        It is with great pleasure that I receive your letter inviting both my wife, Queen Leticia, and myself on a State visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

        I am writing this telegram to accept that invitation, and to express our great desire and excitement to revisit a friendly country such as the United Kingdom.
