Aether Federation joins the EU

Today the Aether Federation was accepted into the European Union. The news caused celebrations all over the country, with the people celebrating the membership, with government official's happy and enthusiastic about the membership, but also expressing concern about adapting to new regulations, legislations but are are confident that they will receive assistance from their new partners in the Union.

The day ended with a speech by the president to the nation. -Today is a new day for our country, we are taking a new step towards a future of peace and prosperity for all of us and even if some are afraid of future challenges we must have courage and determination to overcome these new barriers. Today is a new day in the history of the federation!

The Political System of The Nation
The Federal Council: Composed by the 5 Governors from each state, which the President role rotates every year between the 5 members. The President, the senior member of the council, has powers which are largely ceremonial following a primus inter pares (first among equals) role.
The order in which the Presidential role rotates follows as:
-Aetheria
-Dynsmark
-Azaphia
-Livitica
-Kallail
After this 5 year period, elections start again in each palatinate.

While the plane took off many news medias around the country exclaimed the importance of the president visit to Spain.
The presidential plane is escorted by two Sk-17 fighter jets and was left alone after arriving in international waters.

After reaching madrid the president and minister manage to get themselves lost in the Adolfo Suárez, Barajas international airport after stopping to eat in a small restaurant. But after a few hours they were found by their security escorts and got picked up by a motorcade that drove the president and minister to the Palacio de la Moncloa.
