European Union Anti-Racism Plan
-
Introducing the European Union Anti-Racism plan. Coordinated by the Internal Affairs Commissioner, this plan pretends to end with racism on our Union by applying new measures and initiatives to stop it. Member states are invited to co-operate in the plan, as racism is a concern for every European citizen that is not as other people from his country, the place where he is living, where he is travelling or he comes from another region where people look different because of their ethnic group.
In the days to come, the European Commission will anounce the measures it will be introducing in order to end with racism in the European Union. And I would like to endorse all the Presidents and Prime Ministers around the EU to send them a message: Racism is something we shall rise against. together. Let's now co-operate to end with it.
