Federal Republic of Icholasen Elections 2023

Interim President Anne-Marie David has called elections for the new position of President of the Republic, elected by a majoritarian system, and for the Republic Assembly, the lower house of the Republic.
No one has officially declared their candidacy, but the main parties believed to be taking part are as follows:
The Party of June: The former governing party before the Revolution, they are a sometimes unstable coalition centrist coalition of social democrats, liberals, and the centre-right.
The Liberal Democratic Socialists (LDS): As recently as 2015, the party of government, they have seen their fortunes falter. Will they be able to capitalise on the division within the Party of June ?
The Socialists: Heavily associated with the UNSR, will these hardliners choose a moderate or a hardliner for this election ? Will they align with the UNSR or the new Republic ?
Alliance écologique nicoleizienne (AÉN): This ecologist faction of the Communist party (now its own party), is the party of the current president of the Republic, Anne-Marie David. Will she run to continue as president ?
National Awakening Party (NAP): A conservative party with hardline views on social issues and prioritising economic freedom over the equal distribution of wealth.
Dairy Is Lovely and Filling Party (DILF): Since the decree from the UNSR to ban dairy, the law has not been repealed yet in the new Republic. This group is lobbying to overturn the ban.
Milk Is Loathsome and Foul (MILF): This party hates dairy and wants to continue its prohibition.
Nicoleizian Dawn: A far-right party wanting to rid Icholasen of the few immigrants it has.
Parti Romain: A left-wing nationalist party lobbying for the independence of Romain.
