With 4 votes for and 2 against, Amendment I has PASSED. With 2 votes for and 2 against, Amendment II has FAILED.

After reflecting upon the amendment that has been passed - which has effectively poison pilled my own motion - I hereby withdraw my motion from the Council's consideration.
