Dear Madam Premier Commissioner,
We from the European Space Administration are pleased to submit this final opening report on our plans for the agency. Attached to this letter is the document of the report created by the Director of the European Space Administration pursuant to Section I, Paragraph Two of the European Space Exploration Act of 2020. Within the report, we have compiled the following contents that may be used as an important reference:
- Report on the Feasibility of the Regional Spaceport
- Future Missions, Projects, and Programs
This letter is valid and affixed with the official seal of the European Space Administration (designed 2020) and the signature of the agency's director. A copy of this letter and attached documents will also be given to the Honourable Members of the European Council, Internal Affairs Commissioner, Foreign Affairs Commissioner, and the Heads of State and Government of the European Union's Member-states together with their respective space agency CEOs.
