Empire of Selvaris - Political Protest
-
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen at home. We are here outside the Imperial Embassy where currently the Summit between our Nation and the Kingdom of Reitzmag is taking place," the beautiful redheaded news reported said. as the camera turned over, " And across, the street from the Imperial Embassy the people are expressing their right to protest. Let us ask this young man what they are protesting." She walked over to a young adult male, maybe around the age of twenty-three holding up a sign wording, 'DOWN WITH THE MONARCHY'. "Can you tell our viewers what exactly it is we are protesting here tonight?"
He looked at the camera and put down his signage, pulled the mic closer to his face "We want the right to be heard! We want the right to choose! And we want the right to be Free! DOWN WITH THE MONARCHY!" He yelled and picked his sign back up and continue to chant.
"You hear it, ladies and gentleman... DOWN WITH THE MONARC-...."

"Is this thing on..." Said a new blondish reporter hitting a mic against her hand once or twice while she was on camera "Hello,"
"Your on," Said an older man behind the camera,
"Oh ok." She coughed onto the side, "Well, um, We are here tonight to continue, um." She walked off the camera... You could hear her and the camera guy speaking in slight whispers, "But why are we here again tonight. Ohhhh... Right right... Well, we are here to study, I mean to report on the protest here at the Imperial Embassy." She went off camera again. "Can't I just make it up instead of reading it, I hate reading.
"It's whatever chick I don't get paid enough to babysit or teach you how to do your job I only need to record." said the old man, "Now can you hurry up we still on the air."
"Oh yeah," She went back in front of the camera, took a breather, and opened her eyes. Tonight we are reporting on the Peoples protest of their rights to a free nation. As my former colleague unraveled earlier the people believe the government as a monarchy has too much power and should give some to the people. I spoke to some of the people earlier and a few of them are highly educated. A few points they brought and would like to see in a new government are:"
-
A Constitution where the Monarchy will give some of its lawmaking power to an elected government
-
An Elected body by the people to enact laws and keep the Monarchy in check
-
An elected Judicial body that will keep the laws enacted by both the Monarchy and the people government in check
-
And an appointed body by the Monarchy to help right the laws
"Currently that is where the Protest stand and what the people want." Back to you Jon. she finished and ran to the cameraman who was in awe,

"Just a little while ago a bomb went off at a Church in Novum Aurelius and we are still awaiting news to come in from our reporters at the scene." Said the same blond lady from yesterday now sitting at the anchor table on TV. "Wait it a minute"... "Oy my god, another bomb has gone off at the Novum Aurelius Court House.... I don't know what to say, we don't know what to do at this point... We just got a phone call from the palace it is now mandated that everyone is to stay inside. Anyone walking alone, Walking around a Government building, highly populated area, or has a backpack or any type of back will be detained.. We will keep you informed as this progresses."

"It is a dark day today for Selvaris as we mourn victims of tonight's attack. As of right now, the death count is one hundred and eight. We encountered what was an act of evil, and evil was sought with Justice, as the police force had apprehended the suspects a little while ago trying to head to Alexandria with another bomb at the train station. We do not know what their intended destination was but we do know that there were two of them with two separate bombs large enough to take out the train." She said as she caught her breath she closed her eyes and continued. "The Imperial Palace has declared the State of Emergency, Curfew is at Six PM, if walking around after curfew they will be detained, no one is allowed to have any weapon walking around in public if so they will be detained, failure to give up the weapon and become hostile the police is free to detain the suspect by force. All protests are hereby disbanded and considered hostile, and participants will be detained. Those who do not give up will be met with force." She caught her breath again and she drank a bit of water from the cup on the anchors' table. "Now lets us have a moment of silence from tonight's victims."
