MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT ON THE START OF THE NEW YEAR 2022
Dear compatriots, compatriots elsewhere in the Union and the world, friends from Europe...2021 was a year of turmoil. Our beloved country was struck by the worst disaster that could befall us. Everyone has lost loved ones in the Mauga'afi eruption. Property was destroyed, lives destroyed and more than ever we were dependent on each other. Nofoaganese have shown Europe to join forces in this unimaginable setback and rebuild life and the country with great humility.
This devastating setback is also beginning to bear fruit. More than ever, Nofoaga is committed to collaboration. Together with our neighbors and friends from Gadalland & Aspern we founded the Caribbean Common Community Commission, companies from the United Duchies invested massively in our country and other countries offered us help where necessary.

Our political system was also tested this year with the illegal and unconstitutional appointment of Mr. Sale as president of our country. I assure you that 2022 will be a year when justice and justice will prevail. As President of Nofoaga, as a friend of Europe, I will personally ensure that these principles are never violated.
2022 will be our year. The year of Nofoaga. The year of the hummingbird revolution. The year of justice.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF NOFOAGAIn accordance with the announcement of the Government of the Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern:
Following the 4C agreement with the Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern last year, the government has decided to move all embassy services to the Embassy of the Caribbean Community in order to centralise movement.
The new Embassy of the Caribbean Common Community Commission will operate out of the Embassy of The Republic of Nofoaga in Spain.
The Consulate of the Caribbean Community will operate all embassy services on a diminished scale, or as an overflow relief facility. All consulate services will operate out of the old Gadalland and Aspern Embassy address.
This change is to provide streamlined assistance to Nofoaganese and Sertians, as well as visa services for non-citizens.
The government has also mandated that all existing Embassies of the Republic of Nofoaga are to begin offering Caribbean Community services, effective immediately.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF NOFOAGACONCERNING THE REFORM OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF NOFOAGA
In order to protect and strengthen the security of the Republic, its inhabitants, the territory and the institutions which it represents, it is decided that:
- The political formation 'Mouvement des Gentilles', which is also represented in the National Assembly of the Republic of Nofoaga, is immediately dissolved and banned from any activity on the grounds of betrayal of the Republic and its institutions, terrorism and permanent disturbance of the public order.
As a result, this decision means that eight of the seventeen seats in the National Assembly of the Republic of Nofoaga are immediately vacant.
PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE AUTOMATIC ALLOCATION OF VACANT SEATS IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO THE NOFOAGA AOMA POLITICAL GROUP
In order to guarantee and safeguard the functioning of the National Assembly of the Republic of Nofoaga, this presidential decree stipulates that:
- The eight vacant seats in the National Assembly are allocated to the political group Nofoega Aoma.
- The seats of the independent people's representatives are incorporated with the seats of the political group Nofoega Aoma.
- Two of the seventeen seats will be automatically awarded to representatives of the indigenous population, as determined in 2021.
- One of the seventeen seats is automatically awarded to the Territories subject to Spanish jurisdiction in Nofoaga (Spanish citizen) and that it will be part of the majority except for the exercise of president of the Republic of Nofoaga.
