FROM THE GOVERNMENT
On the Lifting of Public Indecency Laws, and the Reorganization of the EconomyIn the interests of national unity, the Haanean State has lifted all existing public indecency laws. All citizens are invited to the...party of sorts at Bomballey Hall at 20:00.
At the same time, it shall be said that Haanean Socialism shall be the economy of this new State, following the lines of the old State of the Haane and the present government in the Union of Syndicates. More information can be found in the public dispatch released.

FROM THE GOVENMENT
On the Human Chain FormedMany have gathered at the outskirts of our State here, some joining them across all Copala City, to form a human chain, blocking all movement into our country, our city.
Around Bomballey, they have formed a complete chain; those in the remainder of Copala City, however, are not as attended, unfortunately.
However, we celebrate their efforts to protect our collective liberty.

FROM THE GOVERNMENT
The Bankruptcy and Evident Illegitimacy of the False Government in the HaaneThe false government of the Haane must fall. Borne without connection to the previous government; unlike ours, which was birthed from the government of Areai, given power, by the Constituent Assembly of 1994, itself gifted power by the government-in-exile of the Union of Syndicates and of the State of the Haane, the latter of which has been the sole government of the Haane since the beginning of civilization itself; it is a dictatorial and bloodthirsty machine which seeks to force the Haanean people into a mold it has created itself, through terror if necessary.
They have slandered my name, called me a fascist, said that I engaged in mass arrest. This is false, entirely false. I am the most devoted of the socialists of our nation, who seeks to defend it, the cornerstone of our political culture since the very foundation of the State of the Haane so long ago; the most devoted of those who have dedicated their lives to liberty, who has at every turn fought for it. They wish to bring me down so that they may keep the Haanean people under their authoritarian terror for longer, so much longer.
We have asserted ourselves as the sole rightful government not simply of Bomballey but of the Haanean people, of their homeland.
The people stand against the insanity of Lepik; we, the rightful and legitimate government of the Haanean lands, of the Haanean homelands, fight alongside them.
On behalf of the government of the Haanean State,

On the Fourth Day of LiberationWe celebrate the fourth day of liberation today. We have continued to prevail in our independence; one day, we shall reconquer the Haane.
Long live the Haanean people, long live liberty!

On Reitzmag
They have arrested so many, too many. We have remained safe only by luck; brave and loyal citizens have sheltered us. Where we cannot say for all our safety; but we as of now are safe.
The situation is now intolerable. They have taken away our beloved High Elder, they have taken away our Copala, our last hope for autonomy; no more. No more!
Our Bomballey is still ours, to an extent. We are the ones who live in it, we are the ones who work in it, we are the ones who maintain it, we are the ones who own almost all of the property there is to be found in it. They stand here, and they have that control; but we do not need to listen. We may very well carry on; and they would not be able to do anything. For our control over our economy and our homes is legal, for we do own it; for we are the ones who maintain our gardens and our private greens. What can they do about that? Nothing.
We thus still have our control, entirely legal, over our beloved Bomballey. And we may dispose of that control as we wish.
The revolution continues; we remain free.

THE PEOPLE OF BOMBALLEY PROCLAIM:
We have been oppressed too long by these horrid people! This government must fall, this "Revolution" must end!
We have risen up, finally; this government has fallen!
Bomballey is free again.
((OOC: That's it, I am no longer RPing in Copala. Thanks!)

The Administration of Bomballey would like to announce that it has arranged funds as to allow for the departure of its citizens. It requests that it be allowed to travel away from Copala City with the departing Nicoleizians. The Reitzmic policies have become too intolerable for us to stay.
Iles Veral
High Elder of the Administration of Bomballey -
The Administration of Bomballey announces the formation of the Committee for the Preparation of Copalan Independence, whose work shall primarily be to prepare a Constitution for an independent Copalan Republic in a greater Nicoleizian Commonwealth, and then to hold elections to bodies created by said constitution.
There shall be one representative per borough of Copala City, which may be either:
- the representative for that borough in the City's Assembly at the time of its dissolution
- a delegate appointed by said representative
- an appointee of a borough administration
- elected directly by the citizens of a borough.
Meetings will be conducted on Zoom. We advise participants to use a VPN.

Citizens of Bomballey are advised not to contact the Reitzmic army, and to continue their egress in the presently established ways. Regardless of what they may do, there remain safe ways out. In light of the present occurrences, however, the Administration of Bomballey is dissolved; its final action is to advise those of Bomballey, as well as, on a non-binding basis, those of Copala City, to by any means avoid the deportations to New Saint Regina. The Reitzmic Army is presently attempting to deport all citizens of Copala City who intend to leave it to what is effectively an internment camp in New Saint Regina, a poorly developed city which has received little external investment. The preservation of one's life and one's security is not guaranteed there.
Citizens of Bomballey outside of the borough are also advised to help Copalans flee the city and escape deportation. The order for departure is now made mandatory.
Iles Veral
High Elder of the Administration of BOmballey -
With great pride, we can announce that, in spite of the blockade, Bomballey has been evacuated. Less than 1000, after days of effort, remain - these are those to stay, for the protection of remaining property.
