The Government puts a halt of most construction projects until the end of the year
The Government of the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia has announced a halt of most of public construction projects and that no new large public construction projects will be started until the end of the current year. The Government argued that such step is necessary in order to avoid accumulating a large deficit after the expensive development projects in Rudolfov and Prague.
To address the issue of budget balance, the Government has also decided to offer a large quantity of older manufacturing plants and of empty properties for sale to foreign companies specializing in manufacturing components for fishing ships. An offer to sell the properties was made to companies such as Spanish Astilleros Amado and Astilleros del Ulla or Duchian companies Duchy Marine Systems and Wolff Marine, all of which are already active in Czech Slavia. The properties were however also offered to companies from Reitzmag, which currently have the biggest share on the fishing ships manufacturing market out of all foreign companies, Elthize, Leagio, Inquista, Inimicus, Yosai, Fremet, Vayinaod, the Duxburian Union or the United Kingdom.
The Government has also asked associations of friends of Czech Slavia in foreign countries to launch public donations for Czech Slavia, to take part in further developing socialism in the country.
Czech archaeologists claim to find evidence that the island of Dována was inhabited by Slavic populace during the early medieval ages
Archaeologists in the Moravian-Silesian region have found ancient Slavic jewelry in the lake of Mostařanka, presumably from the island of Dována, which is located on the lake. According to the archaeologists, this proves the theory that the island was once inhabited by Slavic population and may have been an important site for the pagan religion of the old Slavs. As Dována is not controlled by the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia further archaeological research directly on the island is currently impossible.
In light of the discovery, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared its intention to sponsor a pan-European Slavic Congress on how to properly address the issue of the "lost child of the Slavic family".

The Civic Forum and the Alliance of Independent Mayors and Civic Democrats debate uniting following the October municipal elections
In an official statement the Civic Forum and the Alliance of Independent Mayors and Civic Democrats also declared their intention to discuss merger of the two parties. This came following the 2022 municipal elections which took place at the beginning of the month. The Socialist Republican Party managed to win in the capital city Prague, first time it or its predecessor parties won in the city since 1990, with 45,83% of the vote, winning 33 out of the 65 mandates. The CF and the AIMCD are the only other two parties represented with 24,25% and 22,12% of the vote, winning 17 and 15 mandates respectively. When added together however the CF and the AIMCD, with combined vote share of 46,37%, got more votes than the SRP, but due to the D'Hondt Method used the SRP won more mandates than the two parties combined. The CF and the AIMCD accused the SRP of spreading disinformation, voter intimidation and electoral fraud as well as criticizing the usage of the D'Hondt method, which they consider unfair. At the same time, they declared to recognize their failure to unite for the election in Prague, motivating both parties to seek negotiations for a potential merging.
Demonstrations in Prague and other cities and towns across the Democratic Republic expected
The Czech National Democracy and the Communist Party of Czech Slavia announced a demonstration to take place on 14 November demanding the recognition of the Dována Island as part of the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia. According to Czechoslavonic archeologists the island used to be inhabited by a Slavic population in the Middle Ages and served as an important religious site for the pagan religion of the old Slavs. The conclusion of the Government sponsored pan-European Slavic Congress in Prague says that given that Dována rightfully belongs within the borders of Slavdom and the proximity of Czech Slavia, as a Slavic nation, leaves no doubt that the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia has the sole legitimate and legal claim to the island.
The leader of the CND, Karla Rašínová claims that her party wasn't re-registered prior to the 2021 legislative election so that the SRP and the Government could ignore the patriotic voices and the wishes of the Czech nation and people, but that her party is ready to take to the streets to make those voices be heard.
On 20 November another demonstration is planned by the SDP, CF, AIMCD and CND to adress what those parties perceive as low quality of public healthcare and education compared to other member states of the Union. While these political subjects have different plans on how to improve the quality of healthcare and education, they share the opinion that allowing private sector into the spheres of healthcare and education would help to improve it.
The Minister of Health Zuzana Saková and the Minister of Education František Weisser issued a joint comment on the matter, stating that human health and education are not commodities to be sold and made profit of and that there are no plans of allowing private sector into those spheres. The ministries recognized the prevalence of some issues in public healthcare and education, and assured citizens that these issues will be addressed with the economic development allowing to invest more funds to these spheres.
The Government urges private sector to invest into and help develop eco-tourism industry
The Minister of Regional Development Lubomír Mejzlík urged private sector to invest into and help develop the Czech eco-tourism industry., "Tourism became an important part of Czech economy, yet the standards of our hospitality industry aren't comparable to standards in other member states of the Union. This has the consequence of us not being fully able to utilize the potential that lies within the tourism sector, but it also severely limits our options for green transition as we have to rely on less sustainable industry methods in order to continue further developing our economy. This is why we must explore the option of developing our eco-tourism sector in co-operation with the private sector." the Minister said.
A large number of state and municipality owned hotels, that were failing to meet state quotas, will be privatized during the upcoming month. In addition to that a number of number of subsidies are planned for those who will abide by the ecological requirements. Foreign companies and individuals were invited to take part, bring their expertize and help develop the eco-tourism sector. If the plan to develop the sector will meet or exceed the expectations a number of regulations is planned for other industries to transition to more sustainable methods.

Representatives of Christian Churches sned a letter to the Archbishop of Inquista in protest of the Government's plan to demolish the Church of John the Baptist in Kroměříž
Following the publication of the plan to demolish the Roman Catholic Church of John the Baptist in the town of Kroměříž, representatives of the Roman Catholic Church in Czech Slavia, the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, the Czechoslavonic Hussite Church, the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands, the Inquistan Orthodox Church in Czech Slavia and other Christian Churches has sent a join letter the the Archbishop of Inquista, Mikaela Kligenberg, to voice their disagreement with the plan and ask her to support their cause on the basis of Christian solidarity and love. The joint letter notes and welcomes the good relations between the Most Blessed State and the Democratic Republic and underlines the potential for improving the status of the Christian minority in Czech Slavia.
The Church of John the Baptist was built between the years 1737 – 1768 and aside of serving the Christians in the city, it is also an important historical building, and the patriotic cause of protecting the Czech cultural heritage has always been dear to the Czech clergy. This clearly disproves all allegations made by representatives of the League of Militant Godless and other figures, that clergy is going against the interests of the Czech nation. On the contrary, we say that destroying cultural heritage goes against the interests of the nation.
Even more shocking are the reports that the baroque Church will allegedly be replaced by a parking lot for the newly constructed Yosainese Ashuji Mall. This example serves as a demonstration of the dangers of replacing spiritualism with materialism, when places of worship of the Protector of the weak are being replaced with places of worship of consumerism. The Church of John the Baptist would be only one of the many victims in a campaign to demolish Churches and Synagogues to make more place for serving mamon.
Alongside the request to negotiate with the Czechoslavonic government an prevent the demolition of the Church, the representatives of the Christian Churches also request negotiations on further investigation into trials against the clergy that took place during the period of cult of personality and following periods, stop to the anti-religious campaign and to the policy of putting officers of the secret police into places of worship during sermons, Church restitution, allowing of religious education, recognition of Christ as a real historical figure in education a fact that is recognized by historians around the globe and recognition of Easter and Christmas as national holidays. The letter also notes the positive role of the President for Life Reiserová in popularizing Christmas in her previous acting career.
Apart from the joint letter, Christian Churches announced demonstrations in Kroměříž, Prague, Brno, Ostrava and Olomouc against the demolition.

The Czechoslavonic People's Army serves as a great example for society
Since the democratization of the armed forces and law enforcement has been passed by the National Council both forces have noted positive developments. Reports conducted by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior indicate decrease of opportunism and careerism in leadership of both forces, The soldiers and policemen know from experience who to trust to be dedicated to motherland and revolution and who to elect as officers. In its functioning, both forces moved closer to the functioning of the Socialist Republican Party, as is fitting for organized and armed proletariat.
The members of the armed forces recently proved their high effectiveness with working on the successful moving of the Church of John the Baptist in Kroměříž. For this deed a raise in wages and pensions for the service members has been approved by the parliament.
Now with tensions on the rise in Europe and representatives of states openly talking about a war it is important to note that the People's Army is keeping peace for the people of Czech Slavia and is prepared to destroy all that would dare disturb this peace. May their determination and loyalty serve as an inspiration to all Czechs.

Courts to be democratized
Yesterday the National Council has approved the Government's proposal to democratize the nation's judiciary by making the election of all judges direct. Until now the regional and Supreme Court judges have been elected indirectly by local authorities or the National Assembly, but following the Government's evaluation of the effects of democratization of the armed forces and law enforcement, it has proposed the democratization reform of the judiciary. The judges will now be elected by all eligible voters in the regions they will serve or by all eligible voters in case of the Supreme Court. All members of the parliament from the SRP voted for the reform, while none of the opposition members of the parliament have supported it.
Former Head of State of Istkalen, Vistek Rikkalek, awarded the Order of Friendship
The President for Life Albína Reiserová has awarded the Order of Friendship to the former Head of State of Istkalen Vistek Rikkalek. According to her, this is due to his continuos efforts to deepen the relations between Czech Slavia and Istkalen during his term in office. This includes attending Czech ceremonies, seeking co-operation between rare earth metals producers, signing the Kirelesile Agreement (which the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia signed but never ratified) or deepening cultural and education co-operation. According to polls Vistek Rikkalek used to be the second most positively perceived foreign leader by population of Czech Slavia nearing the end of his term.
The President for Life has invited Rikkalek to a ceremony to accept the award from her hands. "There will be no shellfish at the ceremony." the Leader of the Progressive Mankind remarked quickly on her way to the gym, in reference to the former Head of State's inability to consume shellfish.

Czech Slavia abolishes the requirements for medical evaluation and surgery for legally changing gender
The President for Life Albína Reiserová signed a law abolishing requirements for medical evaluation and surgery for legally changing gender. All adults can thus change their gender by a declaration, while it remains impossible for minors to legally change their gender.
The law had support of all the Socialist Republican Party MPs, indicating that the decision to pass the law was issued by a degree by the Chairwoman of the party, President Reiserová. Apart from the SRP, all other parties represented in the National Assembly were split on the issue.
The law was proposed by the Government, where apart from the President herself, it was for a long time supported by the Minister of Education František Weisser. "I think it was the correct choice to make and in line with the present developments in the European Union. In the past the question of transgender people have unfortunately been ignored in our education, but also our media, but our government has tried to remedy this and I think that is very important for understanding of why there was a need for expanding right of transgender people and equalizing them with the rights of the majoritarian population. And that is all this new law does really." the Minister commented for us, before adding that he considers age limit appropriate. Ministers Šín, Mejzlík and Dlouhá have also previously openly expressed support for expanding transgender rights.
On the other hand, the Minister of Agriculture Pavel Dohnal was for a long time considered an influential opponent of such a chance, previously commenting that: "It is unacceptable for any minority to dictate to the majority how we should live and to deny the laws of biology and our culture and language. Our system is based upon the rule of majority, respect for culture and the natural world and those who will attempt to change this will surely find that their attempts are in vain."
However, just as the rest of the MPs of the SRP, Dohnal voted for the new legislation. We asked the Minister to provide us with a comment.
"Of course my actions are in line with my words. I fully trust the Wise Leader's judgement as any patriot would. But I don't preoccupy myself with the LGBT issues, I preoccupy myself with the issues of harvest, with the issues of putting enough meat and nutritious fruits and vegetables on the tables of all Czech citizens. Can you imagine if the Minister of Agriculture preoccupied himself with LGBT issues instead? We would be eating insects instead of meat, as they might soon begin to do in some other states, and we would have to import fish from Mishar, which are of notoriously lower quality than the Mostařanka carp. I have never put a fish from Mishar in my mouth and as long as I remain the Minister of Agriculture no Czech will be forced to do that either. The President's vision for agriculture is working, so I have my full confidence that her vision on the issues of transgender people are correct and this law was necessary."
The conservative lobby group For Life has marked Minister Dohnal as a hypocrite for his vote, "For Life is run by clergy, and clergy has been lying for the past two thousand years, I would not expect them to start telling the truth now." the Minister commented for us.

Urgency: At 4:16 AM, minutes after a vote to re-nationalize private assets, the military, law enforcement and people's militias occupy assets owned by most foreign persons. Temporary restrictions on leaving the country declared.
Earlier today, at an emergency meeting of the National Assembly, the MPs voted for nationalization of all private assets. President for Life, Albína Reiserová held a speech before the National Assembly today, in which she said that the building of socialism in the state exceeded the plans, as the standards of living were rising faster then anticipated. Due to this, the nation is ready to move beyond the primary stage of socialism and nationalize private assets, in order for economic development not to slow down, but to release its full potential.
"However, not all took part in the building of socialism. Many foreign-based corporations did not contribute to this goal. On the contrary, they attempted to extinguish the revolution and force their demands on us, so that they could restore capitalist system of injustice and exploitation. But for the first time, these vampires have run into a firm wall. A wall of Socialist Republicanism. Now they will be taught what does the fact that all power belongs to the workers mean. The proposal would nationalize the assets of these foreign persons immediately. The parasite will be removed from our land!" the President said on the issue in the National Assembly.
Majority of the foreign based companies are subjected to immediate nationalization, including notably the Duchian Roscoes' and TUI Abbott, the Spanish Astilleros Amado, Llongueras, Meliá, Santander, Ferrovial and Sacyr, the Reitzmic Samsung and LG or the Inimican Artabanos Foundation and its subsidiaries, most notably Impchem. The legislation concerns also shares of stocks in public companies. The only privately owned assets and shares not subjected to immediate nationalization are all based in Inquista, Yosai and Brickston. No person based in these three states is a subjected to immediate nationalization and the President for Life has confirmed that these assets will be nationalized only after a deal is reached with their owners.
All domestic privately owned assets will be nationalized on 3 April 2024, with the exceptions of small and medium enterprises in farming sector, which will be nationalized on 3 June 2024, and small and medium enterprises in fishing sector, which will be nationalized on 3 April 2025.
All foreign persons subjected to immediate nationalization will be compensated for 70% of value of their property in bonds at their current value, determined by the Czechoslavonic Statistical Office. All other persons will be compensated for 100% of value of their property at the value at the time or nationalization, determined by the Czechoslavonic Statistical Office. The new legislation also lists "complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization" among the violations of the legislation, for which all compensation would be forfeited. The Leader of the Alliance of Independent Mayors and Civic Democrats Vít Sršeň criticized this, as, according to him, there is no definition of the "complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization", leaving it open for determination. He considers it to be a tool to be used against any potential government critic, or even a critic of re-nationalization.
Furthermore, the legislation lowered the standart working week from 35 hours to 32 hours.
Mere moments after the proposal was adopted, will all representatives of SRP voting for the legislation, all representatives of the CPCS abstaining, and all other representatives voting against, the military, law enforcement and people's militias seized a large number of these assets, and these seizures continued for few following hours. All workers were given a free day, so that the workplace administrations could be reorganized.
Temporary restrictions on leaving the country were declared, with increased controls and request at a new permission to travel out of the Democratic Republic. The situation at the borders and airports is expected to return to normal in the coming days.

Roscoes and TUI Abbott sued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization
Yesterday, the Ministry of Industry and Finance has sued the Duchian companies Roscoes and TUI Abbott as the Ministry consider the two companies to have taken unjustified hostile actions against Czech Slavia in an effort to frustrate the nationalization process, such as stopping sales and flights spreading or not countering misinformation about the Czech nationalization policy to Czech Slavia. The Ministry claims that these hostile actions were taken with the aims to hurt the Czech economy, spread panic and sow discontent with a goal of eventual coup and privatization of publicly owned enterprises. The Minister Květoslav Musil has ensured that these efforts "will prove to be futile. The President for Life has been working day and nights planning to prepare for all eventualities and has written over 16 000 pages of plans and instructions, so that the people don't feel any negative consequences of the hostile actions of the oligarchs." If the enterprises are found guilty they willed be stripped of any right to compensation.
The Ministry has also shared a message to all other Duchian businesses which operated in Czech Slavia, urging them to restart trade with Czech enterprises and denounce the statements issued by the Duchian Business Council in relations to the Czech nationalization policy without delay. If they fail to do so, the Ministry will also consider their actions to be in violation of the Czechoslavonic law.
All travels outside of the state for the reason of getting an employment with the two suspected enterprises were forbidden, and will remain so, unless they prove that their actions did not violate the law. All restrictions to travels to Brickston, Inquista and Istkalen as the final destination have been lifted.

Roscoes and TUI Abbott found guilty of complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization, remaining companies based in United Duchies sued
The Supreme Court of the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia has ruled that the Roscoes and TUI Abbott have violated the re-nationalization legislation by spreading misinformation about the re-nationalization process and stopping all trade with Czech Slavia, using their influence to bar other Duchian companies from trading with Czech Slavia. The ruling is final and the two entities have lost all their claim to compensation. The Ministry of Industry and Trade hailed the decision of the Supreme Court as a victory for justice.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, following the finding of the Court has sued the remaining Duchian entities that used to operate in Czech Slavia, as those companies did not oblige with the Ministry's demand to restart trade with Czech enterprises and denounce the statements issued by the Duchian Business Council in relations to the Czech nationalization policy. Number of foreign citizens working for any of the Duchian entities were allowed to leave the country, although travel restrictions remain for some of the employees, which are believed to have control over the entities operations in Czech Slavia.
A poll by the Public Opinion Research Institute found that 76% of Czechs support the re-nationalization policy, 69% believe that there are no significant risk of negative consequences associated with the policy and 92% believe that the leadership of President for Life Albína Reiserová will be able tu guide the nation to successfully carry out this policy and protect it from any potential negative consequences.

Foreign industrial saboteurs behind the slowing of Czech economy
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement that Czech industry, agriculture and fishing are under an attack of foreign industrial saboteurs, which infiltrated the country when foreign private enterprises entered Czech Slavia when the country was governed by Michal Plachta. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade Květoslav Musil and the Minister of Agriculture Pavel Dohnal if re-nationalization has not happened at the time it did, the level of infiltration would be much higher and the risk of complete paralysation of the economy would be much higher.
Following the urgent request of the Ministry of Interior a number of funds were redirected to the StB in order to root infiltrators out. Emergency controls on travel outside and inside the state have been introduced. People who used to be employed in high positions under foreign enterprises, especially if these were owned or partly owned by a person or persons from the United Duchies, may expect to be called to questioning by the Public Security. Same applies to holders of foreign citizenship, especially the citizens of the United Duchies, and to people working for religious organization. The penalty for attempting to leave the country without prior authorization, is temporarily increased to maximum of five years. All foreigners who are not able, or wish not to, find their own accommodation until they receive the authorization are eligible to being accommodated in a shelter free of charge. All such individuals are advised to contact their nearest municipality office and reminded that homelessness is not permitted in the Democratic Republic.
The President for Life has announced that the fight against industrial sabotage must be also accompanied by a fight against corruption. The StB is also expected to conduct more intensive examination of corruption in Czechoslavonic public services, legislature, executive and judiciary.

The cities of Liberec and Ústí nad Labem and the towns of Aš, Český Těšín, Znojmo, Břeclav, Hodonín, Děčín and the surrounding areas granted a Special Economic Zone status
President Albína Reiserová has signed a law granting Special Economic Zone (SEZ) status to the city of Liberec and Ústí nad Labem and the towns of Aš, Český Těšín, Znojmo, Břeclav, Hodonín, Děčín and the surrounding areas of these municipalities. This comes together with the adoption of the nationalization plan of the entities based in Bricston, Inquista and Yosai. According to the plan these entities will be the last to be nationalized by 31 December 2025 and will be entitled to compensation for 100% of value of their property at the value at the time or nationalization, determined by the Czechoslavonic Statistical Office, the same renumeration that Czech private entities were and are entitled to. All concerned entities will be entitled to the compensation as long as they do not commit the crime of complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization.
However the new Special Economic Zones offer private Czech, Breikish, Inquistan, Yosainese and potentially Istkalenic entities the opportunity to still directly operate in Czech Slavia as long as the direct operations are restricted to the SEZs. The SEZ status has been granted to the municipalities until the year 2050. All private entities operating withing the SEZs will have to be consulted by the end of the year 2045 at the latest, if the SEZ status will not be prolonged to a given municipality.
The Ministries of Regional Development, Industry and Trade and Agriculture, as well as the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement and the regional, city and town councils of the concerned municipalities have issued a common statement, which recalls that 'every single individual in our insitutions could not stop themselves from crying happily upon laying their eyes on the ingenious proposal by the Bright Sun of the Nation, beloved comrade Reiserová, who has worked many days and nights without rest on the textm writing it in her own hand.' The statement expresses strong belief that the granting of the SEZ status is a correct step in building a prosperous socialist economy and will allow the Democratic Republic to overcome all issues caused by foreign industrial sabotage.
Preachers of the Rodnovery religious movement shall no longer reject any person with significant Slavic genes based on genealogical requirements
The Rodnovery religious movement has adopted its first rule restricting its preachers ability to reject potential members. According to this rule no person with significant Slavic genes may be denied to become a member of the Rodnovery religious movement based on genealogical requirements. Accepting new members however still remains to the preachers, including the determination of what 'significant' means. The only definition provided centrally is that significant means less then a half or more. Accepting people with no Slavic ancestry depends on the decision of the particular preacher.
Some of the former preachers have expressed belief that one of the members of the movement is now forcing their ideological views upon the religious movement, restricting the preachers abilities to refuse those who are not fully or mostly Slavic. The leadership of the Rodnovery movement has denied that the change is driven by ideology or a result of push of a singular member of the movement, but by a more correct understanding of the gods' will.

The National Security Corps detain three Duchian citizens suspected of attempting to sabotage the Czechoslavonic economy
The National Security Corps has detained Yohanna Mizrachi-Roscoe, Danya Mizrachi-Roscoe and Mathias Mizrachi-Roscoe during a festival in Litoměřice. All three are suspected of attempting to sabotage the Czechoslavonic economy. "All the evidence points that these three individuals were directly involved in the sabotage that the Roscoes company is still attempting against the Democratic Republic. One of the suspects is part of the Roscoes Management Team, yet the attempts at sabotage continue. It seems most unlikely the rest of the family is unaware of the many crimes of the Company." the prosecution has stated.
"The criminal imperialist octopus has expected that our country would fall into one of its long tentacles. But we have refused to sell our conscience , the tentacle has been cut off, people's democracy has been saved and the saboteurs can expect the people's justice." read an article in the newspaper of the Socilist Republican Party, Světlo pravdy (English translation - The Light of Truth; formerly known as Rudé právo).
The National Security Corps has not provided any other information.
Pilot project of state company management democratization will kick off at September 1
Democratization of state company management as one of the priorities of the President for Life Albína Reiserová will be started at September 1. It will concern micro, small and medium companies, primarily in smaller municipalities, moving much of the management powers away from the managers and into the hand of the workers directly. About 5% of the state owned companies will be affected, and none of them associated with strategic resources. Work distribution, wages, disciplinary actions investment of funds, will all be decided by two possible processes, depending on the democratization method chosen. In some companies these will be decided by a vote open to all the workers, they will be advised and the vote will be oversighted by the established management. In other companies new managers will be selected randomly by a lot for a year and they will decide on such issues, they will likewise be advised and oversighted by established management.
The established management is expected to prepare the workers in mandatory curses fot their new rights and responsibilities. These projects will affect mostly transport, accommodation, textile, entertainment and glass production industries. The results will be examined each quarter of the year and based on indicators of productivity, the projects might be expanded or terminated.
