CITIZENS' SERVICES OFFICE
The Citizens Services Office assists with all relations between citizens and residents of Gadalland and Aspern and the government. This branch of the Customary Logistics Council will serve to help all citizens and residents make informed decisions and stay updated with the rights and responsibilities that come along with Sertian Citizenship.

GUIDANCE FOR NOFOAGAN CITIZENS AND NATIONALS
Entering Gadalland and Aspern
- Nofoagan citizens and nationals will not be denied entry to Gadalland and Aspern unless they are a sanctioned individual.
Emergency government sponsored passport

Nofoagan citizens who arrived via public transport on or after 20 June, 2021 will be issued an emergency six-month Gadalland and Aspern passport at their respective port of entry. You may use this to depart to another destination or to prove you have residence rights in Gadalland and Aspern.

Nofoagan citizens who arrived via private transport on or after 20 June 2021 must request an emergency passport as soon as possible. You will be given a temporary residence permission card upon arrival.

In order to receive an emergency passport via public transport, you must arrive at Hemberdale International Airport or Drouthe Commercial Seaport. If you do not arrive at one of these ports you must request a passport by mail. You can ask for a temporary permission card while you wait for your emergency passport.

Accommodation will be provided at both authorised ports of entry.
Due to the current natural state of Gadalland and Aspern, Nofoagan citizens and nationals are highly encouraged to depart Gadalland and Aspern for another destination once they have received their emergency passport. Should a conflict arise in another state, please contact the nearest Sertian authority.
Nofoagans in Gadalland and Aspern before 20 June, 2021

All Nofoagan citizens who arrived in Gadalland and Aspern before 20 June, 2021 may request an emergency six-month Gadalland and Aspern passport to travel to another destination or prove your right to remain.

Nofoagan citizens in Gadalland and Aspern under a temporary Visitor's Permit, you may use your Nofoagan passport to prove your right to be in Gadalland and Aspern.

Nofoagan citizens in Gadalland and Aspern under a Worker's Visa, Study Visa (full or part-time) or any category of Family visa, you may remain in Gadalland and Aspern.

If your visa expires within six months, you may apply to extend it for a maximum of 11 months.

GUIDANCE FOR SERTIAN CITIZENS IN NOFOAGA

ALL SERTIAN CITIZENS IN NOFOAGA:

If you are able to leave Nofoaga through public or private transport, the government of Gadalland and Aspern highly encourages you to do so as quickly and safely as possible.

If the government of Nofoaga enacts restrictions on travel, please follow the rules of the restrictions. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CIRCUMVENT NOFOAGAN PORTS OF ENTRY.

If you are able, please report to the Consulate Major Vessel of Gadalland and Aspern in the Republic of Nofoaga. Travel to Gadalland and Aspern will be arranged as soon as possible.
Otherwise, please follow the laws of the Nofoagan government at this time. More guidance will be available soon.

Guidance for Sertian Citizens in North Diessen
The CSO has issued an EVACUATION RECOMMENDATION (ER) for all Sertian citizens currently in North Diessen, with immediate effect.
Along with the Evacuation Recommendation, the following travel advisories have been applied to travel to and from North Diessen:

- 1H: Reports of current human rights violations

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON EMBASSY OPERATIONS AFTER THE CRISES IN THE VATICAN
The following warnings are URGENT AND EXTREME. Please read carefully:

Following the attack by international terrorists in the Vatican, all citizens of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga in the Vatican or closely neighbouring territory are advised to seek safety as soon and as effectively as possible.

Citizens of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga in the Vatican are urged to evacuate to the Republic of Spain. The Embassy of the Caribbean Common Community Commission will be open 24/7 until further notice. When you arrive at the embassy they will arrange travel for you

Citizens of Caribbean Community states who are unable to report to the embassy of the CCCC in Spain may call the embassy on 555 to arrange travel to safety.

All travel arranged by the Embassy of the CCCC or other CCCC government-affiliated partners will be by air or sea travel, directly to Gadalland and Aspern or the Republic of Nofoaga and free of charge.
