January 23rd - First Rally: Tullion, Leagio
After stepping up to the podium, there was a rounding corps of applause for Former Governor Reagan. He smiled as the clapping continued for a bit until it eventually died down.
"Thank you and Good Evening, Tullion. It has been many years since I have made a public appearance like this for a political reason and it has been a few days since I have announced my intention to run for the position of Foreign Affairs Commissioner for the EU. Although at the moment, I am the only candidate running, I am sure that will change and it would be a change that I would welcome especially. I have decided to come out of retirement and run as a Commissioner for the reason that the EU needs leadership outside of its own borders and many people having been trying to convince me that I am the person for the job. Whether or not that is true is something that you and the people of Europe will determine. I will be running a strong campaign for the people of Europe and plan to vist many nations to convince them that I am the man for the job."
"Europe has been through many harsh situations last year, even before the Commonwealth joined the European Union. We have had the Caspian Sea Crisis, the Eastern Haane Civil War, violence in Nofaga, and the rising production of nuclear weapons. Europe to the rest of the world has been receiving the image of being a land of choas and disorder without a voice to reasure them that the world is still spinning. Now I will not point any names on who is responsible for the chaos that is not something that is for me to day. But I will say that I want to build a image for Europe outside of its own borders. We need more activity with other areas of the world and build up relations as well as ensure the stability and progression of democracy throughout the globe. We need a Commissioner of Foreign Affairs that has energy and strength to work with governments outside of Europe and ensure that the nations of Europe have a strong voice. My time as Minister of Foreign Affairs for Former President Fidalgo has allowed me to the chance to know how foreign nations should be treated."
"In this race, I am campaign that if I become Foreign Affairs Commissioner then I will use my power to negiotate with other regions for better trade deals that will benefit all nations of this Union of European Nations. My office will constantly work to build a level of respect for the Union with other regions in this work, because we deserve nothing but the best for this union with the world. We need leadership for Foreign Affairs that will strive to work day and night for the people of Europe, and by god, I will provide that if elected."
The audience clapped as he finished his speech and walked out of the podium to talk with the many potential voters in the audience about the race.

January 25th - Second Rally: Trondheim, Fremet
Reagan walked into the stadium as he noticed all of the people that were cheering for him and holding up signs for his support. He smiled as he stood up to the podium and waved at the crowd that come from many parts of the Kingdom of Fremet.
"Good evening, Trondheim and Fremet."
The crowd cheered for a minute.
"It is good to see the great nation of Fremet doing well. I understand that your government is doing well to ensure that your needs are met, especially when the insanity of 2020 was happening. I really do enjoy the furinture that your country makes; in fact for my beautiful wife, i order a beautiful chair from IKEA."
The Crowd cheered again at the mention of the brand.
"Also, I ordered myself a nice wooden rocking chair from IKEA as I am aware of my age, because whenever I go for a physical now they no longer ask for my age, they just carbon date me."
The crowd laughed for a bit.
"But even though I am old, I have energy that keeps me going. Energy that I will use in this campaign and as Foreign Affairs Commissioner if I am elected. I will represent the interests of the European Union taking views that are held by all nations, even those that do not vote me. As I want to represent the Union by working to open up new possibilities of trade and diplomacy with other regions and areas of the world. Regions and areas that would for example import IKEA goods without any tarrifs."
The crowd cheered again as he stopped for a minute.
"The European Union has been recieving a bad representation on howm 2020 has been not only for Fremet but in the whole Union as well. But with 2021, I see hope. And I promise you that if I am elected to be your Foreign Affairs Commissioner, I will work day and night to ensure that your interests (whether you voted for me or not) is represented. I will see to it that the Union is respected and able to have a strong as well as positive relationship with the many communties outside of the EU."
The Crowd cheered again as he stepped down and proceed to get to know the people in the crowd better.

January 27th - Third Rally: Hampton City, Reitzmag
"Good evening, Hampton City and Reitzmag." Reagan said as he stepped.
"I hope that everyone is doing well. Whenever i do these rallies, I like to give some stories that are entertaining. That is really become a hobby for me as I have been collecting stories from refugees from the UNSR. They tell it to others and tell it between each other, which shows that they have a great sense of humor between each. One story that they tell me is that a man in Romain talks to another and asks "is this Communism? is this really it? Have we really achieved full Communism?" The other guy says "oh heck no things about to get a lot worse.""
The crowd laughed hard.
"I am glad that you are having a laugh. This is something that i like to do a lot, but one thing i want to do serve your interests as Foreign Affairs Commissioner. I intend to, if elected, work day and night to work with your ministry of foreign affairs and their counterparts in the other nations of the European Union to find out what they want to achieve in terms of trade with other regions of the world. We need a leadership in the Foriegn Affairs Office that wants to speak with the nations of the EU, because this is an office not of one person but of you...the people of the European Union. I want to represent your foreign interests by negioting for your needs, I want to build trade deals that will satisfy all parties of the EU. If a party of the EU feels not very comfortable with it, then I will work with them to ensure that no damage will come their way for it. Because I believe that in recent months that enough legislation has been going through the EU Council that has been harming the nations that did not want them. While I will not focus on it or point fingers as that is something that involves the Foreign Affairs Commissioner position, I will ensure that all member of the EU is given a voice to the Foreign Affairs of this union of nations."
The Audience clapped wildly as he finished and walked down to shack hands as well as sign autographs.

January 29th - Fourth Rally: Cair Para, United Duchies
"Hello Cair Para and people of the United Duchies. I hope that everyone is doing well. I promise not to take too much of your time. But the thing about this race that I have learned is that every nation has different foreign interests outside of the European Union. Some of them are different and some of them are very similar, but that serves as a reminder that the European Union is not a Union with one voice but a Union with many voices that want assurance that they will be heard in matters outside of the European. I do not think that we should be integrated as one voice as I believe that it will oppress the voices of the disadvantaged nations. We should ensure that every nation and people in the EU have a voice in treaties with other regions. If a nation wants something for them in particular in the negotiation with other regions outside of the EU, then I will work them to ensure that they have a voice to get what they want and do my best to see that they get it to the tee."
"The EU needs management inside its Foreign Affairs Commission that does not want to be another ultra-integrationist. That is why if elected to the position, I will meet with the many leaders of the EU and their governments to determine a foreign policy that can all agree upon and prosper upon. For when leadership that strives to bring unity through actual diplomacy and that diplomacy is seeing to the foreign interests of every nation of this union. Because by understanding the need of every nation will bring about an era of peace and stabilization to all nations."
"As I mentioned in my rally in Fremet, I will work day and night for all the people of Europe and represent their needs, even the people that did not vote for me in this race. I will run on a platform of unity, true representation, and respect."

January 31st - Fifth Rally: Kazmurbirha, Ruthund
Reagan stepped up as the crowd clapped and cheered. He smiled and waved as he stepped up to the podium to speak.
"Good evening, Kazmurbirha and the people of Ruthund. I hope that you are doing well. I hope that no one minds that this rally that topic of this rally will be different than the previously. In the previous rallies, I talked about what I would bring for the EU. Now I will mainly talk about why I am qualified. I got a joke that told to me from a fellow former Senator, a Conservative Reformist candidate for Councilor was running for election in a rural district and was never really known to be Conservative at all but Social Democrat who do well in rural areas previously. So when he tells a young potential voter who he is and that he is a Conservative, the voter is in shock and says 'let me go get mama, she has never seen a Conservative before.' So the voter gets his mother and a crowd forms up as they had never seen a Conservative before as well, the candidate had to find a platform to give his speech. So eventually he found a pile of that stuff that for 30 years that Bess Truman tried to get Former Senator Harry Truman to call fertilizer."
The crowd, especially those that are farmers, went absolutely wild as they laughed.
"So he got up on the pile and gave his speech, where at the end of it the voter said 'that is the first time that I have heard Conservative speech." And the Candidate said 'that is the first that I have given a Conservative Speech from Social Democratic platform.'"
The crowd went wild again as they got the joke. Eventually, they settled down.
"Now, as I mentioned I have already talked a lot of what I would bring but I want talk about my qualifications. When I was elected Senator, I took a heavy interest to foreign affairs as I was assigned to be Chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Commitee in Leagio, where I had the wonderful opporunity to meet with the world leaders of the time. I was to understand the interest of those foriegn leaders in sort of a capitcity that falls similar to an ambassdor. In addition, I served as a delegate for the National Congress to many of the negotiations with many foreign leaders that wanted to trade with the Commonwealth, especially traties that were meant to stablize relations as well."
"Then I served as Minister of Foreign Affairs for a year when the Commonwealth lost a President to cancer and the Governor-General at the time had to serve the remainder of that President's term for a year. But during that term, I took on a more stronger role of foreign affairs in serving the interests of the Commonwealth. Now, I look to serving the interests of the European Union and particularly the interests of its member-states. We needy unity and leadership that looks out to the future of the European Union, especially for our foreign affairs. I will too expand our foreign relations with other regions to serve the interests of the entire European Union."
"We need a more transparent office of foreign affairs that will build those relationships that the nations of the European Union want to build to where our children can live peacefully within a prosper as well as free world. Thank you."
After that Reagan walked down to shack hands with the members of the crowd.
