The President of the Commonwealth, Kenith Lifejumper, waited at the airport as Prime Minister Simon's plane landed in the runway of Tullion International Airport. He was somewhat fine with seeing the Prime Minister of Reitzmag again but the problem was that he was concerned with how these talks were going to go. He knows that Prime Minister Bridges has his own agenda but as to what it is was the question on the President's mind. However, if it was something that he felt would violate the sovereignty of the Commonwealth then he would block the Prime Minister. The main thing that he wanted to get with the Prime Minister was to negotiate this treaty that he drafted which puts both sides on an equal balance with each other in terms of economics. He hoped that the Prime Minister would not push for more military actions as right now the treaty that would put Leagio officially into the ADO was in debate within the Senate of the Commonwealth; who the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee was looking to block the passage of.
The President stopped thinking as he watches the side door of the plane open after runway stairs were placed connecting it to the plane.

Simon immediately descended from the government jet. He was very glad to see Kenith again, but this was a completely different situation. The crises are escalating and he knew that any wrong move would make things bad in Europe. He smiled at Kenith and said:
"Mr. Lifejumper, I am very glad to see you again. It seems very weird that you went to my country last month, and now I'm the one visiting your country." and then he laughs jokingly.
Simon brought some papers with him which included the proposal of Tesla Motors to begin partnership with Leagioan Automobile Manufacturers. One of his agendas for such a summit was to also procure some weapons that the Royal Armed Forces needs.

The President of the Commonwealth smiled as he spoke jokingly as well, "Well, that is just foreign policy for a county's like ours. One month, you are the host for a meeting with a nation, then the next month you are a guest for that same nation. It is a new ending cycle in International politics."
The two shook hands as they laughed. Inside the President knew that the Prime Minister wanted to talk about foreign policy, especially with the events that were just now occurring within Eastern-Haene. Who doesn't in Europe? The Leagioan Press was talking about it non-stop. His office was getting questions non-stop about it and he doubted that it will end anytime soon.
"Mr. Bridges, if you would like we can ride the same motorcade and talk as we reach the Executive Mansion? It will not be a long drive at all; Just 25 minutes at most."

Simon was an experienced driver and had conducted multiple trips to Leagio for both diplomatic and entertainment purposes. So, he thought if he could drive the car for them.
"That would be nice Mr. Lifejumper. But for now, I think I want to experience driving here in Leagio for you."
Then he approached the driver and asked for the keys and gave £30. He then approached Kenith.
"Shall we go Mr. Lifejumper? I think we could discuss things better if you are beside me."

The President blinked but spoke, "I am afraid that some of the stuff that we need to talk about important issues, particularly about the recent issues that have been happening in the European Union."

"I already knew about those Mr. Lifejumper. Every single head of government would always talk about those. And I am very alarmed at what the Spanish did with the Inimicians. I know you did not like how we responded to such actions, but I can explain why I did such public statement."

"I have no doubts that you will explain it, Mr. Prime Minister. We can discuss this at the Executive Mansion or on the way to there. I think that we both can agree that today is going to be a very busy day for both of us." The President said as they both entered the motorcade, which proceeds to take them to the Executive Mansion.

"I agree" replied Simon. Then he takes the keys and drives the car to the executive mansion.

In a short drive for the President, they arrived at the Executive Mansion. They stepped out and entered the mansion. The President lead the Prime Minister Bridges to his office, which was recently cleaned by the mansion staff. On his desk, the President noticed that a sheet of paper was on the desk. He grabbed it and read it, it was from his Minister of Foreign Affairs which said:The situation in Eastern Haane looks to be getting worse by the minute. Reports of war crimes and crimes against humanity keep coming in from our nationals there. The Governor-General and Speaker of the House will bring the request for sanctions to the floor for a speedy vote. More needs to be done though. Talk to Francis about this.

"First, Mr. Prime Minister, I would like to again welcome you to the Commonwealth. Second, I think that you and i will agree with each other that the situation is serious in Eastern Haane is getting out of hand by the minute. Right now, the Commonwealth has done a few things on our side but there will be more soon."

Simon was fascinated at the beauty of the place, it was very far from what 10 Downing Street looked like. As they enter the room, Simon noticed Kenith read something that was on his desk. Then he replied to Kenith:
"Of course Mr. Lifejumper, we have also applied some policies and will begin repatriation of our citizens. Of course, that would be with the help of our Royal Air Force. Very famous for having the largest military transport aircraft ever to exist, the Condor C.19. But, I'm not here to boast about our Armed Forces. I'm here to discuss very important political issues surrounding the region."

"Then we can agree, Mr. Prime Minister. Then I guess we can discuss what you have on the table? If it is anything that deals with the ADO, then I'm sorry to say that unfortunately, it has not passed through the Senate as the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee is blocking it from the vote into the Senate in general; For reasons outside of my knowledge. But layout what you wish to discuss?" The President explained.

"This is not something about ADO Mr. Lifejumper. I went here to discuss about the Atlantic Defense Deployments of my country's armed forces. I have agreed with Ms. Freya of Valhalla that we will pull out our deployments there and I think it would be nice to transfer them here. Since there are 2 deployments, our government is planning to transfer them to Leagio and Mennrimiak. But that is if you or your legislature would allow us to do such. Certainly, experts in Reitzmag and around Europe are seeing that my country and Spain are in the brink of armed conflict. Mr. Juncker has not yet made anything to solve this and I am afraid that Reitzmag could be defeated by Spain and their allies. This is why I am finding allied countries for my nation."

"I will push the issue to the National Congress, but i will not make any guarantees that it will pass. Recently, many members of Congress are saying that Leagio would be a puppet in the Alliance, no matter how i sell it office to office in the National Congress. However, on the situation between you and Spain, what i can try to do is see if i can get a talk with Juncker or if you would like get a conference with Spain and i will act as Neutral Abritator between you two. Some People in Europe, from what i have been told, consider me to be not overt friendly towards you, no offense. If you were willing to, we can hold the conference here in Tullion or any part of Leagio that you and Spain would be willing to talk at. Because i can tell what will happen if i tell Congress to join in a war with you against Spain and her allies. And at this point, we need a united Europe to stand against the UNSR and any threat that risks damaging its freedom." The President said as he wanted to drop dead at this point. This situation was something that he felt would get Leagio involved either way.

"I understand your worries Mr. Lifejumper and I certainly thank Leagio for being a friend of ours. I can assure you that Leagio would not be treated as a puppet in our alliance and that we are there to help your country in your times of need. I really hope that this ends now so that we can focus on how we can return Icholasen into its former glory."
"Now, since we are speaking about military, I'd like to use the time to offer you our equipment currently on sale. I personally knew that your government contacted our Ministry of Defense that you are interested in such a deal. But, I have also been informed that Reitzmag will be selling its old multi-role fighter jets and we will publish the announcement soon. I am pretty sure that your country would be interested in more advanced aircraft, so we are ready to also sell our brand new stealth fighter jets to you."

"I Think that I will say that my country would indeed be interested in your aircraft. I will admit that the Common Government of the Commonwealth was initially interested in the submarine that is for sell, but after much discussion made from my Minister of Defense, the decision was revoked as we could not afford the maintenance of that sub in particular. However, in regards to the multi-role fighters and stealth fighters, my government would be interested in them; but at a limited number so far. My government at the moment would be interested with at least 10 multi-role fighters for our airforce. At the moment, we can not afford the stealth fighters at large numbers but instead, my government would like access to purchasing them when needed. If that will be acceptable for your government?" The President asked as he turned on his tea maker that was on the side of the wall. He desperately needed a sugary buzz at the moment.

"Of course Mr. Lifejumper, I would be happy to do that. But, let's pray first that the House of Representatives would not block such deal."

"In addition, i understand from rumors that your government is looking to buy munitions and weapons from many nations of Europe. The DU and Vayinaod for example. I also hear that the Commonwealth is included on that list. Would you be willing to confirm that or not? Unofficially, if it makes you feel comfortable. If the answer is yes, then if it will satisfy your House of Representatives then what would work is that the Commonwealth gets access to the jets, then your government gets access to Leagioan arms at a discounted price that would work for the both of us. However, if that will not satisfy them, then i think maybe a domestic treaty along with the military agreement would be satisfactory but they must be two separate agreements that would be signed in one sitting. "

Simon was surprised to hear what Kenith said.
"Mr. Lifejumper, well I think you caught me. Yes, I'll confirm that Leagio is one of those who we think are potential sources of our military equipment. And I think we would be willing to do a partnership with Leagioan Arms Manufacturers on the development of your own 5th Gen Fighter Jets."

"I think that it would be acceptable for my government and we both gain something out of it. I imagine that the Senate will complain a bit but the high demand from your government for our weapons will make them see the economic benefits from it.The Commonwealth gets a high demand for its weapons, which equates to possibly more jobs for the people. An agreement like that will likely pass for sure. Now, before I go on my agenda on negotiating with you, is there anything else you would like to discuss or work towards with the Commonwealth?"
