CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW
The European Constitution had been in effect for a long time, and I believe that the changes that have gone through the years are enough justification to review whether the constitution still fits the European Union's current situation. We should listen now to what the member-states say and stop being deaf about the reforms we need about the EU. The oppressive behavior must stop now and we can do this if we work together.
ACQUIS COMMUNAUTAIRE REVIEW & IMPLEMENTATION OF TREATY-BASED LAWS
Due to the current form of the European Union, countries have been able to take advantage of the legislative power of the European Council to force member-states to do something that they do not want. It's time that we draw the line of sovereignty and keep away any malarkey from interfering from the internal affairs of the member-states.
PEACE TALKS IN THE NICOLEZIAN ISLAND
I'm very sure that we are all enough of the madness happening in the Nicolezian Island and it is time that we end the conflict through a peaceful agreement. It will be a priority for us to begin negotiations for the UNSR and Icholasen to at least coexist peacefully, or much better if they could reunite once again. We will also study the removal of the sanctions provided that the UNSR would comply with the requirements and demands.
NO MORE FORCEFUL INTERFERENCE
We will stop the European Union from forcefully interfering with the situation between member-states and only act when the situation has become concerning. This will give member-states more independence in conducting their own principles and policies, as well as respecting their interests. The time has come for us to end the EU's biased interference in the affairs between member-states.

special performances before the main eventThe entire arena was on full capacity, more than a thousand other supporters that failed to get a seat inside gathered to watch the event outside through large LED screens. After a few minutes of waiting, the program began.
MC Yoo: "Good evening Reitzmag and good evening Europe! Tonight, we will start our crusade against malarkey. The European Union Reform Organization, in association with other organizations and political parties have put on this event to launch the campaign of Mr. Joe Biden. I am Yoo Jae Seok and I'm your host for tonight's event, and welcome to EUROJOE 2021: Joe Biden for Internal Affairs Commissioner Campaign Launch. Before we proceed to the main event, let us call on Councilor Yuridiana Yahontov for our welcoming remarks."
Coun Yahontov: "Thank you Mr. Yoo. Distinguished guests, fellow Reitzmics, and people of Europe, a good evening to all of you. We have gathered tonight to show our support for the reality, the reality that the EU needs to change. Eurofederalism had damaged the reputation of the EU among its member-states, and only true reform and action would help save it from collapse. We have continually fought for the sovereign rights of member-states, and I believe that the EU still has a chance to respect these sovereign rights rather than risk collapse by member-states leaving. Many soft eurosceptics and reformists have joined us in this fight, and this collaboration formed the European Union Reform Organization and the recent European League of Sovereign States. These two sister organizations have the same common goal of protecting the interests of the member-states and continuing the fight against eurofederalism. And so I thank everyone for supporting us in this cause. I also urge everyone to wear yellow ribbons as a symbol of support for what we are fighting for everyday. JB: "Good evening eureformists! Thank you all for attending tonight's event, I highly appreciate that there are a lot of people who wish for reform in the EU. First of all, I want to introduce myself once again for people who is listening to my speeches for the first time. My name is Joe Biden and I am running for Internal Affairs Commissioner this coming October elections. My main goal for this coming elections is to begin our crusade against malarkey. We must recognize that the EU deserves reform, and we will do that to save it from collapse. Our priority is transparency, reform, and peace. If I win, my priority would be conducting a review of the constitution and the acquis communautaire to see whether it still fits for the current situation of the EU. Studies will also be conducted on the feasibility of having treaty-based laws in which only member-states who wish to enforce such law and its contents without forcing member-states that do not wish to enforce them. Interference on the internal affairs of member-states must not be forced by the European Commission, and we shall only interfere when requested or the situation is already of concern and affecting other member-states of the EU heavily. Our mission for this term would be protecting the sovereignty of the European nations. And together, we can work to make this happen. Azrekko, Duxburian Union

The EuroJoe campaign team heads down to the underground city of Azrekko in the Duxburian Union. From outside, they saw nothing too interesting. But as they went down into the caves, they saw the magnificent beauty of a very futuristic structures. The design of the architecture was very unique as it helped cool the entire city and its residents despite the harsh climate of the desert above. Joe described it as "nothing short of unimaginable" as he came down the streets on his way to the campaign area.
Later on, the small program started with some 6,000 attendees and a few passers-by listening. The event is also live streamed in social media and other streaming platforms for more people across the globe to watch or listen.
MC Lee: "Good day ladies and gentlemen, thank you for gathering here with us today to campaign for Mr. Joe Biden and his crusade against eurofederalism. I am Lee Kwang Soo and I will be your host for the event today. Before we move on to the focus of this campaign, I'd like to welcome our Duxburian friends here who support our cause. And I also like to acknowledge the presence of Mr. Ban Ki-moon, co-founder and Executive Secretary of the European Union Reform Organization. And now, for the main event. Everyone, join me in welcoming to the stage, Mr. Joe Biden!"Joe walks to the stage as the crowd gives a big round of applause.
JB: "Thank you very much Mr. Lee, and good day to everyone here today for this rally. I also thank everyone for supporting the eurocrusade that we have begun, and I highly appreciate if more people would join us after this rally. Now, the main point I want to talk about in this rally here in Azrekko is about the sovereignty of member-states and the current situation of the European Union. I and my fellow eureformists believe that we europeans have had enough of the oppressive behavior of the EU. They have no respect for the sovereignty of their member-states and keep forcing themselves into the affairs between and within member-states. And therefore we must reform the EU to save it, and I believe we can do it if you vote for the real people with real actions. We don't need more eurodictators and euroelites, we want freedom to conduct what we want ourselves. That is why I will be pushing for a review of the European Constitution and Acquis Communautaire to see whether their contents still fit the demands of the modern-day EU. I also guarantee you all that we will remove as much unnecessary and anti-sovereignty legislation as we can. But we can only do this, without your help. CAMPAIGN 2: JOINT RALLY WITH ELSS
St. Dominico, Inquista
October 13 2021
For the first time, Joe will conduct a joint rally with another candidate. Ahead of time, he was briefed by his team on the focus of the rally. He then met with Harish Desai and talked for a few minutes before proceeding to the rally area where crowds have already gathered. St. Dominico's mix of classic and modern buildings gave Joe a very relaxing feeling before calling it "the exact definition of cultural development at its best".As the cars where Joe is in arrive, they saw the crowds near the stage. And that moment, they knew that Inquista was not filled with eurofederalists as other eurosceptic candidates would think. BTS then came to the stage while dancing to the beat of their hit song "Dynamite". They quickly got dressed in their formal wear, RM came to the podium along with the other members to signal the start of the program.
MC RM: "Good afternoon everyone! Thank you all for coming today on this small campaign here at the beautiful city of St. Dominico. I am RM...(all other members also introduce themselves)...and we are BTS."
MC Namjoon: "Before we proceed to the main event, let's give it up for our 형s (hyeongs/brothers) from Seventeen."Seventeen then comes to the stage to perform "Don't wanna Cry (울고 싶지 않아)". The female audience shriek in excitement as the boys dance to the stage. Some of the audience then see BTS dancing to the song beside the stage. After the performance, it was time.
MC Jimin: "Thank you for such a performance 형s (hyeongs/brothers). And now, for the real deal. Everyone please join me in welcoming to the stage the one and only, Joe Biden!"
Joe comes to the stage and shakes the hands of the BTS members before proceeding to the podium to speak.
JB: "Good afternoon everyone! I'd like to thank BTS and Seventeen for coming with us for this campaign. And of course I'd like to thank everyone who came here for this rally. For this event, I'd like to focus on the situation in the Nicolezian Island, Copala City, and of course my non-forceful intervention principle. It had come to my attention that talks have begun to establish peace on the said area."
Joe sighs and the crowd laughs.
JB: "I sighed because thank god that progress has been made on this effort. And for this, I want to emphasize my full support to these talks. I would not force the commission to intervene in these talks unless it is really necessary or called by any of the parties of the talks. In addition, we have also been informed that there are further talks regarding Copala City between Reitzmag and Inquista. I also emphasize my full support on these talks, and guarantee no forceful intervention if I ever become Internal Affairs Commissioner. I respect the sovereignty of each country, and for it I also respect their right to conduct internal affairs. The EU must stop forcing itself to fit into what the member-states want. And if I win this upcoming European Elections, I guarantee that this malarkey would immediately end at the very first day of my term.
