      THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION

OFFICE OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMMISSIONER

To: The European Council and its members
      Subject: Motion for Discussion

      Greetings,
The Office of the Internal Affairs Commissioner officially sends this letter of motion for discussion on the subject of the date and hosting of the European Constitutional Convention and Legislative Review Assembly. Both events will be hosted by the European Commission and would each be held in a week to give time for review, discussion, and critical thinking for the delegates from each nation. The delegates proposed by the Office of the Internal Affairs Commissioner to attend the events on behalf of each nation would be sent by three, one appointed by the Executive, and two others appointed by the Legislature. These delegates will stay in Europolis for the duration of both events. Extensions on the duration of the events may be proposed as the European Council discusses the finalization of itineraries for both events. We hope that this discussion will be fruitful and would contribute to the betterment of our union.

      With kind regards,

      Sir Joseph Biden
Commissioner-elect, Internal Affairs Commission of the European Union
