After exchanging a few kind words, Lula took place behind a prepared pulpit.
*Alliance Day is not a military celebration. Alliance Day is the day when the peoples of Nofoaga and Spain show their deep friendship. And the core of friendship is appreciating and protecting each other in everyone's individuality. Strengthen each other and stand up for each other. We, the people of Nofoaga and in particular my government and myself are extremely grateful to the Spanish army for their presence and commitment to our country.
We are a small country and a small people. Yet we do not rely on ourselves and we see openness as an opportunity to grow. We want to share this openness with the soldiers present here in Nofoaga. That is why we will continue to work to make Nofoaga a second home. The agreement agreed with the Spanish government already stated that you will receive the same rights as our own citizens. From now on, all necessary documents, such as those for health care and insurance, government documents and cards, will also be provided in Spanish. A small gesture, of great significance to us.
Vive le Nofoaga ! Ola Nofoeaga ! Viva Espana!*

The military on the base applauded the words of the Nofoagan Prime Minister and then said: "VIVA NOFOAGA! -¡VIVA!- VIVA ESPAÑA -¡VIVA!- Then, the band and the military forces got ready for the homage to the fallen military personnel fighting for Spain. La Muerte no es el Final, the song used for this kind of homages, was played by the band and sang by the military personnel. When the song was over, the left the flowers next to the catholic cross. The people there clapped.
Then, el General Carlos Brown, the high-rank in charge of the Military operations in Nofoaga, shook hands with Lula Namatatiki and stayed behind the pulpit. He proceeded to speak:
"I would like to thank Ms. Namatatiki for her kind words and longlasting support towards the Spanish Military in Nofoaga. As she has said, the Alliance Day shall not be remembered as a military celebration, but as the day when the Spanish and Nofoagan people come closer and celebrate together the values of the agreements signed by both nations. The Spanish Military and all the Spanish people are also greateful to the Nofoagans, as they are very friendly and empathic people."
"When we accepted to protect this country, we wanted to protect the people. We have done many missions, and I think we are accomplishing our promises. Ms. Namatatiki, on behaldf of the Spanish Forces deplied here, I can say Nofoaga already is our second home. We are proud of defending the ensing and the freedom of the Repulic Nofoaga, as we are proud of defending the Spanish ensing and freedom. Some might think this is a way of military strategy to invade them, and I must say they are completely wrong."
"The announce made by you and our constant French and Nofoagease learning effort will make the military closer to the people, and the people closer to us. And we also want to make an announce: From now on, Spain is allowing the Nofoagans who wish to be part of the military personnel to enter the army on the Nofoagan division. We are opening 100 places for those wishing to enter, and we will receive them with open arms. All I can say is thank you Nofoaga, and also, that we will be defending this country until we die."
The military personnel applauded the words of el General and awaited orders by the chief of the army deployed there, which was Lula Namatatiki.
