The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is announcing that the Commonwealth of Leagio has sucessfully managed to begin the process of expediting its people in Republic Nofoaga. According to the current numbers recorded on June 1st, there are now 83 Leagioan Citizens waiting for a plane in Republic Nofoaga to take them back home safely. They are expected to take a Leagioan passenger jet from Republic Nofoaga and fly on their way to Mennbrimiak then all the way back to Leagio by landing at the Port Hilson Internation Airport in the coastline of Leagio, where a train will take them back to their homes if they do not live within the Leagioan state of Arlick.Furthermore, with coordination from the Kingdom of Reitzmag, Leagio will allow and welcome Reitmic Citzens that were in the same situation previously and ensure that they have a happy stay as they wait for their chance to fully go home. These citizens of Reitzmag will also be landing at the Port Hilson International Airport.
In addition, in terms of the situation within Republic Nofoaga, the Commonwealth will continue with CRNPO plan to observe the election and political process of Republic Nofoaga. We are happy to observe how President Nikola N'nago treat his country as he has recently released the Vice-President, who was an opponent to him. Furthermore, the Common Government of Leagio is pleased to hear that there will be no more arrests on political demonstrations and that the Republic Nofoaga police will act as guides to the protesters. This change of heart has the Leagioan Ministry of Foreign Affairs hopeful for the results that the will come out of the CRNPO study that will be happening within the Republic Nofoaga.
Lastly, the President of the Commonwealth Kenith Lifejumper will be leaving tomorrow for the European Union's Head of State meeting that will be held on July 6th that will be held in Europolis. Governor-General will not be attending the meeting as he will be planning the Commonwealth's first Council of Provinces meeting with the Governors of all the States and Territories of Leagio.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is glad to announce that its completed the process of selecting its members that will run the Committee of Republic Nofoaga Political Oversight (CRNPO), whose purpose is to only observe and report the political proceedings that occur within Republic Nofoaga. As mentioned before when the study is completed, the final report will be sent to the President of the Commonwealth and EU Councilor for the Commonwealth of Leagio. Afterwards, when determining if any at all action should be done, the Commonwealth will release the final report and evidence collected for study to the public. The Ministry of Commerce in Leagio hereby announces that, through Presidential Executive Order 2020-05, the trade of nuclear material to foreign countries will be suspended for 4 days and that all ships currently docked in Port Hilson to transport nuclear material are to be inspected by the Common Agency of Crime and Terrorism (CACT) to ensure that they are the correct ship operated by a country allowed to purchase Nuclear Material. After inspection, the ship will be allowed to sail out and make the delivery, but any new ships coming in to transport nuclear material must wait after the end of the four day period will expire on August 3rd at 11:50 am Leagioan Standard Time.

The President of the Commonwealth of Leagio hereby calls on the Kingdom of Reitzmag to step down from its aggressive stance. The President and the Government of the Commonwealth does not support the recent moves that were made by the current administration within the government of Reitzmag towards the Kingdom of Spain and the Empire of Inimicus. In addition, the Government of Leagio wishes to announce that should this crisis turn into a war that Leagio will not join in and support through the Allied Defense Organization. Instead, this current administration in Leagio would instead decide to apply in being a neutral nation through the EU Council.The Commonwealth shall not be used as a tool of Reitzmag through the AOD to take part in its immature stance over a simple alliance and treaty of economics. If the current Prime Minister of Reitzmag continues with his immaturity and inability to make reasonable actions then he should step down with a new mature government being formed. Furthermore, the Government of Leagio shall demand for Prime Minister Bridges to stand down from his aggressive readiness or his government will face sanctions through the Commonwealth of Leagio.

The President of the Commonwealth hereby announces that as of this morning that all travel to Eastern Haane has been restricted due to the current political situation within the region. Furthermore, the Government of the Commonwealth of Leagio insists that any Leagioan citizen residing within Eastern Haane to evacuate to the nearest airport and plane to where they will be taken back to the Commonwealth for their own safety. The President and the Government in this administration will continue to monitor the situation that is currently brewing within Eastern Hanne, while determining the need for possible economic sanctions against Eastern Haane. Should a need to do so is decided, the President will ask the National Congress to vote on the issue of economic sanctions.
The Commonwealth of Leagio will not, for the moment, be issuing any trade to any of the factions that have arose in this civil war that is occurring within the Eastern Haane.

After receiving approval from the National Congress with a 120 of 175 vote approval in the House and 25 of 38 in the Senate this morning, the President hereby authorizes the implementation of economic sanctions against Eastern Haane. In addition, the President announces the following:

Any citizen or national of Eastern Haane that is still the Commonwealth of Leagio have 30 days to report to the Ministry of the Interior in Tullion or its branch offices throughout the Commonwealth to fill out a request for refugee asylum within the Commonwealth of Leagio.

All citizens of the Commonwealth of the Leagio in the area will be repatriated to the Jean Huttson Internal Airport in Henriville, Huttson where buses will be waiting to take them to their homes.

Visas issued to Eastern Haanean citizens are hereby void, any new applications will no longer be accepted until further notice.

All aircraft/vessels registered to any entity in Eastern Haane are hereby barred from entry or, if they are currently in Leagioan territory, will be given a 48 hour grace period from the time this announcement is published to vacate the territorial bounds of the country after being searched by the Common Agency of Crime and Terrorism (CACT). Failure to comply may result in impoundment or seizure.

President Lifejumper Addresses The Commonwealth
My Fellow Leagioans,
As you have heard by now of the gruelsome situation that has developed within Eastern Haane, an area of Europe that is currently being plagued by anarchy, genocide, murder, rape, and many other crimes that unimiaginable. Weeks ago, i was facing a decision to intervene for the idea of reason and sanity, but by the time any major decision could be made, the Republic of Eastern Haane had been made with signifcant gains that gave me and your government the impression that the turmoil happening there was soon coming to a swift end. I was wrong...we were wrong...your government was wrong. The sitaution in Eastern Haane has now to say the very least gone another direction. A direction that we would have never thought would happen but now it has happened and for that reason after much talk with members within my Cabinet, I announce the Commonwealth of Leagio will begin the preparations to intervene in Eastern Haane by providing support to the people of Eastern Haane. I will be sending to Eastern Haane an inital task force of 450 Troops of the 2nd Motorized Division to Eastern Haane through the Kingdom of Reitzmag. These planes have already been Reitzmag for sometime as part of training exercise to learn from the Army of Reitzmag that would be adapted to the rest of the Commonwealth Armed Forces. The troops will be taken to Eastern Haane through two C-8 Frédéric transport aircraft.
In addition, the goals of this task force are as follows:

Provide aid and assistance to the people of Eastern Haane through refugee camps

Repatriate any Eastern Haane citzen that wishes to flee the country to the Commonwealth of Leagio or any other place that they think that they will feel safe.

Aid the government of the Republic of Eastern Haane by providing any military support that they require from those troops

Put a stop to the Canbal theotarcy that exists in Eastern Haane
These are only the intial goals, but as from what i understand I am not alone in doing this as the Government of the Commonwealth is getting reports that other governments within the European Union is preparing to make similar actions. I would like to state this to the people of the Commonwealth, Europe, and especially Eastern Haane. The Commonwealth of Leagio does not seek to form a puppet government that is loyal to Leagio, we do not intend for that. We want to bring peace and sanity to Eastern Haane. Leagio seeks not to gain anything from this move, we just want to maintain the peace and stability within Europe.
Tomorrow, I will be issueing an Executive Order to allow the begining of people from Eastern Haane coming to the Commonwealth to escape the insanity and instability. Furthermore, I ask the National Congress to allow the creation of a refugee immigration program similar to Inquista's and the formation of a territory within the Commonwealth that would be founded as the main safehaven for the refugee's of Europe, where they offically have a safe place to live and prosper within. Furthermore, I ask the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to allow the Treaty of Hampton to come to a vote within the Senate for ratification. My prayers go out to the people of Eastern Haane and i hope that we will finally see peace in Eastern Haane. As we are seeing the effects of what happens when a house divided against itself cannot stand.

The Commonwealth of Leagio hereby announces that, through Executive Order 2020-06, the creation of the Refugee Immigration Program that will be run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This program shall be created to provide refuge to anyone one of Europe that is the Minister of Foreign Affairs designates as unstable and tyrannical. The program does not provide offical recogition any to nation, but is a means to ensure that the oppressed citizens from those referred areas are provided a chance to escape from a collapsed and unstable region to flee to somewhere that they are welcomed. The Refugee Immigration Program shall grant emergency citzenship for a territory within the Commonwealth and protection to any one from a refered area that wishes to recieve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. In addition, once the National Congress agree on legislation on a location for the territory that will grant the refuge's political representation within both houses of the National Congress.
The Commonwealth of Leagio will continue to maintain the sanctions against Eastern Haane at this time and prohibits domestic travel to Eastern Haane.
Furthermore, out of personal interest to save as much lives as possible, the President of the Commonwealth will be donating the 100,000 Euro's from his own paycheck of this month and last month to the Inquistan ( @Inquista ) Eastern Haane Relief Fund and asks his fellow Leagioans that if they have any money to spare to please donate at least a Sulia or Euro to Relief Fund. Because in this situation that is occuring within Eastern Haane, every Euro or Sulia counts in saving a life.

The Leagioan Ministry of Foreign announces that not only has it included Eastern Haane as a region that in turmoil but also the illegitimate government that occupies Icholasen. Furthermore, the Commonwealth announces that in part for preparation for the Coalition that will be forming for Eastern Haane, it will begin the process of converting a merchant ship into a hospital ship that meets the guidelines of the EU Council's Hospital Ship Classification and Protection Act; this hospital ship will be made to serve wounded troops of all the nations that are participating in the intervention. The details of the Hospital Ship that Leagio will dispatch will be released as soon as its conversion is completed.
Furthermore, the President of the Commonwealth announces that he will soon be launching the expeditionary force, that he mentioned in his address a few days ago, filled with 450 Leagioan troops from the 2nd Motorized Division to the Reitzmic zone of Eastern Haane. The main goal of these troops at the moment is to see to the successful construction of a stable and well defend refugee camp that will provide food, water, medicine, and any other form of humanitarian aid to the people of Eastern Haane. These troops will not be making any heavy advancement until the Motion for Intervention has reached a decision within the EU Council. Furthermore, another purpose of this refugee camp that will be well fortified shall also be used to help make the process of helping the refugees to flee to either Leagio or any other nation within the EU faster as transportation for them will be provided to get them out of Eastern Haane, if they wish to leave. Furthermore, security measures will be put in place to ensure that the refugee's and the camp itself is secured from any harm of the blood cults within Eastern Haane. In addition, once the motion for intervention is passed through the EU Council, the Commonwealth of Leagio will fulfill the requirements stated within the motion and also turn over the Refugee camp for control by the coming coalition forces.

President Lifejumper's Second Address to the Commonwealth
My Fellow Leagioans,
A few days ago, I talked to you and mentioned that boots of the Leagioan army will be on the grounds of Eastern Haane in order to construction and run a refugee camp. I hereby announce that the official operations for exactly that as of a few hours ago have been made and are happening. Furthermore, we witnessed as Four of the main European powers established a No-fly zone with certain regulations attached to it. In order of compliance to the understanding as to the need of the No-Fly Zone, all Leagioan aircraft heading for Eastern Haane will be landing in Spain for inspection as required. Leagio will not be making an advance towards anywhere when the 450 troops of the Second Motorized Division land and looks providing humanitarian aid as well as a refugee to the victims of Eastern Haane that have been affect by the on-going fighting there.
In addition, the Refugee Camp that will be constructed and manned with some weaponry that will be approved by the four powers. These weapons will be used to provide a necessary defense of the camp and the refugees that will inhabit but will inhabit it willingly. Furthermore, the camp will be used as a way to get the many citizens of Eastern Haane that are looking to escape from the constant warfare occurring and be provided transportation to get them out of Eastern Haane and to a means of transportation, mainly for those who intend to go to Leagio willingly.
The completion of phase one is expected, which focuses on the construction of the camp is expected to take at 4 to 5 days at most. Furthermore, these troops will be landing in the Reitzmag sector of Eastern Haane but they will not co-operate in any way with the Reitzmag troops there. I tell you, the people of the Commonwealth this because i know that many people from the EU will also be watching this broadcast from this government. I believe that in order for the integrity of the No-Fly Zone to be maintained that there should be large scale transparency between the governments of Europe as it will help each government be able to hold the other accountable to their words before making a move. This is a move that I will be made not out of greedy but out of the understanding that there are those that need humanitarian help that can only come from the outside; that is where I think Leagio comes in. With this understanding of transparency as well, I will confirm that the Commonwealth of Leagio has been in close contact with the Kingdom of Spain (who is part of the Four Assembled Powers that establish the No-Fly Zone) to ensure that all regulations that we need to follow are maintained as we go to Eastern Haane.
I ask that all the other governments of Europe respect the No-Fly and help Eastern Haane by only providing humanitarian aid until the motion within EU Council is passed with the formation of the European intervention force established for the purpose to bring order and sanity.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Leagio hereby announces that after the complete ratification of the Treaty of Tullion, agreed by the President of the Commonwealth of Leagio and the Prime Minister of Reitzmag, will begin enforcement on November 10th, 2020 as allowed by the terms of the treaty. The wording of the treaty is as follows:

Section 1: Free Trade and Movement
- The Commonwealth of Leagio and the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall ensure that no tariffs, taxes, or duties shall be placed on public goods coming from each other
- The Commonwealth of Leagio and the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall not apply value-added taxes (VAT) or goods and services (GST) to public products and goods from each other
- Any food and Medicine that either country sells to the other that have been prohibited for sale in their country shall be re-examined to possibly exempted.
- Commercial Businesses from The Commonwealth of Leagio and the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall be allowed to open offices, shops, and/or branches in each others countries with no to reasonable commercial taxes.
- Citizens of the Commonwealth of Leagio shall enter to visit the Kingdom of Reitzmag visa-free; they may stay as long as they wish
Reitzmic Citizens shall enter the Commonwealth of Leagio Visa-free; they may stay as long as they wish - Leagioan citizens shall be able to and be allowed to apply for a job in the Kingdom of Reitzmag; in addition they shall not be forced to leave by the government from the Kingdom of Reitzmag
- Reitzmic citizens shall be able to and be allowed to apply for a job in the Commonwealth of Leagio; in addition, they shall not be forced to leave by the government from the Commonwealth of Leagio.
- Each Government reserves the right to deport anyone that is considered as a threat for national security of either nation.
Section 2: Student Exchange Program
- The education systems of both countries shall establish a student educational exchange program that will be funded by both governments jointly
- The educational standards and curriculums of the Commonwealth of Leagio and the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall not be changed for this student educational exchange program
- The heads of the respective nation’s educational divisions shall cooperate to ensure the effectiveness of the student educational exchange program
Section 3: Extradition
- Any wanted criminals that come from the Kingdom of Reitzmag to the Commonwealth of Leagio for asylum shall be extradited back to the Kingdom of Reitzmag
- Any wanted criminals that come from the Commonwealth of Leagio to the Kingdom of Reitzmag for asylum shall be extradited back to the Commonwealth of Leagio
Section 4: Military Arms Sales and Deployment
- The Kingdom of Reitzmag shall station and deploy no more than two warships at the same location within the Commonwealth of Leagio at Port Hilson. In addition, the Kingdom of Reitzmag shall be allowed to deploy no more than two Brigades at the Beaumont, Arlick and Abline, Huttson with the permission to build bases at said locations.
- The Commonwealth of Leagio shall station and deploy no more than two Brigades at Buckingham, The Kingdom of Reitzmag will be allowed to purchase Leagioan arms and munitions at a discounted rate of no more than 15% of the standard price. The process of shipping the Leagioan arms and munitions will be done through their own means that is legal to any regulation made either by government or by the European Union Council. In exchange, arms manufacturers from the Kingdom of Reitzmag will aid the Commonwealth of Leagio airplane manufacturers in the development of better equipment for the Leagioan Air Force.
Section 5: Implementation
- This treaty will be made effective and implemented no later than one month after it is passed through the appropriate constitutional and/or legislative bodies of each respective government.
Section 6: Renewal
- The leaders of the two nations will discuss renewal of the treaty every two years after the treaty has been made effective by both sides of the agreement. They may discuss amending the treaty to better suit the needs of both parties in this agreement. Any amendment made in the treaty will mean that it will need to be reaffirmed by the constitutional bodies of the parties in this agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby announces that after observing the events that were unfolding within Czech Slavia that the Commonwealth will be accepting individuals that qualify as political refugees. The Commonwealth disapproves on the current political structure within the country that prevents the allowance of other parties to register individuals to be candidates for President and treats other political parties as well as persons of other political ideology. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Leagioans avoid traveling to Czech Slavia at this point until more efficient and democratic reforms have been made within the nation.In addition, the Government of the Commonwealth of Leagio wishes for the mediation over the Caspian sea issue to resolve peacefully and fairly. The Common Government will continue to monitor the situation react accordingly in a manner that it feels is necessary and fair.

The President of the Commonwealth of Leagio wishes everyone in the Commonwealth and in the European Union happy holidays as the world celebrates Christmas. When reviewing the entire year, he is happy to say that the Commonwealth had strongly benefitted from 2020 with especially its introduction into the European back in the Spring with the Commonwealth's economy growing by over 1,000% within a short time span of just a few months. Although, this year might end with concern and suspicion over the Caspian Sea Crisis that is still being negotiated at the moment, the President continues to be faithful that a peaceful solution with be brokered in the end by the mature governments of Europe.
The next year before the coming Executive Elections starting on February 2021, the President will be working with the new National Congress to draft a budget for the 2021 fiscal year that will help to expand the economic and electronic capabilities of the Commonwealth. Furthermore, the President will be looking to see if any modernization of the Leagioan Armed Forces will be needed for the next year.

All Leagioan Citizens in the Union of Syndicates are strongly encouraged to back to the Commonwealth by direct route or by another European nation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of the Common Government of Leagio, demands that the Union of Sydincates released the citzenry of Leagio that are behind held and returned home safely within 24 hours. If they are not relased and returned, Economic Sanctions shall be applied and seizure of Syndicate vehicles, as well as property in the Commonwealth, shall be activated. In addition, the Commonwealth will be examining its options in coordination with the European Union.

Concerning the situation occurring in the Union of Syndicates and the government in Kiel unwilling to provide any sort of satisfaction or proof to the Commonwealth of Leagio on the safety of the 21 Leagioans that have now been confirmed to still be trapped, as well as not allowing the governments of Europe to safely get its citizens out, the National Congress of the Commonwealth of Leagio hereby announces the following in Joint Resolution 2021-10:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby announces that all Leagioan Embassies in the EU are to go under lockdown for the next two days with no one allowed to enter under no circumstances during the crisis that the Commonwealth and the European Union faces at this moment. The Common Government of Leagio will be looking to coordinate with the other nations of Europe to find try to find a solution to the crisis of the stranded foreign nationals trapped in the Union of Sydinicates and calls upon the EU Council to investigate the matter as soon as possible.
In addition, the Common Government announces to its citizenry to report any suspicious activity to the local police or the Ministry of Interior at the number: 0867-53-09. In addition, the President of the Commonwealth asks that for those fellow Leagioans trapped in the Union of Syndicates to remain calm and where you are at the moment, as your government will continue to look at every possible move to it takes through a peaceful manner before any troops are being officially sent to make any sort of rescue.
In addition, the Common Government has given the order for the Army to be moblized to gaurd and protect all government buildings in the Commonwealth, where for the next three days only government employees are allowed to entered.

The President of the Commonwealth and Minister of Foreign Affairs is excited to announce that it has managed to make open dialogue with the Union of Sydnicates in extracting the confirmed 21 Leagioan citizens that are stranded and will continue to have these talks until the citizens are home in Leagio. In addition, the President will be working to ensure that the safety of the Commonwealth is maintained by extending the deployment of the Leagioan Army in government buildings with only government employees being allowed to enter for the next 2 days. Furthermore, with the advice of the Minister of Interior, the President asks his citzens to continue to report any suspicious activity to the local police or the Ministry of Interior at the number: 0867-53-09.
