arrived yet and its already on the air, do you feel it? Its called tension""Im not happy of doing this but we need to it if we want to end this shitshow of Spain and Reitzmag" then the pilot anounced they were arriving to Madrid and needed to prepare for landing.

In Adolfo Suárez - Madrid Barajas airport, the Guardia Civil was ready, as the convoy to get the Mennrimian Prime Minister Niniisto to Moncloa. A Guardia Civil looked at the secret agents and said:
"Take care of him. We don't want more problems with Mennrimiak than we have now, so it's up to you to carry him to Moncloa as we always do. Giving the best service to foreign leaders as always."
The ATC called the boss of the operation. They were approaching Madrid. "Ok guys, time to enter the airport!", said the Guardia Civil in charge of everything. The motorcade entered the airport and headed to the stand where the plane was going to be parked, north of the airport.

After some time the plane landed on the airport and then he steped out of the plane when he said
"Looks like Aguilar is not around here, anyways i want to take my motorcade as soon as possible, i dont care if they take me to nowhere or a fucking
brothel" -
The airport employees heard what the Mennrimian Prime Minister said. A secret agent from the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia welcomed Niniisto to Madrid and they got into the motorcade. The driver, called Jorge, started a conversation:
"Bienvenido Mr. Niniisto. Did you enjoy your flight?"

"Good Enough" said Sauli" Now take me to whenever you were supposed to take me to"

"That's what I am doing right now. We'll be arriving as soon as possible" Said Jorge, who though that the Mennrimian Prime Minister was really rude. He had no responsability of what the relations turned on, but still he was really rude.
The motorcade entered Moncloa and a service employee opened the door of the car where the Prime Minister was. Aguilar came out of the Palacio de la Moncloa and stayed upstairs, smiling. He shook hands with the Mennrimian PM and told him: "Welcome Sauli. Please, follow me." After the press took photos, the President led the Mennrimiak's Prime Minister to the meeting room. Both entered and the service closed the door after serving some water, then they seated.
"I'm glad to see we are finally fixing our relationship. Was the motorcade ok?" Said Jesús.

It was fine but im not here just to shake hands and smile, Can we get to a room where we can disscus more important matters for both Spain and Mennrimiak, Privately? Asked Sauli.

Aguilar thought he should be joking. They were on a room and he didn't realised. This was going to be exhausting... *Mr. Niniisto, we are actually in a room. " Aguilar said relaxed.

Oh the office. Bad news, no foreign leader could enter the Presidential office, because that was what the protocole said about foreign visits: Here or nowhere. Aguilar spoke:
"I'm sorri Mr. Niniisto, but you are not allowed to enter my office, same with any foreign leader visiting Spain. This is an isolated room so I think it really fits with the conversation."

Then Sauli sighed "If thats what you want, However, i want you to start this meeting please,( if thats allowed) said Sauli on his mind.

"Great. Well Mr. Niniisto, we would like to restart the diplomatic relationship with Mennrimiak. I consider your actions were unfair and you took part on a conflict that din't affect the international stage in any way and no war was going to happen. I'm saying was because I've just received a call from Simon Bridges to meet in the park tomorrow, so I guess something is happening."

"It really affected us at the end, so that was more than justified, and well our Ambassador Magnus Bredessen can return to Spain if the Embassy is moved to Madrid"

"Seems ok for me. You could leave the Antequera's embassy as a Consulate so service for tourists there are not removed entirely." Suggested the Spanish President. He still saw some light after the tunnel, like the end was finally coming. Spain wouldn't have more conflicts for now, finally.

Some people in Spain considered Nofoaga as a puppet, same in the European Union. But he couldn't allow those thoughts to expand, so he had to be clear enough in this topic:
"Nofoaga. Spain is in charge of their protection since a military pact between both countries was signed. If you want to talk about defence, you have come to the right place. But if you want to talk about other matter you really should talk with them instead. I can talk about what I think but I'll never negotiate on behalf of a country except mine." Said Jesús.

If you think im here to say that nofoaga us a spanish puppet then this is going to take more than a week, im here because we all know Spain uses that protection treaty just to store military equipment close to Mennrimiak in case Reitzmag selected the Bloody option and we helped them, and for now, that is a treat to our sovereingty and we want Spain to reduce its military precence in Nofoaga as we now see they are Stable enough, and if you didnt know we still talking with the Nofoagan government for some details, so such agreement can be possible.

The Mennrimian Prime Minister was starting to say things that came out of nowhere. That victimhood was incredibly huge, and Aguilar wouldn't stand any of it since now on:
"Mr. Niniisto, I'm going to be extremely clear about my Treaty with Nofoaga. The Treaty is just to defend the island, to be the army that protects Nofoaga in case of a war. We don't store military equipment to attack your country but to protect Nofoaga. We didn't select Nofoaga for the bloody option but because we wanted to protect them. We are not reducing our presence because it has always stayed the same, when there were tensions and when there are none."

Oh God!! We all know Spain uses that bases to store equipment with the excuse to " use it to defend Nofoaga" but the true is that the equipment can be used if Spain decided to preare its army! And as i said that can be talked with Nofoagan authorities!
