The trip to the Kingdom of Mennrimiak by plane was not so bad for Mouri-Kudo. It actually went better than expected as it was thought to becoming bad weather between Leagio and Mennrimiak that might force the plane to land in Nofoaga in a worst-case situation but the weather turned out to be much better. Ran Mouri-Kudo would be honest that a diplomatic trip to the Kingdom of Mennrimiak was not something on her list in honesty, she was hoping to avoid it when possible as not to result any more tensions over the situation with Reitzmag as the failed vote in de-ratifying the Treaty of Tullion with Reitzmag illustrated that there might be a coming shifted in Leagio from being extremely Pro-EU while having disapproval towards the Primership of Bridges in Reitzmag to being a nation that is having a medium stance on the EU and slowly sympathetic to Reitzmag with less disapproval towards Reitzmag. This situation nows places Mouri-Kudo in a bad position which is not helping out in her first 100 days in office as it puts her agenda at risk of being blocked in general. She blames the current leadership of the EPA and Chairwoman Granger as she felt that the actions of said Councilor in drafting a Motion to Deploy the EDF on a zone that was already out of war time and occupied by not just Reitzmag but Vaynoid, which is nation that the Commonwealth never had any problems at all with. Mouri-Kudo fears that the appeal of the EPA is not losing its great charm in Leagio which started with Leeson, someone that she criticized for attacking a candidate unjustly and was an action that she still stood by. When she had Juncker in the Executive Mansion for the Green Transition Act, she explained the situation of how she felt about the current stance of the EPA at the moment and how it will make things difficult for him to regain his charm in the polls with the current situation.
Back to the landing in Helsinki, the capital city of the Kingdom of Mennrimiak, Mouri-Kudo knew that she need this trade agreement in order to ensure the votes of the passing of a bill to reform the election of the House of Councilors and the passage of her Labor Union Rights Act through both houses of the National Congress. As she steeped out of the plane, where a motorcade would take her to the Prime Minister of Mennrimiak Sauli Niniisto. After about 20 minutes, she was taken to Niniisto’s office.
“Mr. Niniisto, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Leagio, it is an honor to meet you.” Mouri-Kudo said shaking hands with him.

"Ahh, Miss Kudo, its a pleasure too!, please take a seat, Also, Do you want something? Coffee or tea?
Something hot might help to get used to the freezing climate of Mennrimiak that im sure is pretty unusual over Leagio with their large deserts aint it?(Time passes and a little conversation went on)

"Of course, Mr. Prime Minister. So, from what your ambassador in Tullion explained to my Minister of Foreign Affairs, your government is looking to gain better access to Leagioan Diamonds for luxury and Uranium for the development of nuclear power plants in transitioning your nation to more renewable energy. The Diamonds is something that I have no problems with in establishing an economic accord for with your nation. Now, the Nuclear Material is where it gets tricky because I am required by Leagioan law that was passed last year by my predecessor to institute procedures on the trade of Nuclear Material, especially when dealing with trade of it for nuclear power plants. The Nuclear Trade Commission Act of 2020 requires that the sale of nuclear material to nations using them for power plants has to be observed until the plants completion. Now, how does it affect you in construction? Not much really. The observers are only to be at the construction site to ensure that the material is used for the purposes agreed upon. So if the plant has a design flaw or fault to Leagioan standards, the observers can raise the problem with your government but have no power in fixing that problem as the construction is the responsibility of your nation. The observers will not be there to cause problems, but to ensure that the Uranium is used as agreed upon as Mennrimiak is not ENAA approved nation for nuclear arms which places my country in a position to ensure that we are not involved in a unapproved weapons program; This is a concern that would have been to any other nation of similar status, not just yours Mr. Prime Minister. These procedures were made by my predecessor as a response to the threat from the Romain Incident last year, where a UNSR ship managed to sneak into our country and was about ready to ship out with Nuclear Material for concerning purposes." Mouri-Kudo explained.
