    • RE: Europe Day - 19th October 2020

      Vatican, 19th October 2020 - 0900h CEST

Pope Pedro and Jorge Arturo Medina were heading to the Vatican City Airport, where a flight would take them into Europolis. For security reasons, the Pope decided to fly on a private jet instead than in a public one, and he won't disturb anybody with rush. The Holy See was not a member of the European Union, but it was Europe Day after all and they received an invitation signed by Commissioner Juncker, who it seemed that was incharge of that.

"Jorge, don't you think the European Union wants to have a closer relationship with non-European Union members? Why would they invite the Vatican to the celebration?" Asked Carlos Amigo, now Worldwide known as Pope Peter II.

The Carmelengo looked at the Pope and answered: "I don't know Supreme Pontiff, maybe they just wnat to be nice with the Roman Catholic Church. What are your plans concerning the European Union?" He asked.

"Maybe joining the EU or getting an agreement to get some advantages would be a great idea, but that first needs to be consulted with the Vatican. They made a mess because of the Airport 3 years ago, they will make it with my changes to the Church and for sure, they will make it if I just tell them that I'm interesting on the EU". Said the Pope, convinced on his affirmations.

"Then we will have to prove that, Supreme Pontiff" Said the Carmelengo smiling.

The Holy See leaders arrived to the Vatican Airport, where they boarded into their private jet which would take them into Europolis. Pope Pedro was excited to know the European leaders, not just Jesús Aguilar. Maybe Simon Bridges could turn up, which would make him and the Carmelengo really happy. And how could he forget about Mikaela Klienberg or Sauli Niniisto? Of course, every leader was important despite their religion, and that's something the pope had very clear. During the flight, the Pope and the Carmelengo worked on their affairs, keeping some sort of conversation catholically oriented.

The plane touched down on Europolis Airport on time, and the Religious leaders were guided into their small motorcade. The Holy See had finally arrived into Europe's Capital City, to enjoy the celebration.

ECCLESIASTICAL LETTER ON THE PROMOTION OF THE LAST CATHOLIC PRIEST OF EASTERN HAANE

      Dear Brothers and Sisters,

The sufferings of the people of Eastern Haane had caught my attention. After listening to the news, I have decided to make Rev. Fr. (idk the name) as a Cardinal in the coming November Consistory. This decision was made to give the people of Eastern Haane a representation in the College of Cardinals despite only a few Catholics existing in the country. I am touched by the loyalty of such fellow member of the clergy to the Catholic Church despite the life-threatening events in Eastern Haane.

LIVE: FIRST SUNDAY MASS OF THE POPE

      alt text

TW: Good morning everyone, I'm Thomas Williams, and we're live here at St. Peter's Square for Pope Peter II's first sunday mass ever since his election as a pope last March. We can see behind us that thousand are gathering for the event and we have spotted some important guests. A while ago, we have seen King George I of Reitzmag, King Felipe of Spain, and some well-known artists from Eurovoice. In a few moments the mass will be starting so we'll be right back for a short break.

TW: Welcome back everybody, and yes the mass will be starting in 2 minutes so we'll now focus our broadcast with the mass.

2 minutes later the mass starts and the pope appears. Crowd starts shouting Papa Pedro! Then comes the readings of the gospel

FR: A reading from the book of Isaiah.
      FR: Brothers and Sisters, on this mountain, for all peoples, Yahweh Sabaoth is preparing a banquet of rich food, a banquet of fine wines, of succulent food, of well-strained wines. On this mountain, he has destroyed the veil which used to veil all peoples, the pall enveloping all nations;
FR: He has destroyed death for ever. Lord Yahweh has wiped away the tears from every cheek; he has taken his people's shame away everywhere on earth, for Yahweh has spoken. And on that day, it will be said, 'Look, this is our God, in him we put our hope that he should save us, this is Yahweh, we put our hope in him. Let us exult and rejoice since he has saved us. For Yahweh's hand will rest on this mountain, and Moab will be trodden under his feet as straw is trodden into the dung-heap.
FR: The word of the Lord.
      R: Thanks be to god!
RS: Our response [Psalm Of David] Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
RS: In grassy meadows he lets me lie. By tranquil streams he leads me
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
RS: to restore my spirit. He guides me in paths of saving justice as befits his name.
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
RS: Even were I to walk in a ravine as dark as death I should fear no danger, for you are at my side. Your staff and your crook are there to soothe me.
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
RS: You prepare a table for me under the eyes of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup brims over.
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
RS: Kindness and faithful love pursue me every day of my life. I make my home in the house of Yahweh for all time to come.
R: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing
A: Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing

Gospel and then the homily down here

PP: The world is in a bad situation nowadays. A lot of things are in great chaos. People start to lose hope and begins to forget that god still exists. We must admit that the society is in grave danger when people lose their fear and hope for god. He's always there people. No matter what your situation is, god exist and is always there in his heavenly kingdom watching upon us. These struggles that we have are challenges that he gives to us which tests our faith for him. We should not forget the gifts he had given and will continually give. He is there to guide us through these challenges. What god wants is for us to go to him and pray that you will be guided through all of this. We people should learn to love and respect each other for that is what God wanted us to do. God is testing us if we have faith on him, if we follow him, before we enter his heavenly kingdom.

Homily continues and then the mass ends

TW: Everyone, we're back and as we can see right there. Pope Peter II will be doing his first rounds through the crowds on his first sunday mass here at St. Peter's Square. As you can see, people start waving flags and religious items to the pope. Now, what really makes things different here is that the pope has chosen an open air pope mobile unlike the previous ones with a bullet proof glass covering him. Insiders say here that the pope has no fear of death so he chose to do so. We'll expect to know the reason in the next few days. I'm Thomas Williams and thank you for tuning in to Vatican Media.

Statement of the Holy See concerning the Clan Democracy of Strathae

      Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I have been following the latest news about the happenings in the newest country of our region, the Clan Democracy of Strathae. It is alarming and very concerning to me that people are discriminated for being the sons and daughters of God and believing in what he told his first son, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus. In order to avoid risking more lives of the brothers and sisters there deployed, I have ordered the retirement of the Catholic church from Strathae until tolerance is re-established. A better world is the main aim of the Catholic church, and so we will not risk any of our brothers and sisters lives.

May God always be with you.

Pope Pedro II announces state visits to Reitzmag and Spain

      alt text

The Supreme Pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Pedro II, has announced two state visits to the Kingdom of Reitzmag and the Kingdom of Spain. Reitzmag will be the first stop on the Supreme Pontiff, which he will visit for 2 days, starting the 1st of July and ending the 2nd July. The Pope has stated he wanted to "go back to one of his home countries, as well as giving his personal support and his best wishes to every Reitzmac citizen in the middle of a very rejectable and condemnable doxxing scandal to Reitzmic citizens in the clan democracy.

23 days later after leaving the Kingdom of Reitzmag, the Supreme Pontiff, Pedro II, will travel to the Kingdom of Spain for 2 days, visiting Santiago de Compostela in Galicia due to the Xacobean year; as well as visiting his old home town, Seville (Andalusia). The Pope is willing to support the Catholic community in Galicia on a very special year for them, as well as visiting his old parish in his former home town before being elected as Supreme Pontiff.

Pope Pedro came off the plane and shook hands with her Majesty the Queen: "Her Majesty, it's an enormous pleasure to meet you. Thank you for this welcoming to your country, I've been following the latest Catholic news about Montenbourg and I'm sure we will get to discuss many important things for the new Roman Catholic church." Said the Supreme Pontiff.

Once they chatted, Pope Pedro II and his close helpers, along with her Majesty the Queen, that was invited by the Pope to come in, entered the Popemobile. The ride started to Montague's Palace where both would meet. On the way, the Pope salutated the crowd that were gathering next to the roads and the Airport, blessing those around him.
