      Alcohol: Legal for anyone over the age of 18 (Minor Consumption Act)
      Tobacco: Legal for anyone over the age of 21 (Minor Consumption Act)

        The Constitution of The Republic of Brickston (Official summary)

        Please note that [A] or [B] means the changes in that Article.
        Preamble:
        "The Republic of Brickston is a sovereign, democratic and secular republic, ensuring freedom and justice to all its citizens."


        Artlcle 12, The rights of all citizens in the Republic of Brickston

        1: Freedom to contribute to any democratic process (Any federal election or decision (voting and running for office) with the Supreme Authority monitoring the process)
        2: Freedom of Speech (Press, Association, Opinion or any form of expression)
        3: Freedom of Ownership (Private Property or possession must be respected unless the owner is unlawful to the Constitution; perpetrators may be prosecuted by the owner in a peaceful way with no violence [D])
        4: Freedom to Access the Judiciary
        5: Freedom of Privacy (No person can violate another person's privacy without consent [C])
        6: Freedom of Cultural & Spiritual Belief (Religion, Ethics and Culture must not be violated but monitored under the Constitution, any symbol references to the tyrannical leader Maduro is banned [B])
        7: Freedom of Integrity (The Government must have no biases when it comes to citizens paying taxes, receiving welfare or pension benefits, going through a democratic or judicial process, and any other process which involves any formal federal government. The separation of the legislative, the Supreme Authority and the Judiciary must take place).

        Article 13, "Environment Regulation Act"

        • All gasoline automobiles are banned
        • All manufacturing or mining sites must undergo an environment regulation test every 2 months

        • Meat cannot be shipped overseas

        • The Brickston National Environment Organization (BNEO) is introduced to protect the Briekish Environment and replant more than 5 million trees.

        Article 14, "Tackling Racism Act"

        Tying inclusiveness into the law; A body being offensive towards someone's race, religion, culture, ethnicity, language or ideology will be prosecuted [A], depending on the severity of the crime [B].

        • All news organizations with regional coverage must be impartial with their content and not favour an ethnicity, race, culture, religion, belief [D] or ideology[C].

        Article 15, "National Language Act"

        This article in the constitution which alters the official language of Brickston will not be imposed on any person who does not want to use the official language. This amendment in the Constitution changes the official languages of Brickston to Briekish [A], English and German[C] as the official languages of Brickston [B]. However, all languages over 500,000 speakers shall be recognized.


        Article 16, "Minor Consumption Act"

        Alcohol, Tobacco and Drug Consumption shall be regulated [A], with the minimum legal age for Alcohol being 14[B] 15[C] 18[D] and Tobacco having a minimum legal age of 16[B]18[C]20[D]21[E].
