CBC POLLS: WINSTON GETS THE MAJORITY, PC RACE MAY HAVE NO VOTE RESULT, FC RACE STILL NECK AND NECK
Hampton City, Jan 31 2021 | As the January 2021 European Elections come with the European Council Elections nearing, the race is going tough for the candidates on certain areas. For the Premiership race, there's Wilfred Cocx from Inimicus, Peter Leeson from United Duchies, and François Le Berre from the Union of Syndicates. For the Internal Affairs Commission, we have Sir Edmund Winston from Reitzmag and Münevver Birdane from Alkharya. And finally for the Foreign Affairs Commission, we have Ronald Reagan from Leagio and Jon Mitchell am Lind from the Duxburian Union.
For the Premiership Race, we can see that No Vote remains consistent to be the possible result of the elections in Reitzmag. Our political analysts in the CBC say that this is due to many pre-election factors that affect the race a lot. Cocx started his campaign with Reitzmag being called as a rogue state which had greatly influenced all of the respondents to not vote for Cocx and have him get 0% of votes. Peter Leeson on the other hand had a good start, however many respondents think that he is too conservative thus attaching him to possibly be a pro-UD Government candidate which had been blamed by the Reitzmic people for the Caspian crisis and trying to invade the country's sovereignty. However, it is noted that he has a great chance of winning if he proves to the people that he isn't supportive of the government's actions that is hurting the country's economy and invading the country's sovereignty. Le Berre on the other hand had the best start among the 3 candidates where his leftist pro-Labour ideas had been influenced by the fact that the Labour Party is the current ruling government.
Moving on to the IAC Race, Sir Edmund Winston remains to be the most likely to win the race in Reitzmag. His reformed platforms seemed to have greatly influenced the way voters became loyal to him and how many voters had also turned to him. Birdane on the other hand recieved only few supporting respondents due to the way she attacked Sir Edmund Winston. CBC Political analysts suggest that Sir Winston will most likely receive more than 80% of voting constituencies this year.
Finally on the FC Race, Ronald Reagan seemed to not have a good start due to the lack of popularity he has. He however had consistently increasing supporters throughout his campaign. His anti-communist charisma had possibly influenced the people's choices. Jon Mitchell on the other hand had the better hand, the people had known the Duxburians' expertise in foreign relations. However, the respondents have been more supportive of the Leagioan candidate due to the closer relations that the Leagioans had rather than the Duxburians. The country's biggest political parties are divided among the candidates which is why the race for Foreign Affairs Commissioner in Reitzmag is the tightest neck and neck election in the country's history. Although, CBC Political Analysts suggest that Mr. Reagan will have the advantage due to his close relations with the Reitzmic people. -
CBC POLLS: PRO-WINSTON VOTES REMAIN TO CLIMB, PC REMAINS TO SHOW A NO VOTE RESULT WITH TURBULENT COMPETITION, FC RACE LOCKS AT 47-47
Hampton City, Feb 2 2021 | It's been 2 days since we have released the last poll results but there have been quite a few changes in the way the elections may go this January.
The Premiership race shows the same result as before, it seems that the candidates have a very low chance of winning the race in Reitzmag. The respondents although says that Le Berre is the most likely to win given that his liberal policies are likeable by the people. Leeson on the other hand may still win, although his chances are lower given that the Reitzmic people have not seen any mention of him condemning the insulting words of Cocx or showing opposition to the UD government's actions that hurt the country's economy. Mr. Cocx on the other hand remains to have no supporters due to what people think as arrogant, insulting, and aggressive behaviour.
For the Internal Affairs, Sir Edmund Winston remains to garner the most votes with 71% of the respondents saying he is the best choice for the IAC Race. Birdane on the other hand shows a fluctuating number of respondents saying she's a better choice due to the repeated mention of Sir Edmund as a "person not fit to be Commissioner" in her campaigns. This remains to be boosted by her opening speech during the debates. Her lack of mention of referendums for leaving the European Union in its member-states had also influenced the fluctuation in her votes.
For the Foreign Affairs Race, a suspense battle starts where both Mr. Ronald Reagan and Mr. Jon Mitchell are tied at 47-47 with 6% of respondents saying they would support a no-vote. Although it is still a tough and tight race for the FAC, our CBC Political Analysts say that Mr. Reagan is more likely to win due to his anti-communist charisma and the way Reitzmic people see Leagioans as friends is a big factor too. However, the analysts also say that Mr. Mitchell may still win if he gets endorsement. Mr. Mitchell as of now is only getting endorsement from his defender colleague, Gen. Peter Renwalt. Although, there have been rumours that the DUP, TUP, and NUP are to come together and endorse Mr. Mitchell which will likely boost his votes by a lot and encouraging the no-vote supporters to vote for Mr. Mitchell. -
BREAKING NEWS: GOVERNMENT THREATENS TO PULL OUT OF BUCKINGHAM TREATY IF A COPALA CITY INDEPENDENCE HAPPENS
Hampton City, Feb 9 2021 | The European Commission Elections are underway, however, the government is alarmed at the candidates' stances on Copalan Independence and has threatened to pull out of the treaty that leased the area for refugee settlement and urban development. This morning, a press conference was held at 10 Downing Street about this matter, the CBC News Team had managed to get the attention of the Foreign Minister for an interview after the press conference.
"It is our sovereignty that the European Union is breaching by trying to manipulate our policies and influence the foreign relations of our country. I'd like to remind these candidates that they have no authority to force the country to do something it doesn't want. Copala City and New Saint Regina were only leased to give a somehow devolved administration for the Nicolezian Government to work on while in exile." said the Foreign Minister.
On the question if Krexit is deemed a solution to this problem, here is the Foreign Minister's response:
"Krexit is the biggest problem that the government is facing today, and this issue is just one of those issues that keep fueling the anti-EU movements across the country. That is why I'm calling to the people behind the European Union to be with us in this campaign against Krexit. Stop your authoritarian attitudes that makes the situation worse. We in the government need your help if you want us to remain in the Union. However, it shows that the possibilities of Krexit have risen dramatically due to your recent stances that made the people feel oppressed. And I want to warn you that in case nothing happens, we have no choice but to give up and to say Krexit will be the only choice we have."The European Council Elections are still to come but experts say that the deteriorating approval rating of the European Union among the people would highly influence the outcome of the elections.

KREXIT REACHING ITS BREAKING POINT, MOVEMENT CAMPAIGNS TO JOIN ANGLETERIC SUPER UNION
Hampton City, Apr 21 2021 | Despite the security measures and threats around the country due to the war in Istkalen, Krexit Movement Members still managed to conduct protests against the EU for its invasion of sovereignty of its member-states. To this day, the anti-EU movements are strongest at three important European countries, namely Angleter, Reitzmag, and Mennrimiak. All of these movements are showing great progress with more and more supporters being gained every day. In Reitzmag, a recent poll had been conducted in a sample of 10,000 people from all over the country. The poll showed that 67% are in support of a Krexit referendum while 28% are against, the remaining 5% saying that they have no stance for the moment. Nigel Farage, leader of the Krexit Movement, said in an interview that he is in support of conducting a coalition with Anglexit and Mennrexit Movements to campaign the creation of a Shadow EU. This shadow EU had been revealed by the Anglexit Movement as the "Super Union", but little detail had been known about how the said organization would exactly work.
