HIGH COUNCIL OF LAW OF THE REALM OF GREAT RUTHUND
On the 16th day of June of the year 2020 common era, a Writ of Contention was submitted by Feltzdona Lukazizen on behalf of the Kangiflank faction within the Feinkusomring. The question concerning this court is as follows:
May the Riksroja recognize the Union of Nicoleizian Socialist Republics under the provisions set out in Article II, Section I of the 'Act of Basic Law of the Realm of Great Ruthund'?
The question put forward surrounds a legal dispute between two sections of the government, and thus original jurisdiction would fall under the High Council of Law.
Decision of the Council
We, the High Council of Law, believe the dispute mentioned above has demonstrated a genuine ambiguity to the Neutrality provisions laid out in the Act of Basic Law. Such being the case, the Council has agreed to accept the Writ of Contention submitted by Feltzdona Lukazizen.
The Council shall hear initial arguments on the 22nd day of June of this year.
