      Structure of government:
Each party leader elects a leader and or selects candidates for presidential primaries depending on party. Then Presidential and parliamentary elections for the National Assembly are held every 5 years. The elections for legislature are Proportional representation lists with parties campaigning everywhere in the nation in officially free elections though most parties unofficially censor their politics to be acceptable to military. The election determine 440 seats with 360 appointed by the military and voted on by the generals of the military. All candidates for Lok Sabha or the presidency are vetted by the security and intelligence services with reports given to the Security Council who may accept or deny any candidate based on their "national security risk".

The elections are overseen by the Supreme Court of Svarna Surya which consists of 15 Judges that are appointed by the military and approved by a parliamentary vote The judges officially independent and for life appointed can be removed at any point by a parliamentary vote. Similar processes are in place for each State or City assembly. The court and military national security panel also has a role in approving or denying party leader, prime ministerial and presidential candidates bids to run in elections with the same for anyone running for leader of a State or City. The Party for Prosperity,Democracy and Security has won all elections for the last 68 years since the Jasmine Coup of 1953 against the Communist Government of the day which had previously ruled from 1911-1953.

Jobs Market:Top jobs in management and safe jobs are typically given to people of the 3 highest castes the Pujaree, Kulleen and Saudaagar with jobs considered below the highest castes status but safe are given more to the Komal with lower pay than the top 3 castes. The lowest jobs including the most dangerous are reserved for the Log Gadadee with long hours high deductions for housing and food as well as no consideration for safety. It is not uncommon to send the smallest of the lowest caste under the machines while working to clean or clear out blockages as doing so is often cheaper than losing productivity in factories or sending them to clean higher risk areas such as chimneys and if the child doesn't make it out alive you can always just bury them a compostable waste bag and be done with it and get a replacement. To stop escapes many factories are gated with permission needed to leave and nets to stop suicides and the companies providing stores and basic facilities in the factories residential compounds. The government price passports at €4,000 each in order to prevent aqcuiring means to leave and require Svarnans pay a €100 exit fee each to leave the country for a holiday or a €400 per year each unlimited exit fee allowing the person to leave the country for trips unlimited times.
