Yosai City, September 27 2021 | Prime Minister Simon Bridges announced the establishment of HM Reserve Force as a fifth branch of the Armed Forces on a press conference during the third day of his visit to the Yosain Republics. The Reserve Force will be formed by about 5 million Reitzmic Citizens that have undergone military service, and will share equipment with that of the other branches of the Armed Forces. It will also be divided to 4 different sub-forces composed of the Army Reserve Force, Air Reserve Force, Navy Reserve Force, and Space Reserve Command. In the press conference, the Prime Minister outlined that the main purpose of the Reserve Force is to quickly organize and mobilize a fighting force large enough to defend the country and its assets. Currently, citizens that had undergone military training under the conscription program are considered members of the Reserve Force.

Hampton City, September 29 2021 | The House of Representatives had finally finalized the Federal Constitution and passed the draft to the House of Lords after a Division Vote of 447-248-15. Some key contents of the current proposed Federal Constitution include a fixed 700-seat House of Representatives, which would be renamed as the House of Commons, and 500-seat House of Lords, which would have 50 seats reserved for election by each Province. The current draft also shows Buckingham, Moreland, and Fulbrone, divided into two Provinces that bring the total of 10 Federal Provinces. In a survey by the CBC from 10000 people from all 7 provinces, 83% are in support of Federalization while 14% are Undecided and the remaining 3% are against. The newly found Federal Party showed their delight on the results of the poll and wish that the people support the new Federal Constitution. However, the Traditional Conservative faction says that they support Federalization but do not support the creation of a codified Constitution. They added that the creation of a codified Constitution is a "slap in the face of history". It is known that Reitzmag is uniquely formed by an unwritten constitution made up of different Acts of Parliament and the Magna Carta.

Hampton City, October 4 2021 | The Political Community is shocked by the House of Lords after passing the Draft Constitution just 5 days after the House of Representatives sent the draft last September 29. After a division vote of 427-171-23, the Draft Constitution is now on its way to Buckingham Palace where HM The King had stayed to wait for the passing of the bill. A lot of political analysts in Reitzmag and abroad had been surprised at how the Lords quickly accepted the reform in their composition. The Electoral Commission on the other hand said that they are prepared since last week on what may happen. Traditional Conservatives walked out of the Representatives and Lords chambers upon hearing the news and said that they will host a protest and campaign against the adoption of a constitution.

Caspian Sea, October 6 2021 | The Caspian Alpha reported that they have captured 2 semi-submersible crafts filled with 5 armed pirates each. The 2 pirate submarines were tracked to be heading for the shores of New Moreland. This new action prompted the government to intensify anti-piracy measures due to the extreme improvements in technology used by the pirates after 3 years of silence. Defense Minister Ben Wallace said in a press conference that the discovery proves the importance of the Caspian Alpha's missions to protect the Caspian Sea and the country's trade routes. Together with the United Duchies' Caspian Fleet, the Caspian Alpha is currently maintaining patrols on the central and southern Caspian. It is expected that an upcoming Government Announcement will increase the size of the fleet and activate some ships from reserve before the Saturday Plebiscite.

Hampton City, October 12 2021 | Parliament has been dissolved by His Majesty the King ahead of the agreed elections on October 30. The long election period will allow for adjustment and adaptation of the new Constitution. The elections have been agreed by the Parliament to be conducted whether or not the constitution is passed. On today's session in the House of Commons (formerly House of Representatives), Prime Minister Simon Bridges and the Labour Party vowed to claim majority in the upcoming Federal Parliament. Recently, the Conservative Party had announced its new leader Park Geun-hye will be their Premiership candidate for the upcoming elections. In a speech, the new conservative leader confirmed that the party is now clean of those who were involved in the Kidnapping crisis and condemned the acts of former Prime Minister Mark Johnson. Apart from this, regional political parties had risen to compete with the country's major political parties in the provincial assemblies. In a recent poll by CBC News, the composition of the provincial assemblies had been identified to be mixed between the Conservative Party and the Labour Party with one province likely to be led by the Liberal Democrats and another to be led by the Federal Democratic Party.

Hampton City, October 22 2021 | The Joint Service Command of the Armed Forces expressed anger at the recent moves by the North Diessenian Government regarding the situation in the South and Central Caspian. According to a statement, the recent actions by the North Diessenian Government made the piracy problem worse. "The exodus of paramilitaries to Drommund Kaas may increase the strength and abilities of the Kaasian Pirates as they may help them in creating ways of terrorizing the sea and possibly infiltrating through the land borders of countries" they added. The Prime Minister, on the other hand, refrained from making comments on this situation to not break the Purdah tradition. In a statement, Downing Street said that they are currently existing as a "caretaker government" while the elections keep going. Despite this, the Armed Forces confirmed that patrols in the sea borders of North Diessen are being conducted apart from the anti-piracy measures to ensure the safety and security in the area and to contain the situation to a smaller region.

Hampton City, November 2 2021| As the election period finishes, the new Federal Prime Minister will have a new residence and office at the newly renovated Black House or Heug Wa Dae (lit. Pavilion of Black Tiles). The new office complex will serve as the new headquarters of the Federal Government. Downing Street will be occupied by the Provincial Government of South Buckingham, headed by Prime Minister Lee Jae-myung, as the Prime Minister moves to his new office. The Prime Minister is expected to move in an official ceremony on Saturday with a procession from Downing Street to Jongno District, First Minister Lee will then move into Downing Street on Sunday.

The newly renovated building is an old Royal Palace last occupied by the Hanovers before moving to the then-refurbished Buckingham Palace. Inside, new furniture, appliances, and symbolic items are seen on display as it opened to the public for viewing prior to the moving-in ceremony. The large complex is filled with Oriental-style pavilions, gates, and structures with modernized interiors. Some rumors have spread recently that a series of secret underground bunkers were built over the last few years, which according to them showed that the former royal palace will be re-used for official functions once again.

Hampton City, November 9 2021| Final preparations are now underway for tomorrow's State Opening of Parliament. Before the event, we have seen the moving in ceremony of the Prime Minister last Saturday, and the First Ministers last Sunday. Provincial Assemblies are also set to open on the 11th in their new legislative seats. Apart from these, there are also changes in the conduct of the ceremony for the State Opening. One of the major changes include the arrival of the Prime Minister, and the entire procession ceremony. The ceremonial Parade of the Hostage is also a new feature wherein the ceremonial King's Hostage is paraded and taken to Buckingham Palace. There are also an increased security presence around Hampton City and Yeoui-do.

Líressile, December 9 2021| Slowly but surely, equipment are being loaded onto transport helicopters and cargo aircraft for delivery back to Reitzmag. This is the scene in Reitzmic Military Camps in Istkalen this morning after orders have been dropped to begin leaving the country in anticipation of the end of the occupation on New Year's. Soldiers, side by side, sung the Reitzmic National Anthem for the last time before starting the day with leaving. Some troops were seen celebrating with their officers as they excitedly wait to finally meet again their family and loved ones. On the other hand, some decommissioned equipment such as Dragon FA.7 multi-role fighter jets are beginning to be shipped into Istkalen for use by the Istkalenian Armed Forces as donation. Overseeing the movements is FM Peter Renwalt, who led the coalition forces during the occupation of Istkalen.

"We've had some good times here in Istkalen, helping the people and aiding in their recovery and development from the war. And I hope that the people of Istkalen will not forget the goodwill that we have done to them in the future generations to come. Despite the criticism and opposition, we stood still and by our principles and our one true mission of showing that we are a country that cares for the other people and shall not be treated small."

Parliament has passed a decision to formally end the occupation by New Year's in a ceremony to be held at the capital with the attendance of important Reitzmic and Istkalenian figureheads, although the attendance of some Vardic figureheads are also being considered. It is also expected that a post-occupation deal will be struck to begin a new relationship between Istkalen and Reitzmag in the coming days.

Hampton City, December 9 2021| This evening, the Prime Minister had left the country for a summit with the Federal Republic of Yosai and the United Duchies. According to some sources, the summit will discuss the formation of an alliance although it is still unclear what specific areas are in the agenda. Before leaving, we managed to get a statement from the Prime Minister on the recent homecoming of Armed Forces personnel stationed in Istkalen.

"This country is committed to its promises, and leaving is what we have promised. Parliament has decided on ending the occupation in New Year's to give Istkalen a good time to start things new. In addition, I hope that the donation from our Armed Forces would be helpful in their continual development even without our presence in their land. However, I warn them that they will meet consequences if they use this for aggression. With the threats aside, I hope that we will have a fruitful discussion soon for post-occupation deals. The Prime Minister's flight is reported to be consisting of 3 of the 5 Vespina planes, the Vespina Tanker and numerous fighter escorts such as the Falcon stealth multi-role fighter jets and Lightning air superiority fighter jets.

Tokyo, December 10 2021| The Royal Navy's Atlantic Fleet has bid goodbye to its flagship light aircraft carrier HMS Emperor of Reitzmag to make way for the commissioning of its replacement, HMS King William. Along HMS King William, its sister ship HMS King Richard will also be commissioned for service in the Caspian Fleet. HMS Emperor of Reitzmag has seen its final mission in the country's intervention to the Strait Crisis. The ship, dubbed 'The Emperor', is the last light aircraft carrier to be in service with the Royal Navy in the 21st Century after its sister ships HMS King Richard (R29), HMS Prince of Normandy (R30), and HMS Lord of Pomerania (R31) have been decommissioned.

Additionally, 5 new Nuclear Attack Submarines are also to be commissioned by the Royal Navy with the King William and King Richard carriers, as well as 3 Mine Warfare Vessels, and 2 Submarine Rescue Ships. Some training ships are also to be commissioned by the Royal Navy's Sea Cadet Corps to accommodate the growing number of aspiring cadets. On the other hand, the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm have received some of its new equipment in preparation of the commissioning of various new Royal Navy ships and submarines.

Finally, to strengthen coastal defense and patrols at the country's shores, the Coastguard is also expected to commission new ships. As displayed in the website of the Coastguard, they will be receiving 2 Icebreaker Ships, 5 Offshore Patrol Vessels, 10 Coastal Patrol Vessels, 20 Fast Patrol Boats, 5 Patrol/SAR Aircraft, and numerous new Patrol/SAR Helicopters.

Manchester City, December 13 2021| Samsung Heavy Industries, the country's second largest defence company, has unveiled a static prototype of a secretly developed stealth fighter based on the design of the Archer FA.8 multi-role combat aircraft. The fighter dubbed 'Archer II' has been unveiled with officials of the Air Force and Navy and the Ministry of Defence. As posted in the company's website, the aircraft will be entering full-scale ground testing phase before proceeding to constructing a final prototype next year. The unveiled prototype includes working avionics and sensor suites, working landing gears, and an already working internal weapons bay. However, Samsung has emphasized in its statement that the avionics are likely to be further improved and changed in the future as the development of a flying prototype begins.

While the engine of the current prototype has not yet been fitted and finalized, analysts have also noticed the square nozzles allowing for 2d thrust vectoring while reducing the craft's radar cross section. The company reported that an improved version of the engine used in the Falcon FA.10 will be the most likely engine to be fitted in the aircraft's final prototype. During the event, representatives of the Royal Navy showed interest in procuring the aircraft for the fleet air arm to join the Falcon FA.10 once a final design has been determined. The Royal Air Force on the other hand also showed interest, but sought to have the aircraft converted to an air superiority fighter with great range, maneuverability, and firepower. Despite this, both branches of the armed forces agreed to have a very low radar cross section be guaranteed as well as advanced avionics. Prior scaled down tests of the aircraft have shown a radar cross section of about 0.1 to 0.003 m^2, although the company insists that a full-scale model test is needed to ensure the correct readings.

Manchester, December 20 2021 | Just before Armed Forces personnel begin their holiday celebrations, the Royal Navy commissioned various new vessels for both the Caspian and Atlantic Fleet. At the Caspian Fleet Headquarters in Manchester, HMS King Richard enters service as the second Queen Victoria-class Aircraft Carrier along with 3 upgraded Superior-class Nuclear Attack Submarines named HMS Dictator, HMS Governor, and HMS Regent. At the Manchester Ceremony, various members of the Armed Forces Command and the Admiralty were present with HM King George and HRH Princess Victoria with HRH Prince Nikolai. Along with the aircraft carrier, the Fleet Air Arm also commissioned Falcon FA.10 stealth fighter jets to operate with the strike group.

Meanwhile, HMS King William enters service with the Atlantic Fleet as the replacement for HMS Emperor of Reitzmag. Along the carrier were 2 upgraded Superior-class Nuclear Attack Submarines named HMS Captain and HMS Principal. At the ceremony were also members of the Admiralty and the Atlantic Fleet Command with presence of the Yosainese Armed Forces through their Navy. Both the HMS King William and HMS King Richard are nuclear-powered versions of the Queen Victoria-class Aircraft carriers, while all the 5 upgraded Superior-class Nuclear Attack Submarines are equipped with more advanced avionics and weapon systems with increased firepower capabilities. HMS King Richard will be the final ship to complete the Carrier Strike Group No. 27, while HMS King William will lead the new Carrier Strike Group No. 28 composed of the ships from the past Carrier Strike Group No. 25 of HMS Emperor of Reitzmag.

Many have noticed the Prime Minister's absence in the event, the Black House informed the public that it was in preparation for PM Bridges' visit to Istkalen to discuss post-occupation deals that would boost their recovery even without the presence of Reitzmics in the country. However, a message from the PM were read at both ceremonies wherein he emphasized the importance of Naval presence for the country's defence systems and maintaining close relationships with allies. It is reported that various new ships are also being built simultaneously across the country and abroad, some of which are expected to begin sea trials next year.

Hampton City, December 31 2021 | Buckingham Palace has reported that the New Year's Honours List will be revealed in a few moments with the most number of appointees and honourees in history. The new list will include the first members of the newly established Order of the Taeguk, along with some foreign honorary appointees. An investiture ceremony is also being prepared for the New Year's Honours at Buckingham Palace to be held next year at the 2nd of January. His Majesty the King is expected to join the general public at Hampton City for New Year's, with some rumours of the entire family joining the Hampton City New Year's Concerts. Heightened security are already seen and felt around the country, with a temporary ban on use and display of privately owned firearms already in place to prevent accidents due to indiscriminate firing. Fireworks displays are also being prepared across the country, which are also expected to be joined by matching musical background through performances by artists and philharmonic orchestras across the country.

Hampton City, January 1 2022 | 2022 has arrived and cities across the country were lit with breathtaking fireworks displays, drone and light shows, musical concerts, and night parades. All of which have happened at the same time as the country has decided to celebrate new year's at the same time for both time zones at UTC+3. In Hampton City, Lotte World Tower (one of the tallest buildings in Europe) became the centerpiece of the countdown with a beautiful view from the Buckingham River along with some drone and light shows and a surprise public appearance of the Royal Family. In Copala City, SM Mall of Asia took the lead in the countdown with a display from the Moreland Bay. Various personalities also performed at New Year's Concerts held in every city. The new year's is a very special day for Reitzmics, as it is the time they add a year to their Korean age if they so use such.

Europolis, January 3 2022 | The Councilor of the Kingdom of Reitzmag to the European Union Yuridiana Yahontov had established, in cooperation with the government, the new Assembly for the European Council (AEC). In the announcement, the Councilor outlined that the AEC will be the new decision-making body of the country for matters in the European Council. The new assembly will be composed of a Deputy Councilor elected from each province along with the First Deputy Councilor and Councilor which would both be elected at a national level and represent the country in the European Council. Also described in the announcement were the procedures for decision-making, listed below are the exact instructions provided:

• The AEC will vote on businesses in the European Council for 24 hours after voting has began in the Council chamber for both Amendment voting and Final Proposal voting.
• The AEC shall conclude debates on Council business within 24 hours after the opening of debates in the Council chamber.
• The Councilor or First Deputy Councilor shall deliver a summary of the arguments in the AEC's debate at the second day of the debates in the EU Council and may present their own arguments only as a separate statement.
• Decisions in the AEC may pass with the support of 55% of the Deputy Councilors (the First Deputy Councilor does not vote).
• The government may send up to 3 representatives to aid in the discussions by providing facts and information during the debates.

According to Coun. Yahontov herself, who is currently running for Speakership at the European Council, the idea was brought up last December to her by the Government to allow the Provinces to have a voice on the country's affairs with the European Union. She also said that she accepted the proposal as part of the nation's initiative at giving more powers and representation to the Federal Provinces. This decision was praised by many people, including the Opposition.

Caspian City, January 25 2022 | Transport Minister Herbert Boyle and New Moreland First Minister Mark Pack inaugurated the Caspian City Metro this afternoon boarding the first trip of Line 1 at Dadaepo Beach Station to Nopo Station. The first line is expected to have all 40 stations operational by 2024 while 23 of these have already been completed and fully operational. In December last year, the groundbreaking ceremony began for the construction of Line 2 which is expected to be completed by 2025. With the current line up and running, the Caspian City Metro now spans at 40.5 km. During the ceremony, high tech servicing and security systems are showcased along with the modern design stations. According to the Ministry of Transportation's 2021 White Paper, more projects such as a Light Rail Transit and grand cruise terminal are also set to be constructed in the city.

Charlestown Ruins, January 26 2022 | 2 years after the communist insurgency, many areas of the country's southeastern-most tip have recovered from the destruction of war. In Charlestown, a once booming town that got the first taste of conflict with the takeover of communist forces, the ruins of an entire village has been preserved for tourism purposes and to give a realistic experience of what happened on the first months of 2020. The Government is planning to construct a memorial which will be unveiled on March 24, the day the conflict had ended. It is also said that a month-long celebration and remembrance will be observed from February 24 to March with various events across the country. Many netizens expect that a military parade will be held, featuring foreign contingents, as well as showcase of various modern military hardware proving the country's capability to prevent more internal and external conflicts from happening in the future.

Hampton City, January 26 2022 | As the country revisits its Oriental roots, more buildings built in the style of China and Korea have been modernized and repurposed into Government Buildings such as the Black House. Now, the Green House has been inaugurated as a new State Guest House that would serve for the future foreign dignitaries. Modernized interiors and state of the art security systems have been showcased at its opening and blessing. Full furnished interiors with luxury furniture were also shown. According to the developers of the project, who also were responsible for the Black House's development, the transformations were made to match the security level of the Prime Minister in the Black House while enjoying very welcoming interiors. As of now, there are still no clues on who will be the first foreign dignitary to be hosted by the new Green House.

Manchester, January 28 2022 | Renowned defence company Samsung Heavy Industries has released new photos of the Archer II which sparked attention to many netizens. Aviation enthusiasts analyzed the photos and identified various changes from footage of the aircraft when it was unveiled. Some have noted changes in the airframe shaping, landing gear, avionics, and many other mechanisms. People also noted the likely new engine which appears to look similar to the FA.10 engine's exhaust flaps. Rolls Royce, the company developing the engines for project, commented on the release and stated that it has opted to instead create an improved variant of the engine used on the Archer FA.8 which features stealth coatings, as well as improved thrust. However, the company did not disclose the differences in thrust the said new engine has with the engine used in the FA.8. Our news team has tried to contact the Ministry of Defence on their comments about these developments, but they only responded "it's almost ready".
