During the next 2 weeks we will still be coordinated by the President, but officially, I'l be the one who would be leading the Government. But I think no one will realise as it will be the same thing." The other politicians have congratulated Aguilar and his family, but they have said they won't stop putting preasure over the Government.

NO-FLY ZONE OVER EASTERN HAANE - SPANISH EUROFIGHTERS START THEIR TASK
The Spanish Eurofighters are ready to fly. The Spanish Air Force has posted a picture on its Instagram of one of the Eurofighters flying over Eastern Haane. The No-Fly Zone enforced by the 4 Assembled Powers over Eastern Haane started to have effect at 14:00 CEST, time when the other operations commanded in Rota (where many assets have been arriving in the last days) had started.
Antena 3 has got to interview María Dolores de Cospedal, Minister of Defence. Asked by the possibility of instaurating the "Estado de Sitio", one of the 3 exceptional situations the Spanish Constitutions has and that would give all the power to the President and the Military, she has said: "We aren't applying the Estado de Sitio unless someone tries to invade us. We are safe and the 4 Assembled Powers are working for a better Europe together. This No-Fly Zone's purpose is to accomplish the European Union instructions and the proposed intervention motion, and trying to avoid as much as possible imperialism and war crimes, which have taken place in Eastern Haane thanks to Reitzmag and which has been discovered by several Councillors. We hope an explanation is given to all the European Union as soon as possible."

The Minister of Science has thanked El Capitán for his co-operation and promised "more research in the next months to come". At the moment, both Governments will research together and will try to figure out what happened to get that city sank under a crater. Whatever it is, it could make a change to the European and Spanish History.

DÍA DE LA FIESTA NACIONAL
The Día de la Fiesta Nacional (mostly known as Día de la Hispanidad) has arrived, which also means that the military parade and all the protocolary acts have taken place as usual in the Paseo de la Castellana. King Felipe VI, along with Queen Leticia, the Princess of Asturias, Leonor and Princess Sofía have presided over the event, which has had some interesting anecdotes.
Aguilar is Back:
The Spanish President Jesús Aguilar is back after becoming father for a 4th time. He arrived before King Felipe VI, and welcomed him to the Paseo de la Castellana. We have seen him singing "La Muerte no es el final" for the first time, something unusual in the Prime Ministers, but also the Minister of Defence, María Dolores de Cospedal, has sung this song in honour of those who died fighting for the Kingdom.
Donald Tusk was also there, Jean-Claude Juncker wasn't:
The Spanish Councillor to the European Union, Donald Tusk was also on the Parade. Some even expected the Internal Affairs Commissioner, Jean-Claude Juncker, to show up on the military parade, but according to some information given by the usual Royal Household's journalists, he declined to assist "in order to accomplish with his duties as Commissioner and keep the neutrality he must have during his terms."
United Again:
Quim Torra and Íñigo Urkullu attended for the first time in many years to the Military Parade in Madrid. The Catalan President was wearing the more than usual yellow ribbon to ask for the Freedom of the Catalan Politicians, despite accepting the sentence about the Procés. He is also expected to be unabled by the Tribunal Supremo to lead the Catalonian Government, which could mean new elections would take place in Catalonia.

AGUILAR CONTINUES LOSING SEATS AFTER THE GÜRTEL
Jesús Aguilar keeps losing seats after the Gürtel sentence coming out this morning from the Tribunal Supremo. On the sentence, the Partido Popular is accused of benefiting itself from the corruption case. Also, the "Caso Kitchen", which revealed that the Local Government Minister ordered the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia to delete 'as many info as possible' about the corruption in the Partido Popular. The President, asked by Pedro Sánchez on the Congress this morning, said: "When I first got to lead my party Mr. Sánchez, I said sorry because of every single corruption scandal, but you have never been consequent about the corruption scandals of your party in Andalucía."
The poll reveals the Partido Popular would lose 33 seats, getting just 143 seats in the next election (142 if we separate the one coming from Foro Asturias). Meanwhile, the Partido Socialista Obrero Español with Pedro Sánchez leading it would go over 100 seats, being awarded with 101 seats in total. VOX, the far-right party, would achieve 31 seats and Ciudadanos, with Albert Rivera, would only get 24. Podemos is decreasing every week, and the Pablo Iglesias' party would just get 19 seats. This morning, he called the President: "A dirty, corrupt, and racist fascist who doesn't know how to sum 2 and 2", with the President answering Iglesias saying: "I'm not the one that has links with dictators all around the world. Also Mr. Iglesias, I'm always open to negotiate, so if you ever need me, you are invited to come to my office".
About minor parties, more appear to gain influence in Spain. The Partit Nacionalista de Catalunya, Teruel Existe, Partido Puertorriqueño, Bloque Nacionalista Galego or Compromís are examples of this new time for regionalist politics. Esquerra Republicana and Junts, both independentist parties lose lots of seats, staying in the Parliament with just 4 seats each. The Nacionalist parties (PNV and PnC) get 6 seats and 5 seats respectively, while regionalist parties get between 2 and 1 seats each. Bildu, the former party which is leaded by an old ETA leader would lose influence and getting 3 seats, while the anarchist Catalan party (CUP) would gain 1.
With a new Election Law pending (which would mean inmediate elections) and a Congress that could reach 450 seats to enlarge representation of the special status autonomous communities, this poll may change or not, but something is really clear: No one knows what will happen in the next election.

THE CONGRESO PASSES THE NEW ELECTORAL LAW: SPAIN HEADS TOWARDS ELECTIONS 1 YEAR LATER BECAUSE OF CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM
Spanish people: We are going into elections once again! Celebration noises can be heard all around Spain. Wait, no, they cannot be heard, because there's none. The Kingdom of Spain will be facing the 6th General Election in 9 years, which means that an election is held every 1.5 year. But if the President has absolute majority on the Congreso and the Senado, why are we heading towards an election no one have asked for? In El Confidencial, we are explaining you why:
- The New Electoral Law: Minor parties have asked for a new electoral law, and the Government has decided to do it, with the risk of having to do a new election after the calculations have been done. And that's how it's been, the calculations exceeded the Constitution limit, which means that a new election sould take place inmmediately. Now the Constitution allows the amendment to happe, the new law was passed before the constitutional amendment, which means that it's legal.
The new Parliament will have 675 seats, 325 more than this legislature, but the Senate is reducing its seats to just 222. The Government of Scotland has said this is a "good change, but still is not enough in the eyes of the Scottish". Many autonomies are now asking for a new Autonomy Status, but that will have to wait until a new parliament is formed and Spain gets a Government; and if this turns up to be like in 2015 or 2019 28th April election.

BREAKING - THE TREATY OF TELUM IS AMENDED IN THE CONGRESS AFTER THE KING REFUSED TO SIGN IT
The King refused 3 days ago to sign the Treaty of Telum. That's what we just know on the Parliamentary Session that ended some minutes ago in which the government has been forced to amend the Treaty of Telum after the King said privately, according to sources in Zarzuela, that the Treaty was "risky on Article 3.2" and that needed to "be amended on the Congress and on the Treaty itself." Aguilar, who is now in Europolis attending to the Result shows of the EuroVoice song contest, received a call this morning from Soraya telling him about what happened.
The Diputación Permanente has passed the amendment with the opposition of independentists parties and VOX, which have said this is a "coward move to avoid a conflict our army could solve easily." After the Treaty was sent to the King, and the Senado ratified the amendment, The Spanish Government modified the Treaty. Meanwhile Dastis, who is now described by a bast majority of the Spanish society as the guy that nearly made us enter a war, is trying to get that part out of the Treaty of Telum. We'll stay tuned.

BREAKING - PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SAYS JUAN CARLOS I DIDN'T MAKE ILLEGAL MOVES AFTER 2014; THE ROYAL HOUSEHOLD REVEALS HIS LOCATION
Juan Carlos I, in NofoagaThe same day than the new "Escándalo", this time with Juan-Bernardo Fernández Velázquez, mostly known as El General, and Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn, who had been living as "Renata" since the Escándalo Part 1 came out, Juan Carlos I and Corinna have their court cases dismissed. An hour later, the Spanish Royal Household revealed where Juan Carlos I had been spending this time, on a luxury house of a touristic resort owned by a friend of the King in the little Caribbean island of Nofoaga, a move which it's believed to be agreed with the old King.
Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn was being prosecuted for making illegal business in Spain and getting benefits from her position and relationship with the old King, but due to lack of proofs, the case has been dismissed this morning. The King's case is different, as the public prosecutor's office was searching for illegal acts made after 2014, the year when Juan Carlos I stepped down from the Crown. According to the Public Prosecutor's office, "there are no illegal actions which can be summoned into a trial, so the case needs to be dimissed". At the moment, the Royal Household han't confirmed if the King will return, but it seems he is not. Pablo Iglesias, the Unidas Podemos' candidate, has accussed the Public Prosecutor's Office of being a "fascist and politized office with no useful functions and that he would like to remove or reform."

AGUILAR CELEBRATES HALLOWEEN IN MONCLOA ALONG WITH HIS FAMILY
The Palacio de la Moncloa, last nightFor the first time in the Spanish history, a President has celebrated Halloween. Since he became President in 2019, we all knew that Aguilar wasn't the President we all expected him to be, but this was something unexpected. The whole President's family (4 children and his wife) invited some kids to the Palacio de la Moncloa to celebrate Halloween in a Spanish style. Around 100 kids from Madrid and 64 from other parts of Spain, with their families, attended to the celebration.
The President and his family, on a photo before their spooky guests arrivedDuring the night, the celebration included several games like "Search the Candy", "Visit the Spooky Tomb" and other games and dances like the Thriller flashmob that took place before everyone left. The public opinion is divided with this event. Some citizens, especially the older ones, have said "this goes against our tradition and it's unaccepteable for a President to do such an event like this."; finding the opposite opinion on the youngest citizens: "It's great that a politician has some humour and celebrating Halloween in Moncloa has been a good idea."

SPAIN WINS EUROVOICE: ALL PRAISE JON OLA SAND
Finally, after scoring a 2nd place of EuroVoice XXXVIII, Spain has won the Constest in Europolis with Saara Aalto and her Monsters. On a not-made-for people which have some kind of illnesses related with their heart, Spain took the lead with just the final Conch Kingdom's votes and 73 points. With no chances for Inquista, and Icholasen praying for a 12 points which seemed impossible, the battle was between Spain and Mennrimiak, which silently but spookily climbed on the Haunted Leaderboard towards the 3rd place with 70 points. The votes from the Conch Kingdom went on again, with the speaker being conscious of what their votes meant: A victory and a defeat. "8 points to... AUSTRIA!; 10 points to... SPAIN!" and someone in the Spanish seat said: "Hemos ganao'!!!" which is translated to We've won!!!. It seemed that they had made the calculations, and with the 12 points finally announced, the winner was announced. Saara Aalto won the Constest.
The Spanish delegation celebrated and escorted Saara on a very spooky way to the stage, where the young singer took the trophy and sang for a last time. There was our man, Jon Ola Sand. And as a fan who yesterday night went to the bar to celebrate the victory we all saw on the Television at home, we shall praise Jon Ola Sand. He had a difficult mission: Scoring a better result, and with lots of nerves but a great taste, he decided to take a risk with a national final. But then, the Nicoleizian broadcaster announced that it was a Halloween theme, which changed Jon Ola plans: He had to search for a singer. According to workers on the Spanish Broadcaster, those days were stressing and crazy. No one knew anyone who accomplished the requirements, until Jon Ola said: "SAARA ALTO!" The EuroVoice department then came crazy, calling the artist and telling her to use her song Monsters. She accepted, and the rest, is just history of the Spanish Television.
The European Union Broadcasting Comitee, with a new Deputy Supervisor, has started to plan the new edition of EuroVoice, the 40th. Meanwhile, Mr. Karlikos and Ms. Faith have some work to do: As we all saw in TV, some easily identificable Reitzmic fans interrupted the trophy ceremony to try giving it to the Mennrimian or Inquistan Artist, shouting: "WE WANT A RECOUNT! SPAIN SHALL SUFFER IN PURGATORY! JUSTICE FOR MENNRIMIAK!"; they shall think about desqualifying the Eastern European country. Karlikos is also planning to change some rules for the new edition, as pushing forward a vote to allow Vayinaod back in competition. But who knows what will happen? No one predicted the Spanish win at the end, so if someone tries to predict the happenings on the next months, it will be difficult for you to guess.

BREAKING - AGUILAR, OFFICIALLY GRANTED AS PRESIDENT OF SPAIN
"By winning the vote, Jesús Aguilar is granted as the new President of Spain. Congratulations." The chamber then started to applause the candidate, who headed to shake hands with Pedro Sánchez, Pablo Iglesias and finally, Albert Rivera, before shaking hands with the representants of the minoritary groupd except VOX, which has denied his handshaking. Jesús Aguilar gets Moncloa for another 4 years, after the Constitution was finally updated to our times.
The new cabinet, that will be revealed tonight, will have important challenges to head in the next months. As of now, the Treaty with Inquista has been ratified by the Parliament, and the new ministers will be in charge of managing Spain inside and outside of its borders, as the European Influence, diplomatic problems, the rural population or the Treaty of Finisterre. Jesús still doubts on Foreign Affairs, where Alfonso Dastis could be substituted by the close friend of Minister Obama, John Kerry.
Whatever it is, the Government has a Legislature agreement, meaning their laws will get an absolute majority. Are stabe times coming finally? We will see.

JUNCKER RETURNS TO EUROPOLIS AFTER EMERGENCY SURGERY
The Internal Affairs Commissioner, entering the Council todayThe Internal Affairs Commissioner and old Councillor of Germanium, Jean-Claude Juncker, has returned to Europolis today after going under a very important surgeon in Luxemberg General Hospital. His November 11th surgery, to treat an aortic aneurysm in his abdomen, and subsequent convalescence in the hospital meant he was unable to appear in the Council to show his new report, and also meant the cancellation of his whole agenda for more than a week.
According to some workers on the Internal Affairs Office, the Commissioner started to feel bad the day before, and he was taken to the hospital on an ambulance. His Europolis' doctor told him about what was happening in his abdomen, and Juncker was taken into Spain for the surgery. On November the 11th, his surgery took place lasting 5 hours. He has been recovering since then and his doctor has given him the green light today. He is expected to publish the first Eastern Haane's report and retake his agenda once again.

THE EUROPEAN NEURODIVERGENT AND DISABILITY RIGHTS ACT, THE FIRST ACT SPAIN WOULD BE UP TO NOT FOLLOW COMPLETELY
Neurodivergent and Disabled people in front of the Congress back in 2019, when they were officially recognised as legal votersBack in 2019, the Congress recognised the rights of neurodivergent and disabled people to vote on the November General Election. A year later, those rights were established on the Electoral Law which were agreed by the Partido Popular, Partido Socialista Obrero Español, Ciudadanos and other parties. Now, the proposed European Neurodivergent and disability rights Act get the Spanish law on an unconfortable position, which is more unconfortable when the 4 major parties have stood against the act.
On the one hand, the Spanish Government could just say they actually allow neurodiveregent and disabled people to vote, but that wouldn't be certainly true: Disabled people that are capable of understanding the meaning of voting are allowed to take part in election, but not those who are not capable, can't vote. In the other hand, it's fine those people aren't allowed to vote: The Spanish system avoids rigging the election or that the one who chose the vote on behalf of the neurodivergent person chose it uncorrectly. Then, it is fair according to the logic, the sense of justice and also, being fair with everybody.
But what does the people think? Manolo is the grandfather of Inés, a 19-yeal-old woman which is unable to decide by herself as she is not able to talk and her capacities don't allow her to say who does she want to vote. He says "my grandaughter is unable to express herself, and I would feel bad if my son or my daughter-in-law chose the wrong party for her. I've never voted President Aguilar, nor I'm happy with his measures. But in this topic, he is right: we need those people to feel represented, not to allow their parents to have a second vote acting falsely on behalf of her children". Whether if you agree with Manolo or not, one thing is very clear. The Government is not going to apply it completely.

DASTIS: CZECH SLAVIAN GOVERNMENT BEHAVIOUR MAKES US THINK ON SANCTIONS
Alfonso Dastis, the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, has been asked today by one of our journalists about the current happenings taking place at Czech Slavia. At first, he smiled as if he didn't know what to say, but immediately after that, we answered: "Well, Czech Slavia is always concerning, even if we have good relationships, we knew they are not the home for Freedom or Democracy, but if the opposition parties and the media are saying the truth, then we have no choice but sanction Czech Slavia with the measures being proportional to the happenings."
Dastis also wanted to remark the International Agenda of the Spanish Government: "We are planning a summit with Prime Minister Bridges of Reitzmag by the end of 2020 and in the next days, we will be calling Sauli Niniisto, the Prime Minister of Mennrimiak, to finally end the bad relationships and start a new era of cooperation with them. And finally, we plan to meet with other leaders on the proposed Eurorail summit."

SPAIN GETS NUKES AFTER ENAA APPROVAL
All started back in the Francoist Dictatorship. During those year, Franco and its Government started planning the Proyecto Islero, a project which pretended to grant Spain with nukes. By that time, the European Nuclear Applications Authority didn't exist, and Spain was isolated from the rest of Europe. Soon, Spain got to produce nukes, or at least, trying to get them. The project was put in hold after no more funds arrived to the development centre, so it closed. But in 1971, Spain was back in competition, trying to produce nukes and even planning to nuke the old colonies on the other side of the Adventuranza Strait. But this never got to happen, and in 1981, President Suárez cancelled the project.
Despite trying to produce its own nukes, Spain had also an affair with foreign nukes. In the middle of the cold war, 2 bombers crashed over the Almería's village of Palomares, dropping 4 nukes around the city. Fortunately, none of them exploded because the nukes had a system to avoid any explosion in case of colision. The nukes were taken back, but radiation is still a thing on Palomares. A 5th part of the whole content of Plutonium that was released from the nukes is still on the air, and can easily be detected. Also, the ambassador of the country the nukes were from and Minister Fraga took a bath in Palomares' beach to prove it was safe.
Today, Spain received the "great" news. 75 nuclear warheads is the amount the European Nuclear Application Authority has authorised Spain to produce during a year, and being able to apply for more the 5th December 2021. Some parties have reacted to the announcement, like VOX, which leader has said the Government "doesn't like Franco but they imitate him to get those Spanish-made nukes", while Unidas Podemos and Rif's Future have condemned this request and added: "if the nukes are tested in El Rif, the Government will prove those citizens don't care for them." Antequera is right now suffering huge traffic problems, not only because of the Constitution and Inmaculada's bank holiday, which last until Tuesday, but for protests against nukes.

SPAIN CELEBRATES THE 42ND ANNIVERSARY OF ITS CONSTITUTION
The King, delivering a speech to the CongresoYesterday, Spain celebrated the 42nd Anniversary of its Constitution. 42 years ago, the Spanish people voted on a referendum whether to approve or disapprove the Constitution after around 40 years of Dictatorship under Franco's power. AGUILAR BALANCE OF 2020 - "WE ARE READY TO FACE 2021 AND BE BETTER THAN WE WERE IN 2020"
Jesús Aguilar has made a balance of the Year 2020 this morning in the Palacio de la Moncloa in which he has exhibited the Government's report where the promises and things done by the Government have been explained and compared with the last year report. Jesús Aguilar has stated that "No other Government has ever risked its power by reforming the Electoral Law and the Constitution on the same year and calling for elections. Spain has proven itself to be a democratical country, by giving representation to every single autonomous community, protectorate, pre-autonomic state, automical cities or our plazas de soberanía."
The President then addressed the European Union international stage: "During this year, Spain has been involved on a conflict with the Kingdom of Reitzmag and the Kingdom of Mennrimiak, apart from managing to get representation on the European Commission, with Jean-Claude Juncker as the Internal Affairs Commissioner; on the European Court of Justice with Juan Luis López Guerra; accomplishing with the Elected and Accountable Council Act by calling an election and the Spanish people choosing Donald Tusk, as strengthening the relationships with Inquista, Fremet, Vayinaod, Montenbourg, Leagio, Icholasen, Inimicus, the United Duchies, North Diessen and Nofoaga. About the conflicts I mentioned, the first one was solved some months ago while the other has been put on hold, which means it isn't a concern to us right now. Spain has also extended its influence on the European stage with the diplomatic summits we have had during this year. We created the sound taxes in Gibraltar and Adventuranza, got a license for the production of nukes, upgraded the detection radars on the Isla de Alborán to detect illegal inmigrants from the south of Europe and drug dealers, increased the security of the plazas de Soberanía in Alhucemas, Chafarinas, el Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera and the Isla Perejil, which was nearly invaded in 2002. Since now on, a permanent military group on the Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera will be in charge of their protection, along with the Regulares of Ceuta and Melilla."
To end his speech, Jesús Aguilar has spoken about his compromises and proposals for 2021, and finally he has made a statement about the upcoming year: "We are ready to face 2021 and be better than we were in 2020. The Kingdom of Spain is a stable place, and we will all face 2021 with lots of ambition and aim of doing great things here. Unity is the key to continue our progress, and will always be the key to face the challenges of a new territorial order in our country which will finally end the Constitutional reform process. Thank you very much, and Feliz 2021."

EMU, ADOPTED AS OFFICIAL CURRENCY IN THE TREATY OF FINISTERRE'S SIGNATORY MEMBERS
The European Monetary Unit (EMU) has finally ended its testing period to become the official currency of Spain, Montenbourg, Inquista, Vayinaod, Fremet and Icholasen, which means the currency will be used on Copala City and New Saint Regina. The EMU banknotes and coins were ready and since 2021 arrived, everyone has said goodbye to their national currency and welcomed the new European Monetary Unit.
Now, the new Bank of Europe headquarters and leader shall be agreed between member states on a vote. A new era have started for those countries, which President Jesús Aguilar addressed after welcoming the new year: "Now, the introduction of the European Monetary Unit is a step further to strenghthen relationships with our great allies: Inquista, Vayinaod, Icholasen, Fremet and Montenbourg. All together, we will be able to share our currency and bring new growth to our economies."

In Barcelona, the Generalitat de Catalunya has advised everyone to stay away from the beaches, as big waves are expected to hit the city in the next hours.
